@virginmedia Sorry is simply not good enough. I have already submitted a complaint which may take up to 28 days to resolve. No TV for days- intermittent broadband service for months. Do you really care? DD cancelled- do not even dare to ask for payment unless a Manager personally calls me.

@virginmedia I do.. I did everything as advised. I complained on 2 occasions. Firstly money being taken from my account without my consent. Then your operator shouting and putting the phone down mid conversation. I followed protocol and still had no reply from yourselves.
