@virginmedia Worst service ever. Engineer turns up today at 12 to sort a mess of cables left by the installing engineer, leaves us with NO broadband, phone or tv and now can't get an engineer until Friday. Appalling.

@virginmedia Worst service ever. Had an engineer here today to make good the mess the installation engineer made, allnhebjad to do was tidy up cables and yet he's left us with no TV, broadband or phone and there's no engineers available until Friday. THE WORST

@CabInStelling We’ve found @virginmedia is just as bad. If you complain on Twitter they just send you back to their automated system. There are no humans working for @virginmedia you can actually talk to. We’ve had intermittent service for a year now & at £100 a month it’s throwing money away.

Hi @bhatti_saqib, is there anything you can do to help your constituents get fibre broadband installed? Living in suburban areas like Solihull & get internet speeds of 3mbps. @virginmedia & @BTGroup have no interest in installing; making work or anything using internet impossible

@virginmedia My 100mbps internet has been struggling to run a zoom call while someone is browsing the internet. I upgraded to the 350mbps because it was just unbearable, working from home and all, it still takes 90sec to load a picture on WhatsApp. Someone help?

@virginmedia I am awaiting a callback from a manager however. I'm to expect it in 24 hours, which helps me not one bit. Oh, and have since had text saying engineer visit for Friday night (which I didn't agree to) is on hold because Virgin are investigating a network issue.

@virginmedia Broadband down since 15.15. Status app didn't work so called Virgin Cust Serv, who said, we'll try to have an engineer out on Friday night. Then utter refusal to help and even consider any other options. May as well said "Computer says 'No'"
