    Absolutely pathetic customer service from @virginmedia again. Trying to resolve issues with my broadband, have been on the phone for 35 minutes and now passed in queue to speak to a FOURTH department. The last transfer put me through to the mobile phone department. Wow! 🤯

    Hello @virginmedia, there are some broadband issues in the Dundee area that have been unresolved since Monday and are greatly interfering with #WFM. Are there are updates or information for when this is likely to be resolved? Call centres not providing much detail sadly. Thanks

    @CabInStelling We’ve found @virginmedia is just as bad. If you complain on Twitter they just send you back to their automated system. There are no humans working for @virginmedia you can actually talk to. We’ve had intermittent service for a year now & at £100 a month it’s throwing money away.

    @virginmedia can’t believe your company. Called regarding a move in date, then 2 mins later I’m disconnected and you have deleted my account. On phone to customer service can’t reconnect. 2 mins later come back you can connect me for a £50 fee 1/2

    @virginmedia I have wasted countless hours on hold to incompetent and lying staff over the many years since Virgin took over Telewest/Blueyonder. The most serious issue, I was just told that 'Virgin didn't offer' the package that I had been sold. Not wasting any more time thanks.

    @k_faulkner @virginmedia @jimconey Sky, new customers for sky TV & sport £41/month but for loyal customers (15+ years) it’s £70/month. Until you are forced to phone and complain and they adjust down only for it to go back up when special dispensation ends. Our commercial world values new over existing customers

    @virginmedia @ruskin147 I'm facing the same issue in the same area; it's impossible to use the web now as it keeps cutting out and reconnecting every 20 seconds. Only light on the router is the solid white light; resetting the hub also has no effect on the issue.

    @virginmedia Sure: my internet connection is on and off since yesterday 5:00. I've restarted my hub and make sure that everything is wired correctly following the steps on the help site. Service was saying that everything was right until 10:30, when it wasn't the case
