@virginmedia I’ve already been through this with one of your technicians who informed me there is no fault and outright refused to send a technician out. The issue is loss of internet connection not WiFi.

@virginmedia @therealpaulbond ITV down here too, and the picture quality has been breaking up randomly for days. The biggest joke is that the service status page on the virgin media website is....broken! Couldn’t make it up!

Been left hanging on phone for over 15 mins by VIRGIN MEDIA AGAIN, 2nd day in a row. Nobody wants to deal with my complaint. I have no lost 2 days of my life that I will never get back because of VIRGIN MEDIA

@virginmedia It states no problems but 100% is, both myself and neighbours have no internet or tv services, there is a cabinet on the Windsor road in Maidenhead without a front on it this maybe the issue! Wet or somebody kicking connections perhaps but either way your services are not working
