Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
🕷️🇪🇺 🇬🇧 Uitlander (@Uitlander) reported@virginmedia - But you can do this in the app. Download app. Login. Accept renewal offer. - Am told new contract has been sent to an email address I removed from my account ~1 year ago. - Return to "my Account" in app. Still says my account is due for renewal
-
Richard Bignell (@NothingLane) reported@trapdoor456 @virginmedia Nope, but much the same story. Dumped useless Virgin years ago. Now with @zeninternet. Once you start a contract, the price NEVER increases. They're a UK company, so absolutely no overseas call centres and the tech service has been first class.
-
mike duncan (@mikedun95307737) reported@virginmedia You really need to up your game virtual chat about as much use as a chocolate ashtray. You promise something in the Contract and not deliver it. No am not the account holder but money comes from my account. Get your act in order because at the moment it is crap
-
Steve Wright (@SWright1steve) reported@GrahamCompton @MartinSLewis @ao Reminds me of the 6 months I spent trying to cancel Virgin Media. Sky are almost as bad.
-
SPAHCRAB (@spahcrab) reported@virginmedia I'm already planning on cancelling my service. This must be a speed run record as I haven't even plugged in the router, nor received the damn thing.
-
Jeremy Darby-Fox 🏴🇬🇧 (@FoxJereny) reported@virginmedia any chance you might actually get the internet working in Didcot anytime soon? Been several days now. Estimated fix date keeps being pushed back. Getting ridiculous now. It’s not cheap paying our bill for no internet
-
Berk (@trapdoor456) reported@BigBadWolf137 @virginmedia Yeah, 14 day cooling down period 👍
-
Dan (@dannog_8) reportedRemind me again why I pay Virgin Media monthly for a service that works whenever it feels like it?
-
Robby Yung ⦿⦿⦿ (@viewfromhk) reported@0xsachi I think "moat" is just a polite way of saying monopoly. First mover advantage builds a brand and customer stickiness, and I think this should be the goal, personally. But all these anti-competitive practices like making cancelling services ridiculously hard (hello @virginmedia ) or walling the garden once you get enough users (hello @facebook Open Graph) should be cracked down on, in my opinion.
-
David G Boyes (@WordMediaCo) reported@virginmedia Interrupted signal on your much-vaunted new 360. Why? What do I do to improve matters? Paying you over £100 a month. Not impressed.
