    @virginmedia On the issue I was calling about - have been experiencing home broadband dropping over past 6 months or so. When I’ve been calling to get it sorted, just kept getting told to reset router and it would be fine. No one would listen when I was saying I thought it was dodgy!

    @virginmedia absolute joke. Been stuck on hold for 30 minutes with the same crap songs playing on loop. What is going on, surely a company as big as yours has enough staff to provide support to your customers.

    @virginmedia @therealpaulbond ITV down here too, and the picture quality has been breaking up randomly for days. The biggest joke is that the service status page on the virgin media website is....broken! Couldn’t make it up!

    @virginmedia I’ve already been through this with one of your technicians who informed me there is no fault and outright refused to send a technician out. The issue is loss of internet connection not WiFi.

    @virginmedia absolutely shocking service recently. Been a customer from telewest days for 17 years. Called support last nite due to unresolved laggy WiFi issues. Told there was nothing you could do. Now been on hold for over half an hour to cancel services 😡

    @virginmedia Unfortunately the situation remains unresolved. We have called and called to no avail. We have been hung up on a further two times. We are not doing anything deemed rude, we are simply asking about our package and wishing to change something. Now at wits end. #stillpoor

    Been trying to call @virginmedia for the past hour because broadband keeps dropping. Every time I got through, the call dropped. 10 on the rage scale. As soon as you say you want to cancel you get through to someone and new equipment finally sent out. Argh!

    @virginmedia Correct, due to issues in the area. We have been without Internet for 4 days now and according to this it won't be fixed until 12th July. We are working from home, can you advise how we will do that without internet? Will we be reumbursed for the 10 days we are without WiFi?

    @virginmedia Yea we are checking that continuously Eventually reached an agent after 70mins No awareness of a problem that has been diagnosed since last Tuesday Empty promises. No resolution. Offered a billing discount and then placed on hold for a further 50mins. Shameful.

    @virginmedia Yes it is early disconnection fees, but I would have thought extenuating circumstances would apply as if my Nan didn’t die, we wouldn’t need to cancel!!!
