    Absolutely pathetic customer service from @virginmedia again. Trying to resolve issues with my broadband, have been on the phone for 35 minutes and now passed in queue to speak to a FOURTH department. The last transfer put me through to the mobile phone department. Wow! 🤯

    @virginmedia I ordered a wifi booster on 18th August, it never arrived. I have sent several requests for help since to your "help"/complaints page. I am a keyworker trying to work from home. I am hard of hearing which is why I'm not phoning. Please help me.

    @virginmedia can’t believe your company. Called regarding a move in date, then 2 mins later I’m disconnected and you have deleted my account. On phone to customer service can’t reconnect. 2 mins later come back you can connect me for a £50 fee 1/2

    Hello @virginmedia , I hope that you are well. I have your V6 TiVo Box; I recently deleted some shows by mistake, however the “recently deleted” folder is missing/gone/not there anymore. Was there a software update to remove it? Can I get my shows back? HELP!

    @CabInStelling We’ve found @virginmedia is just as bad. If you complain on Twitter they just send you back to their automated system. There are no humans working for @virginmedia you can actually talk to. We’ve had intermittent service for a year now & at £100 a month it’s throwing money away.

    @virginmedia is there a problem in Dundee with broadband? Wifi keeps going off and on every 15 mins, checked box etc all fine. This is the second time to have happened in 2 weeks!

    @thedogman_918 @virginmedia We have never had a problem with virgin, they always tend to find another deal when one ends. Give them a ring and enquire first, sometimes it is better the devil you know. Xktx

    @thedogman_918 @virginmedia Make sure you keep on top of that cancellation. I tried to cancel and had to resort to letters and many, many phone calls over several months to get them to action it, despite them saying every time that it was done. It was an absolute nightmare and incredibly stressful.

    @virginmedia Probably to fob me off, no offence. No I went through to billing, because of the £40 charge for no reason, on my old account for the old address. I don't understand why you guys cant press a big button what says 'Close Account' and problem would be solved.
