Very poor service from Virgin Media, WiFi only working50% over 2 months. Offered small amount as goodwill gesture, they explained that all other service were working & that seemed ok. AVIOD!

@virginmedia how about helping out with all the self insolate people children off business shutting people stuck at home. Etc etc. Such things a added channels with no extra charge. To help the families out.

@virginmedia I love how you treat us costmers. Though and still want paid🤔🤔🤔🤔. So tell me what avenues can I take for the mess you put me. Was after willing to pay once all this passed but no you switched me off. Won't put me back on till I pay 2 months back. Ps my kids even hate VM.

@libertyglobal @vmbusiness Ha ha that's a joke 6 weeks of calling and virgin media only for them to hang up everytime and that is the same with there text still waiting. Why not check out virgin media twitter page and Facebook page and see how many very angry costmers are venting there disappointment.

Thanks @virginmedia for having me endure a call for 48 minutes while I try to get someone to give me the broadband speed I’ve been paying for for over a year (350Mbps but I’m only getting 140Mbps), and then simply hanging up on me with no fix. Joke of a company. #broadbandfail

@virginmedia Hey John, 12pm-1600 today. I had 2 SMS from VM saying I'd be charged £25 if someone wasn't in but I have been in all day and no sign or updates. Your service checker page still says no issues in my area too despite my 2 neighbours having the same issues

@LeePartridge16 @virginmedia I've twice renegotiated my deal and I'm only paying £1 more a month than 2 years ago. Find a cheap new deal with a competitor, threaten to leave and they'll come right down in price in my experience.

@virginmedia Yup! & I have an email from Virgin stating all was fine. Only to be hit by that collection threat. I paid it because I could be fired at work for having debt when I give debt advice for a living! Absolutely shameful service. I’m thoroughly insulted.
