Absolutely pathetic customer service from @virginmedia again. Trying to resolve issues with my broadband, have been on the phone for 35 minutes and now passed in queue to speak to a FOURTH department. The last transfer put me through to the mobile phone department. Wow! 🤯

@virginmedia can’t believe your company. Called regarding a move in date, then 2 mins later I’m disconnected and you have deleted my account. On phone to customer service can’t reconnect. 2 mins later come back you can connect me for a £50 fee 1/2

@CabInStelling We’ve found @virginmedia is just as bad. If you complain on Twitter they just send you back to their automated system. There are no humans working for @virginmedia you can actually talk to. We’ve had intermittent service for a year now & at £100 a month it’s throwing money away.

@virginmedia yesterday you cut off my 89year old bed ridden mil’s phone line because you are upgrading to fibre. She now has no emergency button to press. My husband has been trying to get it reconnected for the last 24 hours and you have been worse than useless. Sort it out!

@virginmedia Upgraded to the V6 and error message came on to phone customer services. Phoned customer services and they advised no-one virgin end had activated it so no TV for at least 24 hours. Got told even if it had been activated no TV for 12 hours, due to faults with box?!
