Hello @virginmedia , I hope that you are well. I have your V6 TiVo Box; I recently deleted some shows by mistake, however the “recently deleted” folder is missing/gone/not there anymore. Was there a software update to remove it? Can I get my shows back? HELP!

@virginmedia can’t believe your company. Called regarding a move in date, then 2 mins later I’m disconnected and you have deleted my account. On phone to customer service can’t reconnect. 2 mins later come back you can connect me for a £50 fee 1/2

@virginmedia Is there any way I can request someone take a closer look at my line? I’ve had connectivity issues all week, and today it was constant. Reset and rebooted router and it’s still happening but of course your “nifty tool” for service status says all good.

Absolutely pathetic customer service from @virginmedia again. Trying to resolve issues with my broadband, have been on the phone for 35 minutes and now passed in queue to speak to a FOURTH department. The last transfer put me through to the mobile phone department. Wow! 🤯

@virginmedia Hi, apologies, I did not see this response. There was no notice period mentioned when I left. We did not receive any service for 3+ months, and as stated in the contract, we can therefore leave without any further charges. This was agreed on the phone by at least 1 operator

@virginmedia The broadband is still off. The notification has gone from the website that stated there was an issue. I have rebooted the router, checked all the wires and we are still not connected. Its ridiculous as we have had no issues until the engineers were here.
