    @virginmedia I ordered a wifi booster on 18th August, it never arrived. I have sent several requests for help since to your "help"/complaints page. I am a keyworker trying to work from home. I am hard of hearing which is why I'm not phoning. Please help me.

    @virginmedia So it's liberty Global and the Ombudsman it is then. You can't have costmers chasing you guys to sort a problem. Or having your Chat site go down. Or phones put down on them. What would happen if every Virgin media costmer refused to pay until thing to be sorted.

    @VirginMediaNews yet more terrible customer service from Virgin media disconnected Internet services 10 days before I moved house when everyone is homeworking offered me £18 compensation!

    @virginmedia Is there any way I can request someone take a closer look at my line? I’ve had connectivity issues all week, and today it was constant. Reset and rebooted router and it’s still happening but of course your “nifty tool” for service status says all good.

    @virginmedia is there a problem in Dundee with broadband? Wifi keeps going off and on every 15 mins, checked box etc all fine. This is the second time to have happened in 2 weeks!

    @libertyglobal can you please sort you virgin media out here in the UK. How many times can a company hang there phones up to paying costmers when we're trying to get things sorted out.

    Hello @virginmedia , I hope that you are well. I have your V6 TiVo Box; I recently deleted some shows by mistake, however the “recently deleted” folder is missing/gone/not there anymore. Was there a software update to remove it? Can I get my shows back? HELP!

    @DanLeePadgett @CISASUK @virginmedia The Indian call centre don't deviate from the script giving a poor overall customer service wasting a lot of people's time. If it wasn't for good speed I'd have dumped them years ago.

    @virginmedia Did I phoned them 4 or 5 times no joy not fixed. Costmer service complaints was a utter joke. Now I have to 28 days and 3 weeks or to sort it all out. But according to the ombudsman that deals with media I should not wait that long for your problem to be sorted

    @DanLeePadgett @CISASUK @virginmedia The most laughable thing was I asked them to ping my box to see if they could see me on the network. Two calls and twice I was told that the connection was fine. Thought it might have been a MAC address problem. After a week, they eventually sent an engineer out..

    @virginmedia I would rather call them myself. All I'm asking for is a phone number to call them which does exist so I could call them direct so they can listen to me and sort the problem out.

    @virginmedia There are no issues. In the labyrinthine phone system it alternated between there are and there arent problems seemingly at random. Turning the router off and on again helps but not something you can do in a work meeting. Key issue is speed is often below what we are paying for.

    @virginmedia We’ve waited in every single day this week whilst being promised that the engineer would come to do our groundworks, they promised every day and never turned up, and had no intention of turning up as we have now found out!!

    @wingpig @virginmedia They replied to me with an estimate completion for fix as the 16th, which is a nightmare for WFH. If I can get tests to run (big if) I can get 200+ down with less than .1 up.

    @virginmedia Checker says there are problems in the OX28 area, but this has been ongoing for more than 6 months. Sometimes the line is down for 1/2 hr at a time. What's going on? Will it ever end?
