@virginmedia Unfortunately the situation remains unresolved. We have called and called to no avail. We have been hung up on a further two times. We are not doing anything deemed rude, we are simply asking about our package and wishing to change something. Now at wits end. #stillpoor

@virginmedia @therealpaulbond ITV down here too, and the picture quality has been breaking up randomly for days. The biggest joke is that the service status page on the virgin media website is....broken! Couldn’t make it up!

@virginmedia I’ve already been through this with one of your technicians who informed me there is no fault and outright refused to send a technician out. The issue is loss of internet connection not WiFi.

@virginmedia my mums been without internet for 2 WEEKS and your managers kept saying the engineers would fix the area issue by yesterday but it’s still down. Your outage link says it’s fine but it’s not. When will it get fixed? 2 weeks is a joke when paying for a service!

@virginmedia If you mean going through all of it to make sure it's working and plugged in etc, yes. I have done that multiple times and earlier in the week the area was flagging up as having issues. It seems unlikely that *now* it is my router...

@virginmedia how on earth do your customers actually get to speak to an agent to book an engineer? My 91 year old dad has been without TV for 48 hours because we can’t reach you and he doesn’t have a laptop or socials. Everything is automated. Dreadful customer service.
