@virginmedia And our Virgin TV has failed again your service truly is shite and a waste of my money looks like we are left with terrestrial TV through our always reliable tv aerial again you should be deeply ashamed of your outrageously poor service 👎

@virginmedia Back up and working again I look forward to the next time your service fails - the worst service I’ve experienced since the demise of dial up internet and party line telephones 👎

@jeffsprogress @virginmedia I didn’t miss your point I just do t agree with it - if we pay for service everyday it should work every single day. I do not consider any failure to be a good service

@virginmedia £20 a month 'existing customer' penalty on the best you can offer me Vs the best new customer deal is just too much, afraid that's a cancellation from a 10 years loyal customer. £240 is a lot of money!

@jeffsprogress @virginmedia I changed to Virgin because BT would drop out regularly in the middle of the Moto GP. Used to have a great service with Sky but they charge an extra 30 something quid for BT Sport

@virginmedia I have the App but having it confirm what I already know is no help whatsoever. Instead of investing in Apps that confirm your service is not fit for purpose why not invest in providing an unfailing service to customers. Currently you take money for services you can’t deliver

@virginmedia No known issues. It’s only wireless speeds. There is no excuse for this, it happens to me almost everyday. I would like to discuss it with someone as I tried at the weekend and was completely fobbed off by your service team. I pay nearly £50 a month and often have to use my 4G

@virginmedia It's been particularly bad in the last 3-6 months, but we've had issues on and off for years. I can show exactly when it drops out as our Ring connection loses it. The area fault is now "fixed", but we lose connection fully every 5-7 days no matter what.

@MissRachilli @virginmedia This may not be the issue, but when I was having similar problems it turned out all of the coax cable connectors both inside and outside of the property (where the cable comes in) were rusted. Once replaced everything worked great. Worth a look maybe?

@virginmedia hi, I wanted to go Virgin when I moved into my flat last May but was told my block was not connected to your network so I had to go elsewhere (as I couldn’t wait for it to be connected). If I wanted to switch to you later this year, would you connect the block?

@virginmedia Moved house and virgin don’t cover the new address. I was NOT told about a cancellation charge on the call. I had two hoses and no issues when I left the other property

Rachel Shillcock 🐝

@virginmedia And when I say lose it fully - that's for both wired and wireless. Don't even get me started about our wifi... I regularly use up my 15GB of data on my phone each month because our wifi is so bad that it barely works day-to-day and I have to use my phone on 4G instead of wifi.
