    @virginmedia Did I phoned them 4 or 5 times no joy not fixed. Costmer service complaints was a utter joke. Now I have to 28 days and 3 weeks or to sort it all out. But according to the ombudsman that deals with media I should not wait that long for your problem to be sorted

    Absolutely pathetic customer service from @virginmedia again. Trying to resolve issues with my broadband, have been on the phone for 35 minutes and now passed in queue to speak to a FOURTH department. The last transfer put me through to the mobile phone department. Wow! 🤯

    @virginmedia Worst service ever. Engineer turns up today at 12 to sort a mess of cables left by the installing engineer, leaves us with NO broadband, phone or tv and now can't get an engineer until Friday. Appalling.

    Hello @virginmedia , I hope that you are well. I have your V6 TiVo Box; I recently deleted some shows by mistake, however the “recently deleted” folder is missing/gone/not there anymore. Was there a software update to remove it? Can I get my shows back? HELP!

    @Rachel_A_ @virginmedia Exact same with us! Both of us had virgin in our old flats, and never once had a problem. But since we’ve moved to this one it’s been problem after problem! Not happy at all.

    @virginmedia I've managed to get it to reset finally, so whatever issue was niggling seems to have been resolved. Might still need a new router at this rate but will keep an eye on it. Shouldn't need this much work to keep it running (thankfully I'm somewhat tech savvy)

    @virginmedia Your customer service is shocking, I will be changing provider as soon as possible. I had to come back to Virgin Media this year as it was the only Fibre Broadband provider in my street but I'll maybe have to forego speed for decent customer service.

    @virginmedia can you help your call centres are useless!!! My sister has moved house as she and her husband are divorced and she has no contact with him. The ac is in his name , but she pays for it. All she wants is the ac to be in her name .. why is this so hard to do 🤬 ?

    @virginmedia Virgin Media Are your technicians aware of the Intermittent internet signal problem in the NP20 5HT area. Are your technicians trying to fix this problem. This problem has been going on now for a about two week. Alex B
