Or having your Chat site go down. Or phones put down on them. What would happen if every Virgin media costmer refused to pay until thing to be sorted.

Might still need a new router at this rate but will keep an eye on it. Shouldn't need this much work to keep it running (thankfully I'm somewhat tech savvy)

Have pursued every available line of enquiry but no information as to what the ****** is the reason for it not being fixed
