    @VirginMediaNews yet more terrible customer service from Virgin media disconnected Internet services 10 days before I moved house when everyone is homeworking offered me £18 compensation!

    Hello @virginmedia, there are some broadband issues in the Dundee area that have been unresolved since Monday and are greatly interfering with #WFM. Are there are updates or information for when this is likely to be resolved? Call centres not providing much detail sadly. Thanks

    @virginmedia Web chat where you have to wait. And they never come back. Sorry did that like many many others never got anything sorted. I how have spoken to the ombudsman to try to sort this I have done the email. Spoken. And sent letter. As the ombudsman said. Still waiting to here from you.

    Been left hanging on phone for over 15 mins by VIRGIN MEDIA AGAIN, 2nd day in a row. Nobody wants to deal with my complaint. I have no lost 2 days of my life that I will never get back because of VIRGIN MEDIA

    @Rachel_A_ @virginmedia Exact same with us! Both of us had virgin in our old flats, and never once had a problem. But since we’ve moved to this one it’s been problem after problem! Not happy at all.

    Absolutely pathetic customer service from @virginmedia again. Trying to resolve issues with my broadband, have been on the phone for 35 minutes and now passed in queue to speak to a FOURTH department. The last transfer put me through to the mobile phone department. Wow! 🤯

    @virginmedia @MrWVaughan I had Stream Box and Broadband set up yesterday. Neither working today, tried Cust Serv’s on hold over 45 mins and still no answer! These people are as garbage as their services, spend your money elsewhere. I’m going back to @SkyUK 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    In the bordering 10 years of having @virginmedia broadband I have never experienced over 5 days of broken internet. In the time I have decided to play GTA online. The internet had the audacity to drop DURING A HEIST FINALE. Diabolical.

    @virginmedia You have left my 86 year old dad without a phone or internet. He now has no way of contacting family , doctor , hospital or even emergency services if required. Your engineer attended, couldn’t fix it and left. Not good enough!!

    Out of curiosity @virginmedia why are you not replacing my router that you have said has a fault which I only know about because I asked you for help but a colleague of mine was contacted & had his router replaced with no problems? I understand part of the problem is my fault
