    @virginmedia I have no wifi service. I haven't had any for 24 hours. I have spoken to customer service and they cannot get anyone to fix this today. I am on hold now to cancel my services

    @virginmedia “the other person cleared” most annoying when trying to get through to customer services. Why is this the only way to cancel accounts when you don’t let customers speak to anyone.

    Very poor service from Virgin Media, WiFi only working50% over 2 months. Offered small amount as goodwill gesture, they explained that all other service were working & that seemed ok. AVIOD!

    @virginmedia currently looking into other providers as i plan to cancel my virgin since yous have nothing to offer me and not to mention im paying for 100mb internet but just ran a speed test which states i only receive 16.57mb so im getting ripped off big time #rantover

    @virginmedia It's just not me with the same problems it's my neighbours as well. We have all complained and nothing done with the speed as well as the TV drop out. 2 have moved over to sky because of all the problems.

    @virginmedia Your customer service is shocking, I will be changing provider as soon as possible. I had to come back to Virgin Media this year as it was the only Fibre Broadband provider in my street but I'll maybe have to forego speed for decent customer service.

    @virginmedia Plus problems. I even had to get a mate to have a look the phone lines because he used to work for virgin media as enginer he told me the lines were all rusted and need replacing even then they did listen now it's speed problems amongst propertys

    @libertyglobal. For such a big company and you own virgin media do you listen to virgin media coustmers. Are you rude as there coustmer services. Do you care about virgin media customers. Or do you just take take and not listen or care just like us virgin media customers.

    Thanks @virginmedia for having me endure a call for 48 minutes while I try to get someone to give me the broadband speed I’ve been paying for for over a year (350Mbps but I’m only getting 140Mbps), and then simply hanging up on me with no fix. Joke of a company. #broadbandfail

    @virginmedia Only after we got involved AGAIN as he said the agents were again trying to keep him connected despite being explicit that he wanted to cancel. He said your agents then continually tried to confuse him. The last request was not actioned correctly according to yesterday’s agent!

    @virginmedia Can’t watch certain channels due to error code CS2004 - tried following the usual guidance - no help. Had virgin 8 months and already on my second box. Received an email to inform me my bill will be £117 PM from month 11 as opposed to £79 PM I’m paying now…

    @virginmedia Since all help involves 1111 where do you suppose to direct me? I do not have another 3 spare hours to speak to 1111 to get the same outcome. Even complaints about 1111 goes to 1111. Perpetually circling the same foul drain. Please offer a different solution.

    @virginmedia I asked for a cheaper deal 7 weeks ago, it never happened, rang again, my refund never came then they cut me off! Was meant to b £45. I spend 6 hrs on the phone last sat, still no further forward as 5 people needed the call while “transferring “ me.

    @virginmedia The next morning…7:50am! I don’t want to waste time doing this, waste time ringing or on chat as I’ve wasted hours already. Raising a complaint through My VM doesn’t work. No email address? Is the only option left to write a letter?
