@virginmedia “the other person cleared” most annoying when trying to get through to customer services. Why is this the only way to cancel accounts when you don’t let customers speak to anyone.

@virginmedia Your customer service is shocking, I will be changing provider as soon as possible. I had to come back to Virgin Media this year as it was the only Fibre Broadband provider in my street but I'll maybe have to forego speed for decent customer service.

Been left hanging on phone for over 15 mins by VIRGIN MEDIA AGAIN, 2nd day in a row. Nobody wants to deal with my complaint. I have no lost 2 days of my life that I will never get back because of VIRGIN MEDIA

@virginmedia It’s not up for discussion. You do throttle speeds in modem mode. In router mode, I get 350mbps down. My home router has been tested by me to be capable of over 200mbps both up and down. Yet when I use your modem in modem mode with this router, the download speed is 40mbps?
