Been left hanging on phone for over 15 mins by VIRGIN MEDIA AGAIN, 2nd day in a row. Nobody wants to deal with my complaint. I have no lost 2 days of my life that I will never get back because of VIRGIN MEDIA

@virginmedia I have no wifi service. I haven't had any for 24 hours. I have spoken to customer service and they cannot get anyone to fix this today. I am on hold now to cancel my services

@virginmedia Your customer service is shocking, I will be changing provider as soon as possible. I had to come back to Virgin Media this year as it was the only Fibre Broadband provider in my street but I'll maybe have to forego speed for decent customer service.

@thismorning @ITV @itvhub Battle with virginmedia who are ripping off people and getting away with it. Their team are rude they lie to customers and they get away with it because you can't cancell unless you pay £240 you are stuck with them paying for a service you don't get. It's disgusting.

@virginmedia Hi I spoke to someone on Wednesday they offered me VIP service 1000 or 500 meg,at a cost, not paying anymore you cant maintain 200 meg, there are no service problems in area and neighbor's service ok all I ask is a new router

@virginmedia The service status checker says everything is fine and the broadband is working properly, which has not been the case since we signed up with you. We have been paying for an extremely poor service just to eat into our mobile data, which is going to end up costing us more.
