I just want to speak to a human being- your live chat, web chat, text chat, and IVR prohibit this. Is there no simpler solution?

HMND (@Hammondsy) reported@virginmedia The WiFi signal continually drops out. I have a booster which worked for a bit but isn’t any longer. I’m even having problems with wired connections. When you run a test from your end it looks ok but it’s not. I think it’s an issue with the router.
