Trying to resolve issues with my broadband, have been on the phone for 35 minutes and now passed in queue to speak to a FOURTH department. The last transfer put me through to the mobile phone department. Wow! 🤯

Reset and rebooted router and it’s still happening but of course your “nifty tool” for service status says all good.

Had an engineer here today to make good the mess the installation engineer made, allnhebjad to do was tidy up cables and yet he's left us with no TV, broadband or phone and there's no engineers available until Friday. THE WORST

Now I have to 28 days and 3 weeks or to sort it all out. But according to the ombudsman that deals with media I should not wait that long for your problem to be sorted

Chancellor Reeves left VodafoneThree, Virgin Media O2 and EE out of the British Industrial Competitiveness Scheme which gives a 25% cut on electricity bills to thousands of other businesses. Telecoms firms are now facing full 33% energy price rises triggered by the Iran war and are drawing up emergency plans including slowing speeds, restricting data during peak times and charging premiums for heavy usage. One network warned up to 9,000 jobs could be at risk and 5G rollout plans shelved. VodafoneThree said it is “disappointed” and urged the Government to protect the critical digital networks the country depends on. Virgin Media O2 added that if the Government wants growth it cannot overlook the networks Britain relies on.

Gadge (@gadgetweetin) reported@virginmedia last month I called up to specifically cancel my TV/BB/Phone contract which ends on 5th May, before the price triples. I started a new BB only contact. This morning I am infuriated to see my bundle has not been cancelled at all & I have been charged for it😡😡
