@virginmedia I’ve already been through this with one of your technicians who informed me there is no fault and outright refused to send a technician out. The issue is loss of internet connection not WiFi.

@virginmedia I asked for either 1. Restore oomph with 5g mobile sim. or 2. Change contract to just broadband with reduced monthly payment. 3. Cancel Agreement. I have had no communication except to say it’s resolved after talking to me which never happened.
