@virginmedia My broadband still isn’t working properly signal still dropping I have to reconnect manually on my phone ... I’m waiting on txt messages to virgin and now no one is answering can you please find out what the hell is going for on! That’s why an engineer was coming today!

@virginmedia Through and then hung up on... This also happened when I tried to ring the Saturday before (although I hadn't asked to speak to a manager)... It had just been a lot of issues and at the absolute most expensive time for them to have happened.

@virginmedia No online is says theirs no ongoing issues, our TV box and WiFi box has constantly been flashing all day, like I said in the previous message, I've done all troubleshooting required and still nothing! Had no WiFi from 11.30 am till 3.30pm and then went off again at 6.30pm

@virginmedia I called and the automated system said there is an issue and it's a complex one. Funny how it states that but your service status site says everything is fine. Funny how everything was perfectly fine right up until "improvement works" happened. 🙄

@virginmedia I've rebooted the router multiple times etc. This is coming up to a week of basically unusable internet as you need upload not just download and both are awful randomly, for no reason other than your work in the area last week.
