derek stewart🏴 (@delmonifieth) reported from Monifieth, ScotlandVirgin Media seem to think they are above reproach! Offering substandard service & charging excessively
-
Jim Auld (@badassscotsman) reported from Dundee, Scotland@SkyUK @virginmedia Were on lock down can't work. No work. No money. But yet you will not help the paying public that pay for your services. How about giving free channels. Frezze payment's. Or do something instead of not listening to the paying public coustmers
-
Dorothy Brown 💙🇬🇧 (@Brackens1) reported from Dundee, Scotland@CabInStelling We’ve found @virginmedia is just as bad. If you complain on Twitter they just send you back to their automated system. There are no humans working for @virginmedia you can actually talk to. We’ve had intermittent service for a year now & at £100 a month it’s throwing money away.
-
Kimberley Kilmister (@myster02) reported from Dundee, Scotland@virginmedia absolutely disgusted with your 'customer service' been trying for ages to get someone to recontact our services. If I don't take a deal im NOT interested in, keep being offered the same one, im put into a queue thats NEVER ANSWERED #competionRules #ofcom
-
Jim Auld (@badassscotsman) reported from Dundee, Scotland@libertyglobal. For such a big company and you own virgin media do you listen to virgin media coustmers. Are you rude as there coustmer services. Do you care about virgin media customers. Or do you just take take and not listen or care just like us virgin media customers.
-
Jim Auld (@badassscotsman) reported from Dundee, Scotland@virginmedia Did I phoned them 4 or 5 times no joy not fixed. Costmer service complaints was a utter joke. Now I have to 28 days and 3 weeks or to sort it all out. But according to the ombudsman that deals with media I should not wait that long for your problem to be sorted
-
Jim Auld (@badassscotsman) reported from Dundee, Scotland@virginmedia Web chat where you have to wait. And they never come back. Sorry did that like many many others never got anything sorted. I how have spoken to the ombudsman to try to sort this I have done the email. Spoken. And sent letter. As the ombudsman said. Still waiting to here from you.
-
Chris Bell (@Frakbuddy) reported from Dundee, Scotland@virginmedia @scottishgas Bad enough I pay £70 a month pretty much for just the solid internet.
-

Ζara Barclay (@zarabarclay) reported from Dundee, Scotland@virginmedia is there a problem in Dundee with broadband? Wifi keeps going off and on every 15 mins, checked box etc all fine. This is the second time to have happened in 2 weeks!
-
Jim Auld (@badassscotsman) reported from Dundee, Scotland@virginmedia @andycruise1979 You kidding virgin media. Texted no answer. Phoned and phone put down. Emailed no answer. For weeks and weeks weeks and weeks and still no answer. and I bet Andy did the same as me.
-
Chris Bell (@Frakbuddy) reported from Dundee, Scotland@virginmedia I've managed to get it to reset finally, so whatever issue was niggling seems to have been resolved. Might still need a new router at this rate but will keep an eye on it. Shouldn't need this much work to keep it running (thankfully I'm somewhat tech savvy)
-
Steve Lonie (@stevelonie) reported from Dundee, Scotland@DanLeePadgett @CISASUK @virginmedia The Indian call centre don't deviate from the script giving a poor overall customer service wasting a lot of people's time. If it wasn't for good speed I'd have dumped them years ago.
-
Jim Auld (@badassscotsman) reported from Dundee, Scotland@virginmedia Plus problems. I even had to get a mate to have a look the phone lines because he used to work for virgin media as enginer he told me the lines were all rusted and need replacing even then they did listen now it's speed problems amongst propertys
-
Jim Auld (@badassscotsman) reported from Dundee, Scotland@virginmedia So it's liberty Global and the Ombudsman it is then. You can't have costmers chasing you guys to sort a problem. Or having your Chat site go down. Or phones put down on them. What would happen if every Virgin media costmer refused to pay until thing to be sorted.
-
🏴 Scotch Living 🏴 (@Scotch_Living) reported from Dundee, Scotland@virginmedia I use your services & work from home, for work. To earn money. To pay bills. It’s kinda important. Your services, inc broadband are down in my area! Checked my cpe - not that! Can you fix please?
-
PK (@tartan_troosers) reported from Dundee, Scotland@virginmedia is there anyway I can speak to someone in the uk about my hub fault. I’ve wasted hours speaking to people reading from scripts about problems instead of sorting the problem. Your customer service dept is horrendous.
-
Gary Stevenson Jnr. (@garystvnsn) reported from Dundee, ScotlandAbsolutely pathetic customer service from @virginmedia again. Trying to resolve issues with my broadband, have been on the phone for 35 minutes and now passed in queue to speak to a FOURTH department. The last transfer put me through to the mobile phone department. Wow! 🤯

-
Damien Pooley (@damienpooley) reported@virginmedia a few weeks ago I had some broadband issues and was told a new hub would be dispatched to me. I still haven’t received it, and my account says I don’t have any open orders. I tried to contact VM via chat, but (twice) the agents said nothing when connected!
-
Chris (@Swissffs1980) reported@trapdoor456 @virginmedia I did exactly same. Sacked Virgin off, expensive and loads of problems. You Fibre have been spot on 👍 I wouldn’t change from these now. Never had problems and cheap.
-
Jags Arthurson (@JagsArthurson) reportedWARNING I've had the dreadful new @virginmedia 360 box imposed on me (Virgin updated box without my consent and wiped all my recordings) With the old (36) box, to go to an alphabetical list of recordings was ONE button press With the 360 box it's FOURTEEN!!! Truly awful
-
Scarlett Shaw (@ScarlettShaw) reportedThe one touch switch for broadband might sound like a good idea but here’s something they don’t mention. When you leave @virginmedia , the email address you’ve had for 30 years is deleted. So you have to spend hours and hours changing login details on everything. It’s so stupid.
-

Abbie (@abz_06) reported@virginmedia you have left my 71 year old mother without internet and TV since 18th July due to a “problem in the area” and now you’re saying it won’t be fixed until 31st July? Two whole weeks you’ve left an elderly person completely isolated with no form of entertainment.
