    @virginmedia absolute joke. Been stuck on hold for 30 minutes with the same crap songs playing on loop. What is going on, surely a company as big as yours has enough staff to provide support to your customers.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately the situation remains unresolved. We have called and called to no avail. We have been hung up on a further two times. We are not doing anything deemed rude, we are simply asking about our package and wishing to change something. Now at wits end. #stillpoor

    @virginmedia I’ve already been through this with one of your technicians who informed me there is no fault and outright refused to send a technician out. The issue is loss of internet connection not WiFi.

    @virginmedia Yes we do, we lost connection on everything. We've now currently had no internet since roughly 4pm (10/12) I've tried all things that I could find to fix and nothing has worked. Unacceptable for the price you charge when I could easily go with another provider for half the cost!

    Virgin Media has got to be the absolute worst! 3 months of service outage in S11 and now no internet for 2 days in SE London - including the England v France game…. Sorry doesn’t cut it - you are beyond redemption

    @virginmedia No, we have not been offered a resolution. For severe damage of an important infrastructure damage we want £10000 compensation as of 9th Dec plus £200/day for any delay in fixing it, which makes the damage worse everyday. Virgin is a joke!!!
