    @virginmedia Thankfully all sorted. Webchat was the way to go. I will never ever call (150) on the phone again. It's pointless and far too bloody stressful. Erik on webchat was ace. 👍. Wish I'd done it on Saturday 11th to begin with.

    @virginmedia So spoke to Paul eventually. He went all Del Boy on me and we reached a deal, you did good this time @virginmedia but you really do need to get offers out to loyal customers that are just as good as the new customer deals

    @virginmedia why is my broadband in BD2 still not working despite receiving a text to say it is fixed at 15:05. ...and when I look at the service status it says all is OK. Like it did this morning WRONG!! When is it going to be fixed and will I get a credit for it being out

    @virginmedia I have already tried that and it says there isn’t any network fault. However there is nothing wrong with the setup as it was working this morning, it’s also the second time it’s stopped in the last few weeks

    @virginmedia Look I’m not doing that. This isn’t an account specific issue. I worked in the Digital Management Centre in Langley for a decade until made redundant 2 years ago so it needs passing to the VOD department to investigate.

    @virginmedia Tried ringing already - impossible to talk to a human being just automated reset of system - how hard is it to replace the modem which is obviously the problem - it has been reset at least 4 times - never makes a difference

    @virginmedia Again? I have interacted with @virginmedia on twitter, I have contacted @virginmedia using their brobot and have phoned- kept on hold for ages. Complaints are raised and then no update. Nothing, the poor WiFi & broadband persists. Counting down the days til my contract expires

    Seems @virginmedia don't want to keep loyal customers. Won't let me upgrade online and miraculously their systems go down when I mention I want a cheaper package. They wont even let me cancel my membership. Disgraceful.

    @virginmedia Hi there. Instant replacement of your street broadband /telephone box outside No. 1 Bank Spur, Slough is required as the box cover is gone for no reason that all users are exposed to possible abuses and bad weather.

    @virginmedia New router - yes. Engineer visits - two. Calls to the Contact Centre - multiple. Issue resolved? - NO! Complaint raised - trying too lol... If you are thinking about switching to them, don't. It may be a fast speed you purchase but it ain't consistent/reliable.
