@virginmedia can’t believe your company. Called regarding a move in date, then 2 mins later I’m disconnected and you have deleted my account. On phone to customer service can’t reconnect. 2 mins later come back you can connect me for a £50 fee 1/2

Absolutely pathetic customer service from @virginmedia again. Trying to resolve issues with my broadband, have been on the phone for 35 minutes and now passed in queue to speak to a FOURTH department. The last transfer put me through to the mobile phone department. Wow! 🤯

@CabInStelling We’ve found @virginmedia is just as bad. If you complain on Twitter they just send you back to their automated system. There are no humans working for @virginmedia you can actually talk to. We’ve had intermittent service for a year now & at £100 a month it’s throwing money away.

Hello @virginmedia, there are some broadband issues in the Dundee area that have been unresolved since Monday and are greatly interfering with #WFM. Are there are updates or information for when this is likely to be resolved? Call centres not providing much detail sadly. Thanks

@alcomatt @virginmedia Yeah. A quick look on Twitter suggests a lot of people in CR2/Croydon/Purley are having the same issue so hopefully they'll get it sorted soon. Their website is still showing a 'Good' status though, which isn't especially encouraging.

@virginmedia No, they always just say they’ll increase the signal to solve the problem (then seem to reduce it again later, thus causing the problem again). Our Tivo box is also 12 years old but they’ve never agreed to replace it.

@virginmedia You do realise that "security reasons" is a complete garbage excuse? I work with InfoSec / GDPR and you can quite legally call me back and run through security to confirm who I am. As I said, I will just cancel my DD, I don't have time to keep being cut off after 45 mins.

@Kelly64kg @eir Rubbish to deal with. #virginmedia, #Vodafone or #3mobile far better and easier to deal with. Customer care is x10 better. MIGHT reimburse you!!! As you asked, going ok thanks. At cinema first time since pandemic, ½ day from work, guarantee more voice over work. Migraine as well.
