@Libra_Comms @virginmedia "Know how you feel, it's an utter joke now with the amount of times I get letters saying the prices are going up AGAIN just to get the same old excuse which is "it's to invest in our network and services" maybe should thing of the customers for a change more like!!

@virginmedia I’ve already been through this with one of your technicians who informed me there is no fault and outright refused to send a technician out. The issue is loss of internet connection not WiFi.

@virginmedia @therealpaulbond ITV down here too, and the picture quality has been breaking up randomly for days. The biggest joke is that the service status page on the virgin media website is....broken! Couldn’t make it up!

@virginmedia 9 hours I've been in the chat and got nowhere. Just cancel the renewal, ffs. Have had to check the chat in between patients and when I leave it 15 mins before responding, you just send me back to the start. Ok for you to take 2 hrs to respond to each msg tho. 🥴

hey @virginmedia, having ANOTHER issue. My grandad had an engineer up last Thurs to fix a problem and now today when I try to call his landline I get a number temporarily unavailable msg. It says there's no known faults. Idk what to do bc I have no other way to contact him.

Along with constant, daily cut-offs throughout the last couple of months, a maintenance that stopped us from using the internet for several days - Broadband issues continue, way to go @virginmedia. I'm seriously considering moving to another provider because this is ridiculous.
