    @virginmedia can’t believe your company. Called regarding a move in date, then 2 mins later I’m disconnected and you have deleted my account. On phone to customer service can’t reconnect. 2 mins later come back you can connect me for a £50 fee 1/2

    @Johnty14 @virginmedia Better than when they came to my house. I’m not a customer but they still came while I was out and dug up plants in my front garden to access connecting services I didn’t ask for. Then refused any contact with me afterwards due to not being a customer!

    @wrighty1707 @virginmedia It was me who suggested this when I worked for them. I designed it to get you on the phone to retentions, because a huge percentage of customers would just sit out of contract or complain online about astronomical pricing. Granted not every customer is able to get a decent deal.

    @cdavo25 @virginmedia I had Stream Box and Broadband set up yesterday. Neither working today, tried Cust Serv’s on hold over 45 mins and still no answer! These people are as garbage as their services, spend your money elsewhere. I’m going back to @SkyUK 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    @virginmedia you have failed to install broadband at my new property as part of home move service. I have been promised engineers will attend each day for last 3 days - no sign! I’ve asked for updates - nothing! I’ve been told I’ll be contacted by Area Manager - nothing! Terrible
