    Hello @virginmedia , I hope that you are well. I have your V6 TiVo Box; I recently deleted some shows by mistake, however the “recently deleted” folder is missing/gone/not there anymore. Was there a software update to remove it? Can I get my shows back? HELP!

    Absolutely pathetic customer service from @virginmedia again. Trying to resolve issues with my broadband, have been on the phone for 35 minutes and now passed in queue to speak to a FOURTH department. The last transfer put me through to the mobile phone department. Wow! 🤯

    @virginmedia is there a problem in Dundee with broadband? Wifi keeps going off and on every 15 mins, checked box etc all fine. This is the second time to have happened in 2 weeks!

    @virginmedia Is there any way I can request someone take a closer look at my line? I’ve had connectivity issues all week, and today it was constant. Reset and rebooted router and it’s still happening but of course your “nifty tool” for service status says all good.

    @virginmedia So it's liberty Global and the Ombudsman it is then. You can't have costmers chasing you guys to sort a problem. Or having your Chat site go down. Or phones put down on them. What would happen if every Virgin media costmer refused to pay until thing to be sorted.

    @virginmedia I ordered a wifi booster on 18th August, it never arrived. I have sent several requests for help since to your "help"/complaints page. I am a keyworker trying to work from home. I am hard of hearing which is why I'm not phoning. Please help me.

    @virginmedia can’t believe your company. Called regarding a move in date, then 2 mins later I’m disconnected and you have deleted my account. On phone to customer service can’t reconnect. 2 mins later come back you can connect me for a £50 fee 1/2

    @virginmedia new install yesterday. Supposed to be porting landline etc & cancelling my EE service. Rang them today & you’ve not notified them. I’m now paying for 2 services! Tried calling your non existent customer service but as usual can’t speak to anyone

    @virginmedia I have already explained that this is only affecting my service. There is no issue in my area. Why won't you send out an engineer? I have a been a customer for a total of 6 days and this issue has been on-going since day 1. Absolutely shocking service.

    @virginmedia what sort of fresh hell is your new “customer service” chat. Transferred to WhatsApp. 19 hours later, with huge delays to my responses. Then when I took 12 minutes to reply I was cut off and had to start all over again. Just woeful.

    @virginmedia my wifi has been down for days. can't get through to anyone on the phone (call keeps dropping) and your 'live chat' page has no link to actually speak to anyone online help just says check everything is plugged in and I turn it off and on again (clearly not working)

    @virginmedia HELP. I am in Florida from UK. My phone will not connect for service. Roaming enabled, call barring off and APN set to virgin. I need to have service urgently before hurricane hits abs have no other means of contacting you other than Internet!!
