@virginmedia Your customer service is shocking, I will be changing provider as soon as possible. I had to come back to Virgin Media this year as it was the only Fibre Broadband provider in my street but I'll maybe have to forego speed for decent customer service.

@virginmedia It's just not me with the same problems it's my neighbours as well. We have all complained and nothing done with the speed as well as the TV drop out. 2 have moved over to sky because of all the problems.

@virginmedia Plus problems. I even had to get a mate to have a look the phone lines because he used to work for virgin media as enginer he told me the lines were all rusted and need replacing even then they did listen now it's speed problems amongst propertys

@virginmedia I have no wifi service. I haven't had any for 24 hours. I have spoken to customer service and they cannot get anyone to fix this today. I am on hold now to cancel my services

@virginmedia Absolutely and I completely understand rising costs l etc but surely a price rise needs to be proportionate? This seems well above. Luckily people will have the option to cancel and go elsewhere, which I suspect they are, which is why you're so busy.

@virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp As said , its a buisness account. You have allready sent a technician round and his response was " huh, it must be a network fault" He then left. Your customer support has done nothing to help over the last 6 months. you're constantly saying " things are fine on our end"
