Seems like every six months it's an issue. I love the speed but I might just say **** it soon and change service.

Why not check out virgin media twitter page and Facebook page and see how many very angry costmers are venting there disappointment.

Now I have to 28 days and 3 weeks or to sort it all out. But according to the ombudsman that deals with media I should not wait that long for your problem to be sorted

My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more.
