@CabInStelling We’ve found @virginmedia is just as bad. If you complain on Twitter they just send you back to their automated system. There are no humans working for @virginmedia you can actually talk to. We’ve had intermittent service for a year now & at £100 a month it’s throwing money away.

@virginmedia All other devices etc seem to be connecting so I will contact HIVE or @scottishgas tomorrow to see if they can help, but given your own systems cant reach the router I believe that's the issue.....again.

@virginmedia Yes I did and yes we had to wait 4 days to get service back, due to "something" the Monday engineer did while tidying the cables. Absolute shambles of a service.

@virginmedia Worst service ever. Engineer turns up today at 12 to sort a mess of cables left by the installing engineer, leaves us with NO broadband, phone or tv and now can't get an engineer until Friday. Appalling.

@virginmedia Worst service ever. Had an engineer here today to make good the mess the installation engineer made, allnhebjad to do was tidy up cables and yet he's left us with no TV, broadband or phone and there's no engineers available until Friday. THE WORST

8 phone calls in 24 hours from Virgin Media since I cancelled, 7 the phone just cut off and on the 1 where someone decided they did want to speak when I said I didn't want to stay with them they said nothing and put the phone down on me ! How many more calls til its harassment?

Terrible customer service from #virginmedia who came and did some work outside our house on Thursday (not requested by us and we were not informed of any disruption) and now we have no internet and a damaged driveway! Literally zero customer service since!
