@LibertyGlobal @virginmedia. A big thanks for doing absolutely nothing to help us the paying consumers at this time. Is there any point you having a twitter page or Facebook page because your not listening to consumers at all especially at this time.

@SkyUK @virginmedia Were on lock down can't work. No work. No money. But yet you will not help the paying public that pay for your services. How about giving free channels. Frezze payment's. Or do something instead of not listening to the paying public coustmers

@stuartfreedman @virginmedia @zeninternet Good to know. Thanks. To paraphrase, Virgin’s response a couple of days ago, was akin to, we’re just as bad as the others!!!!

@virginmedia Alas, third time this week, the #virginmedia #broadband is down. Unacceptable failure rate.

Paul Dotter

@virginmedia Getting about 125Mb D/L and 25Mb U/L wired (paying for 500Mb) and where I can get a wireless signal about 70Mb down and 10Mb up. Wireless dead spots in places that were fine 12 months ago with no router changes or movement and no new devices added.
-
No, Nook
(@nanoukacabra) reported
Jeez, the @virginmedia website is awful for checking and reporting broadband issues. It's literally just told me that there's a known issue that affects multiple customers in my area, so instead of letting me to log that it also affects me, it's asked if the router is plugged in
-
Tim
(@Tim80422961) reported
@virginmedia Reset yesterday evening. Ping this morning is 2.12mbps download and 22.71mbps upload. Looks like the problem is further upstream? Download has been particularly poor lately and we are not doing anything different.
-
No, Nook
(@nanoukacabra) reported
@virginmedia Yup, that's showing, possibly because I've reported it. The issue is that to get to the 'report an issue' stage, I need to cycle through at least two iterations of 'turn router on/off', which only serves to discourage customers reporting genuine faults
-
Amy Buffone

@virginmedia And how do you propose I do that when I have no signal??

Genuine question @virginmedia. Why might it take "between 2 and 48 hours" to reconnect a service? I'm not trying to be clever, I'm genuinely curious as to the process
