@CabInStelling We’ve found @virginmedia is just as bad. If you complain on Twitter they just send you back to their automated system. There are no humans working for @virginmedia you can actually talk to. We’ve had intermittent service for a year now & at £100 a month it’s throwing money away.

@virginmedia Worst service ever. Engineer turns up today at 12 to sort a mess of cables left by the installing engineer, leaves us with NO broadband, phone or tv and now can't get an engineer until Friday. Appalling.

Absolutely pathetic customer service from @virginmedia again. Trying to resolve issues with my broadband, have been on the phone for 35 minutes and now passed in queue to speak to a FOURTH department. The last transfer put me through to the mobile phone department. Wow! 🤯

@virginmedia We were told, 6/1, then 11/1,then 18/1 and now the 21/1. As you can imagine I have no faith. Unless the engineers are round by the house causing the issue at the time they connect to the internet this issue will continue that’s what we’ve been told.

@virginmedia No it’s not an end of contract discount being removed, worrying if it was since the increase is just £4., it’s for investing in service improvement. The point I was making, which seems to have been missed, is the current service keeps failing & def not close to 99% reliable

@virginmedia Internet is so bad I cannot log into it. Page won’t load. There was a fault in the area (21) at the end of last week. Spoke on the phone with CS. Info was that it would be fixed by today at 10am.
