I even had to get a mate to have a look the phone lines because he used to work for virgin media as enginer he told me the lines were all rusted and need replacing even then they did listen now it's speed problems amongst propertys

Condolences don't cut it when all thats needed is for your numpty call centre staff to have the ability to deal sensitively with the issue. They clearly see your clients as admin not human beings.

Every other service, bank etc were great & helpful, we were still getting bills from Virgin a year after she died, we’d phone, they’d say it was now cancelled - another bill. We gave up when the house was sold.
