    @virginmedia Plus problems. I even had to get a mate to have a look the phone lines because he used to work for virgin media as enginer he told me the lines were all rusted and need replacing even then they did listen now it's speed problems amongst propertys

    @virginmedia It's just not me with the same problems it's my neighbours as well. We have all complained and nothing done with the speed as well as the TV drop out. 2 have moved over to sky because of all the problems.

    Been left hanging on phone for over 15 mins by VIRGIN MEDIA AGAIN, 2nd day in a row. Nobody wants to deal with my complaint. I have no lost 2 days of my life that I will never get back because of VIRGIN MEDIA

    Hello @virginmedia , I hope that you are well. I have your V6 TiVo Box; I recently deleted some shows by mistake, however the “recently deleted” folder is missing/gone/not there anymore. Was there a software update to remove it? Can I get my shows back? HELP!

    @virginmedia when virgin media say there here to help and listen. Lol really dont listen to them is all lies. Amaxing how I lost my job because of the virus. And they would wait a few months to sort it. Switched off thanks for nothing honestly disgusting company.

    @virginmedia is there anyway I can speak to someone in the uk about my hub fault. I’ve wasted hours speaking to people reading from scripts about problems instead of sorting the problem. Your customer service dept is horrendous.

    @virginmedia is there a problem in Dundee with broadband? Wifi keeps going off and on every 15 mins, checked box etc all fine. This is the second time to have happened in 2 weeks!

    @virginmedia Worst service ever. Had an engineer here today to make good the mess the installation engineer made, allnhebjad to do was tidy up cables and yet he's left us with no TV, broadband or phone and there's no engineers available until Friday. THE WORST

    @virginmedia I’ve done that many times and it keeps happening, so as I said before, it’s either bc yr equipment is reconditioned or bc yr equipment outside is poor. Maybe I’ll see how sky tv is before I make a decision re my contract next August

    What a joke @virginmedia are! 2 weeks, twice "the system isn't working", 3 times been promised call backs to sort the account of my dad who has passed away and nothing! As if its not a hard enough time as it is! I was going to keep the account but this has made me want to cancel!

    @virginmedia @mthewett I had Stream Box and Broadband set up yesterday. Neither working today, tried Cust Serv’s on hold over 45 mins and still no answer! These people are as garbage as their services, spend your money elsewhere. I’m going back to @SkyUK 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    @virginmedia please can someone phone me urgently to deal with the entirely unacceptable service I am receiving from your home mover team. A failed installation on Wednesday and no engineers turning up yesterday or today despite being promised! I can’t get through on the phone
