Been left hanging on phone for over 15 mins by VIRGIN MEDIA AGAIN, 2nd day in a row. Nobody wants to deal with my complaint. I have no lost 2 days of my life that I will never get back because of VIRGIN MEDIA

@virginmedia I’ve already been through this with one of your technicians who informed me there is no fault and outright refused to send a technician out. The issue is loss of internet connection not WiFi.

@virginmedia @therealpaulbond ITV down here too, and the picture quality has been breaking up randomly for days. The biggest joke is that the service status page on the virgin media website is....broken! Couldn’t make it up!

@virginmedia after complaing to virgin we were told that we would be contacted by the field team within a week, we have been waiting over 6 weeks. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. We have 3 large holes in our living room giving us a draft. unacceptable!!!!!

@virginmedia I have tried both so many times reset everything a number of times brought a WiFi booster but nothing seems to help. It's pretty much daily it drops and has been for about 2 months now. Paying £130 a month for constant issues

@virginmedia That's part of the problem, the status online shows as ok although there's a known TV issue and you'd text me last week to say the issue had been resolved when it hasn't! I still need to give notice of cancellation.

@virginmedia More a router problem. We have a Hub 4. Having to reboot almost daily as devices report failure to acquire an IP address. Suspect it's a DHCP server problem in the router. Upgraded from Hub 3 in December 2020. Never had this issue with Hub 3.

Totally disgusting service from @virginmedia we have made 2 complaints about our engineer who made a total mess of his work. we have told virgin that we are not happy with this and will not be paying for our insulation fee. however we have still been charged.
