Furious with @virginmedia customer service.. They have messed me about for 10 days already loosing me a ton of money from work and just cut me off when I asked to speak to a manager so I could get an engineer before next weekend... A disgrace

@virginmedia Through and then hung up on... This also happened when I tried to ring the Saturday before (although I hadn't asked to speak to a manager)... It had just been a lot of issues and at the absolute most expensive time for them to have happened.

@virginmedia ordered new services on Saturday. Result - no updated service, new bill reflects old price and service. Tried to call customer service - too busy to take calls. And to cap it all Internet repeatedly down despite new Hub. Fuming.

A lesson in terrible customer service from @virginmedia: 1) Tell customer their new home is Virgin Media ready 2) Send the wrong wiring to new address 3) Don't send a technician over for 2 days 4) Promise the technician will be there between 8am-2pm 5) Technician arrives at 5pm

9) Offer nothing in the way of a discount or compensation. Fill the call with long awkward silences until customer hangs up 10) Wait for customer to change to @BT & for it all to blow over. At this point, I'm hoping @richardbranson will be personally installing our @virginmedia.

6) Technician says nothing he can do & that, despite Virgin promising it was, tell customer their house is not in fact Virgin Media ready. 7) Wait for disgruntled customer to ring them. 8) Tell customer earliest they can get another technician out is 2.5 weeks.

@virginmedia yes it is, I have already contacted your Webchat team and was told it is a known issue that has been ongoing since 24th may. After 25 minutes on the phone (mostly oh hold) after 5 concurrent missed calls in 2 mins after requests to be contacted by email, I am awaiting a call back

@virginmedia I had a few issues that i needed to speak to a member of the team. 2 of them have been resolved but 1 is still outstanding. The advisor on 150 was unable to resolve the tv issue. No information on tv guide, displays to be announced on every channel. Can you please advise? Thanks

@virginmedia It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to report that both mine and my 86 year old parents landlines are down and have been down for many hours. I have been at work worried sick unable to contact them and had to resort to visiting them to ensure they are safe.

@virginmedia No issues reported in Virgin portal. The issues are worst from 6pm to 10pm. After that it starts to settle down. It’s the same thing every day according to the bandwidth quality monitoring graphs.
