@virginmedia Unfortunately the situation remains unresolved. We have called and called to no avail. We have been hung up on a further two times. We are not doing anything deemed rude, we are simply asking about our package and wishing to change something. Now at wits end. #stillpoor

@virginmedia I’ve already been through this with one of your technicians who informed me there is no fault and outright refused to send a technician out. The issue is loss of internet connection not WiFi.

@virginmedia On the issue I was calling about - have been experiencing home broadband dropping over past 6 months or so. When I’ve been calling to get it sorted, just kept getting told to reset router and it would be fine. No one would listen when I was saying I thought it was dodgy!

@virginmedia it has but its much worse than thursday and friday now. can you tell me why this wasnt impacting me when I was only on 100Mb? was i moved onto infrastructure while there was a known fault? would downgrading my line back to 100mb resolve this issue?

@virginmedia my Internet wasn't working this morning. I have tried the service status which tells me to wait 24 hours. I have reset my hub, factory reset my hub and the light on the hub is white but no device is working. Followed all your guides online too.
