Very poor service from Virgin Media, WiFi only working50% over 2 months. Offered small amount as goodwill gesture, they explained that all other service were working & that seemed ok. AVIOD!!

Thanks @virginmedia for having me endure a call for 48 minutes while I try to get someone to give me the broadband speed I’ve been paying for for over a year (350Mbps but I’m only getting 140Mbps), and then simply hanging up on me with no fix. Joke of a company. #broadbandfail

@virginmedia I love how you treat us costmers. Though and still want paid🤔🤔🤔🤔. So tell me what avenues can I take for the mess you put me. Was after willing to pay once all this passed but no you switched me off. Won't put me back on till I pay 2 months back. Ps my kids even hate VM.

@libertyglobal @vmbusiness Ha ha that's a joke 6 weeks of calling and virgin media only for them to hang up everytime and that is the same with there text still waiting. Why not check out virgin media twitter page and Facebook page and see how many very angry costmers are venting there disappointment.

@scribbles78 Am with virgin media but they annoy me way too much so would really like to switch. Quality has improved after I moved up to Scotland (had loads of issues at times during pandemic) but it's pricey and they are mega annoying about providing options when contract is due for renewal

So if @virginmedia send you an email saying the price is rising all you have to do is call and say you’re cancelling and they take the increase off right away. Clearly they don’t need to increase it they’re just hiking it up for the sake of it hoping people don’t cancel. #Greedy
