@virginmedia Worst service ever. Engineer turns up today at 12 to sort a mess of cables left by the installing engineer, leaves us with NO broadband, phone or tv and now can't get an engineer until Friday. Appalling.

@CabInStelling We’ve found @virginmedia is just as bad. If you complain on Twitter they just send you back to their automated system. There are no humans working for @virginmedia you can actually talk to. We’ve had intermittent service for a year now & at £100 a month it’s throwing money away.

@virginmedia Worst service ever. Had an engineer here today to make good the mess the installation engineer made, allnhebjad to do was tidy up cables and yet he's left us with no TV, broadband or phone and there's no engineers available until Friday. THE WORST

@virginmedia It’s wireless and I’ve rebooted the router countless times since I upgraded in January ...on my previous lesser package I never had a problem ...I believe the router must be at fault
