@virginmedia I ordered a wifi booster on 18th August, it never arrived. I have sent several requests for help since to your "help"/complaints page. I am a keyworker trying to work from home. I am hard of hearing which is why I'm not phoning. Please help me.

@virginmedia So it's liberty Global and the Ombudsman it is then. You can't have costmers chasing you guys to sort a problem. Or having your Chat site go down. Or phones put down on them. What would happen if every Virgin media costmer refused to pay until thing to be sorted.

@virginmedia is there a problem in Dundee with broadband? Wifi keeps going off and on every 15 mins, checked box etc all fine. This is the second time to have happened in 2 weeks!

Hello @virginmedia , I hope that you are well. I have your V6 TiVo Box; I recently deleted some shows by mistake, however the “recently deleted” folder is missing/gone/not there anymore. Was there a software update to remove it? Can I get my shows back? HELP!

@virginmedia Did I phoned them 4 or 5 times no joy not fixed. Costmer service complaints was a utter joke. Now I have to 28 days and 3 weeks or to sort it all out. But according to the ombudsman that deals with media I should not wait that long for your problem to be sorted

@virginmedia Is there any way I can request someone take a closer look at my line? I’ve had connectivity issues all week, and today it was constant. Reset and rebooted router and it’s still happening but of course your “nifty tool” for service status says all good.

@virginmedia not only that but I can't upgrade online, I have to call or webchat? Seems a bit ridiculous. Almost as ridiculous as trying to charge a 5G package price when you don't have 5G available. Shoddy service for existing customers seems to be a trend you're creating mind.

@virginmedia Any suggestions on finding a resolution to no broadband signal upstairs ...getting to speak to a human to order a wifi booster !in theory it’s done via the app but it’s not happening and contacting Virgin is like finding the Holy Grail

@virginmedia In addition to that how do I ever get help from Virgin to fix my broadband? I've called 6 times and waited for an hour on hold to be cut off every time. I've sent 2 customer relations emails and never get a reply! Not happy paying for a broken service.
