@Libra_Comms @virginmedia "Know how you feel, it's an utter joke now with the amount of times I get letters saying the prices are going up AGAIN just to get the same old excuse which is "it's to invest in our network and services" maybe should thing of the customers for a change more like!!

Been left hanging on phone for over 15 mins by VIRGIN MEDIA AGAIN, 2nd day in a row. Nobody wants to deal with my complaint. I have no lost 2 days of my life that I will never get back because of VIRGIN MEDIA

@virginmedia Plus problems. I even had to get a mate to have a look the phone lines because he used to work for virgin media as enginer he told me the lines were all rusted and need replacing even then they did listen now it's speed problems amongst propertys

@virginmedia I have no wifi service. I haven't had any for 24 hours. I have spoken to customer service and they cannot get anyone to fix this today. I am on hold now to cancel my services

@virginmedia currently looking into other providers as i plan to cancel my virgin since yous have nothing to offer me and not to mention im paying for 100mb internet but just ran a speed test which states i only receive 16.57mb so im getting ripped off big time #rantover

@virginmedia It's just not me with the same problems it's my neighbours as well. We have all complained and nothing done with the speed as well as the TV drop out. 2 have moved over to sky because of all the problems.

@virginmedia Your customer service is shocking, I will be changing provider as soon as possible. I had to come back to Virgin Media this year as it was the only Fibre Broadband provider in my street but I'll maybe have to forego speed for decent customer service.

@virginmedia I usually like potato’s but not pinging on my servers. No outages. We had a new modem sent due to update trying the last apparently. Yet still really bad online gaming. At my wits end with it..would a new router in general fix it instead of your modem?

@virginmedia I have just spoken to my partner and he checked the box to order it but never got confirmation, now the app is saying the signal is great even though it is not in the part of the house he ordered it for, so it now won’t let him order one!
