Or having your Chat site go down. Or phones put down on them. What would happen if every Virgin media costmer refused to pay until thing to be sorted.

I had to come back to Virgin Media this year as it was the only Fibre Broadband provider in my street but I'll maybe have to forego speed for decent customer service.
