@libertyglobal can you please sort you virgin media out here in the UK. How many times can a company hang there phones up to paying costmers when we're trying to get things sorted out.

  • nickjcook
Nick Cook (@nickjcook) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@virginmedia I’ve already been through this with one of your technicians who informed me there is no fault and outright refused to send a technician out. The issue is loss of internet connection not WiFi.

  • pixelscol
Col Gray 🤘🏻 (@pixelscol) reported from Dundee, Scotland

Thanks @virginmedia for having me endure a call for 48 minutes while I try to get someone to give me the broadband speed I’ve been paying for for over a year (350Mbps but I’m only getting 140Mbps), and then simply hanging up on me with no fix. Joke of a company. #broadbandfail

  • stevelonie
Steve Lonie (@stevelonie) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@DanLeePadgett @CISASUK @virginmedia The most laughable thing was I asked them to ping my box to see if they could see me on the network. Two calls and twice I was told that the connection was fine. Thought it might have been a MAC address problem. After a week, they eventually sent an engineer out..

  • badassscotsman
Jim Auld (@badassscotsman) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@virginmedia I love how you treat us costmers. Though and still want paid🤔🤔🤔🤔. So tell me what avenues can I take for the mess you put me. Was after willing to pay once all this passed but no you switched me off. Won't put me back on till I pay 2 months back. Ps my kids even hate VM.

@Libra_Comms @virginmedia "Know how you feel, it's an utter joke now with the amount of times I get letters saying the prices are going up AGAIN just to get the same old excuse which is "it's to invest in our network and services" maybe should thing of the customers for a change more like!!

  • Brackens1
Dorothy Brown 💙🇬🇧 (@Brackens1) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@virginmedia No. I cannot speak to your team. It’s automated answering service only. I would like to speak to a human and book an engineer to make my £100 a month broadband package work consistently.

  • ScottBrander
Scott Brander (@ScottBrander) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@virginmedia Your customer service is shocking, I will be changing provider as soon as possible. I had to come back to Virgin Media this year as it was the only Fibre Broadband provider in my street but I'll maybe have to forego speed for decent customer service.

  • delmonifieth
derek stewart🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@delmonifieth) reported from Monifieth, Scotland

@virginmedia Think yodel, but it makes no difference- this is a terrible service, don’t care who is to blame. This is terrible service & I’m losing out!!!

  • Kirky_P

@virginmedia “the other person cleared” most annoying when trying to get through to customer services. Why is this the only way to cancel accounts when you don’t let customers speak to anyone.

  • erinbernadette_
Erin (@erinbernadette_) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@Rachel_A_ @virginmedia Exact same with us! Both of us had virgin in our old flats, and never once had a problem. But since we’ve moved to this one it’s been problem after problem! Not happy at all.

  • Frakbuddy
Chris Bell (@Frakbuddy) reported from Dundee, Scotland

Spent hours yet again trying to make the Virgin Media hub 3 work but now I just want to smash it and it's actually feeding into my depression/anxiety. Seems like every six months it's an issue. I love the speed but I might just say **** it soon and change service.
