@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@singletontales @virginmedia It’s just disgraceful as it’s their fault your brother has to cancel, why should your brother and his partner have to pay a cancellation fee that strictly speaking is being forced upon them due to virgin not being able to deliver the goods.
