@virginmedia absolutely shocking service recently. Been a customer from telewest days for 17 years. Called support last nite due to unresolved laggy WiFi issues. Told there was nothing you could do. Now been on hold for over half an hour to cancel services 😡

@virginmedia Unfortunately the situation remains unresolved. We have called and called to no avail. We have been hung up on a further two times. We are not doing anything deemed rude, we are simply asking about our package and wishing to change something. Now at wits end. #stillpoor

@virginmedia On the issue I was calling about - have been experiencing home broadband dropping over past 6 months or so. When I’ve been calling to get it sorted, just kept getting told to reset router and it would be fine. No one would listen when I was saying I thought it was dodgy!

Been trying to call @virginmedia for the past hour because broadband keeps dropping. Every time I got through, the call dropped. 10 on the rage scale. As soon as you say you want to cancel you get through to someone and new equipment finally sent out. Argh!

@virginmedia My area (TW15)has had intermittent WiFi issues since the 10 Feb. Meaning working from home is impossible. Initially - fixed by the 14th, then the 18th now maybe the 24th… Is there anymore info as the customer service has been less than satisfactory?

@virginmedia I don't really want to leave, that's my last resort. But no one is actually prepared to do anything to assist. We were getting 200mb but really I reliably. Then our hub was 'recalibrated' and now we get 25mb with less reliability. We just want someone to actually help us
