    Once again let down by @virginmedia waited in for engineer to come fix V6 box again , only to have a card pushed through door saying I wasn’t home , absolutely fuming 😤 better get this sorted

    Twice now I've been let down by @virginmedia 2 holiday days taken and still no engineer has turned up despite receiving letters of install dates. Customer service didn't even seem to care #shocking 😡

    @virginmedia Had yet another fault with V6 box , called helpline , promised an engineer today between 12-4pm I’ve waited in from 9:30 am never left the house , a card was pushed through from engineer saying he’d missed me , he didn’t knock or ring the bell , fuming is an understatement

    @virginmedia I called 150’to complain got passed around as always they told me@I’d have to reschedule and I refused as it was no fault of mine , after an hour on hold I asked for customer complaints and was put through , the lady was dealing with my issue and I was put on hold again

    @virginmedia My house requires the cable pulling in under the road, however you did know about this. My problem is I've been given 2 dates and I've used 2 holidays. 1st date engineer turned up but didn't do anything 2nd date didn't turn up at all. Useless!!

    Update on @virginmedia saga. Months of demands for money and equipment which had been paid for. After the account was closed, a refund was due to me. They only pay by cheque. It. *******. Bounced. And they destroyed my credit rating. NEVER sign up with these shits.

    @virginmedia I’m quite fond of my streaming services, but the really patchy internet connection I’ve had for the last couple of days means I can’t watch them. Also can’t connect at all on my PC. Internet on devices is possible but VERY slow. Can’t get through to customer services.

    @virginmedia So I’ve just got through and found out I was sold the whole thing on false pretences. I was told ‘plug it in and go!’ And now they have decided to tell me I need a Virgin socket at my property. Was never told this. So you got my business and i can’t even use the service. 1/2
