@virginmedia @therealpaulbond ITV down here too, and the picture quality has been breaking up randomly for days. The biggest joke is that the service status page on the virgin media website is....broken! Couldn’t make it up!

@Libra_Comms @virginmedia "Know how you feel, it's an utter joke now with the amount of times I get letters saying the prices are going up AGAIN just to get the same old excuse which is "it's to invest in our network and services" maybe should thing of the customers for a change more like!!

@virginmedia I’ve already been through this with one of your technicians who informed me there is no fault and outright refused to send a technician out. The issue is loss of internet connection not WiFi.

@virginmedia virgin fibre always down in the barnsley area, its never working, spends more time down than up and to top it off neighbour is getting higher speeds and for less than HALF of what we pay 6 months difference in contract ... can't wait till contracts are up

@virginmedia are the biggest cluster **** of a company. Their WiFi goes down so often and all you get is. ‘I’m sorry to hear blah blah blah.’ It’s the telephone staff I feel sorry for cause they get all the shot by my **** it’s awful
