I even had to get a mate to have a look the phone lines because he used to work for virgin media as enginer he told me the lines were all rusted and need replacing even then they did listen now it's speed problems amongst propertys

On phone to customer service can’t reconnect. 2 mins later come back you can connect me for a £50 fee 1/2

The process involves downloading an email, pressing a button to return to the screen—what f****** screen?—then trying the alternative options, sending a text, getting to another page, linking something up, and doing this repeatedly. Still only want the router model name. Incompetent and useless. Can't just have an email and a password, gotta get sent a text that doesn't f****** work, get sent an email that doesn't f****** work, do it 38 times or do it for the rest of my f****** life. #Virginmedia made it easier for who the f***? All these corporations and banks always improving either the taste of processed food or their login process and, it's never f****** easy, so who are they improving it for? It's like they are teaching us to take instructions have to get on the phone press this press that press that press that teaching us to obey constantly. Use the app it's easier f*** is it.! #news

They've got over 100,000 reviews on Trustpilot with an average rating of 1.5/5. That should tell you all you need to know. I cannot wait for my contract to end.

Colin Fenn (@ColinFenn45) reported@virginmedia Hi, poor signal strength is wifi only, if I am streaming on my laptop it becomes unusable, with a msg not enough bandwidth, and will last for about 15mins. The signal strength notification struggles to make any bars, and eventually clears.
