    @virginmedia Unfortunately the situation remains unresolved. We have called and called to no avail. We have been hung up on a further two times. We are not doing anything deemed rude, we are simply asking about our package and wishing to change something. Now at wits end. #stillpoor

    @virginmedia I’ve already been through this with one of your technicians who informed me there is no fault and outright refused to send a technician out. The issue is loss of internet connection not WiFi.

    @virginmedia As a self employed customer my business is suffering because of this outrage. Will virgin compensate customers for loss of earnings today. So far I'm at £547 and counting for this morning alone. When my bill date arrives I bet you won't hesitate asking me for my £125 monthly.
