@virginmedia Did I phoned them 4 or 5 times no joy not fixed. Costmer service complaints was a utter joke. Now I have to 28 days and 3 weeks or to sort it all out. But according to the ombudsman that deals with media I should not wait that long for your problem to be sorted

@DanLeePadgett @CISASUK @virginmedia The most laughable thing was I asked them to ping my box to see if they could see me on the network. Two calls and twice I was told that the connection was fine. Thought it might have been a MAC address problem. After a week, they eventually sent an engineer out..

Why not check out virgin media twitter page and Facebook page and see how many very angry costmers are venting there disappointment.

@virginmedia I love how you treat us costmers. Though and still want paid🤔🤔🤔🤔. So tell me what avenues can I take for the mess you put me. Was after willing to pay once all this passed but no you switched me off. Won't put me back on till I pay 2 months back. Ps my kids even hate VM.

@virginmedia I tried and it was immediately closed as "resolved". Your complaint system is non-existent. There does not appear to be any senior manager at @virginmedia who actually takes responsibility for dealing with customer problems and complaints.

@virginmedia Well that’s the problem isn’t it. They can’t find a problem yet my mobile can not connect to my Wi-Fi so I constantly use my data. Occasionally my Netflix will work and my fire stick has to be used using my data via hotspot. My sons Xbox keeps booting him out of live games etc

@virginmedia been with you for years. Yes seem to be just the continuous billing errors. I tried to receive my call logs too to escalate this issue but fell on deaf ears at your call centres. i’m due a refund of £191.50
