@virginmedia All other devices etc seem to be connecting so I will contact HIVE or @scottishgas tomorrow to see if they can help, but given your own systems cant reach the router I believe that's the issue.....again.

@virginmedia Worst service ever. Had an engineer here today to make good the mess the installation engineer made, allnhebjad to do was tidy up cables and yet he's left us with no TV, broadband or phone and there's no engineers available until Friday. THE WORST

Spent hours yet again trying to make the Virgin Media hub 3 work but now I just want to smash it and it's actually feeding into my depression/anxiety. Seems like every six months it's an issue. I love the speed but I might just say **** it soon and change service.

@virginmedia I've managed to get it to reset finally, so whatever issue was niggling seems to have been resolved. Might still need a new router at this rate but will keep an eye on it. Shouldn't need this much work to keep it running (thankfully I'm somewhat tech savvy)

Shocking service from @virginmedia As a healthcare key worker I rely on mobile data to travel to different places of work. Almost a week of no service, rang your team 3 times now with the same message to wait another 48 hours. No communication from a manager, nothing.
