@virginmedia I love how you treat us costmers. Though and still want paid🤔🤔🤔🤔. So tell me what avenues can I take for the mess you put me. Was after willing to pay once all this passed but no you switched me off. Won't put me back on till I pay 2 months back. Ps my kids even hate VM.

@virginmedia Web chat where you have to wait. And they never come back. Sorry did that like many many others never got anything sorted. I how have spoken to the ombudsman to try to sort this I have done the email. Spoken. And sent letter. As the ombudsman said. Still waiting to here from you.

Thought it might have been a MAC address problem. After a week, they eventually sent an engineer out..

@virginmedia This is so tiresome I have complained so many times about slow broadband speed, unreliable WiFi, terrible TV services & only after threatening to leave did you send an engineer in July. This made it a little better, but recently it’s been unreliable of an evening.

@virginmedia thought the WhatsApp chat with customer service would be good - opposite. First message I sent was asking where @PlutoTV was on my 360 box. 40 mins of trying things they eventually say it’s not available on 360. Why don’t customer services read the initial message?
