@virginmedia “the other person cleared” most annoying when trying to get through to customer services. Why is this the only way to cancel accounts when you don’t let customers speak to anyone.

@libertyglobal. For such a big company and you own virgin media do you listen to virgin media coustmers. Are you rude as there coustmer services. Do you care about virgin media customers. Or do you just take take and not listen or care just like us virgin media customers.

@virginmedia Your customer service is shocking, I will be changing provider as soon as possible. I had to come back to Virgin Media this year as it was the only Fibre Broadband provider in my street but I'll maybe have to forego speed for decent customer service.

@virginmedia Plus problems. I even had to get a mate to have a look the phone lines because he used to work for virgin media as enginer he told me the lines were all rusted and need replacing even then they did listen now it's speed problems amongst propertys

@virginmedia It's just not me with the same problems it's my neighbours as well. We have all complained and nothing done with the speed as well as the TV drop out. 2 have moved over to sky because of all the problems.

@Libra_Comms @virginmedia "Know how you feel, it's an utter joke now with the amount of times I get letters saying the prices are going up AGAIN just to get the same old excuse which is "it's to invest in our network and services" maybe should thing of the customers for a change more like!!

@virginmedia As I say, I’ve been told by VM construction team, Avonline contractors and VM engineers that the fibre cable has been damaged... but no appointment ever gets booked, that’s what I need. I fail to see how other customers are going to be able to resolve that one?

@virginmedia Called up again today as it wasn't fixed yesterday as promised. Date's been pushed out again. Again no notification until I called and asked. This needs sorting out! Did get an upgrade to M500 and bill reduction as part of it, but that's no use if the upstream still doesn't work!

@virginmedia I predicted as much. Problem being that Twitter is the only sensible communication I’ve had with Virgin Media since joining in February! My speed via Ethernet fluctuates from a couple of mb to a top speed of about 40mbps. I’ve been told the fibre is damaged but no-one comes!
