@virginmedia Your customer service is shocking, I will be changing provider as soon as possible. I had to come back to Virgin Media this year as it was the only Fibre Broadband provider in my street but I'll maybe have to forego speed for decent customer service.

@virginmedia Plus problems. I even had to get a mate to have a look the phone lines because he used to work for virgin media as enginer he told me the lines were all rusted and need replacing even then they did listen now it's speed problems amongst propertys

@virginmedia currently looking into other providers as i plan to cancel my virgin since yous have nothing to offer me and not to mention im paying for 100mb internet but just ran a speed test which states i only receive 16.57mb so im getting ripped off big time #rantover

Thanks @virginmedia for having me endure a call for 48 minutes while I try to get someone to give me the broadband speed I’ve been paying for for over a year (350Mbps but I’m only getting 140Mbps), and then simply hanging up on me with no fix. Joke of a company. #broadbandfail

@virginmedia It's just not me with the same problems it's my neighbours as well. We have all complained and nothing done with the speed as well as the TV drop out. 2 have moved over to sky because of all the problems.

@virginmedia Frustration is an understatement. The service has been terrible for sometime, I also requested a replacement v6 box yet you sent me an old tivo HD box instead after a 1 hour of waiting to get through to someone. Its always 1 step forward 3 steps back.

Just had a text from Virgin Media saying "good news, we've fixed the issue!" Given my broadband is slower than it was yesterday, I'm guessing the issue they're talking about is bloody customers not paying them enough money.
