    @virginmedia This is the second or third time since getting this hub I've had to do factory resets. The previous had no issues at all until it eventually failed after 5/6 years.

    @Libra_Comms @virginmedia "Know how you feel, it's an utter joke now with the amount of times I get letters saying the prices are going up AGAIN just to get the same old excuse which is "it's to invest in our network and services" maybe should thing of the customers for a change more like!!

    @virginmedia yet more terrible customer service from Virgin media disconnected Internet services 10 days before I moved house when everyone is homeworking offered me £18 compensation!

    @virginmedia So it's liberty Global and the Ombudsman it is then. You can't have costmers chasing you guys to sort a problem. Or having your Chat site go down. Or phones put down on them. What would happen if every Virgin media costmer refused to pay until thing to be sorted.

    @virginmedia Did I phoned them 4 or 5 times no joy not fixed. Costmer service complaints was a utter joke. Now I have to 28 days and 3 weeks or to sort it all out. But according to the ombudsman that deals with media I should not wait that long for your problem to be sorted

    @virginmedia Thanks. It seems my only option is to phone, but with wait times of an hour that will cost a lot of money. It’s unfair that I should pay to let you know you’re not providing me a service.

    Spent hours yet again trying to make the Virgin Media hub 3 work but now I just want to smash it and it's actually feeding into my depression/anxiety. Seems like every six months it's an issue. I love the speed but I might just say **** it soon and change service.

    @virginmedia “the other person cleared” most annoying when trying to get through to customer services. Why is this the only way to cancel accounts when you don’t let customers speak to anyone.

    @virginmedia I ordered a wifi booster on 18th August, it never arrived. I have sent several requests for help since to your "help"/complaints page. I am a keyworker trying to work from home. I am hard of hearing which is why I'm not phoning. Please help me.

    @virginmedia Is there any way I can request someone take a closer look at my line? I’ve had connectivity issues all week, and today it was constant. Reset and rebooted router and it’s still happening but of course your “nifty tool” for service status says all good.

    @virginmedia @HopeForTo Is this a joke! Estimated fix time after 5pm. Broadband and TV both down. Supposed to be working! Put prices up again and on one of the most important dates in TV history (WC26 Semi Finals) everything is down!

    @virginmedia No Internet or TV since Monday 13th June, engineer came out today Thursday 16th June checked all the devices and wireing and all good, yet still no service and no explanation or timeline for things to be up and running again.
