I even had to get a mate to have a look the phone lines because he used to work for virgin media as enginer he told me the lines were all rusted and need replacing even then they did listen now it's speed problems amongst propertys

Reset and rebooted router and it’s still happening but of course your “nifty tool” for service status says all good.

Why not check out virgin media twitter page and Facebook page and see how many very angry costmers are venting there disappointment.

Alex (@AJ01991) reported@Simon_Whale @virginmedia They’re dodgy as ****, I had total loss of service for over a month, they kept closing my complaints saying it was resolved after I explicitly said not to. They also kept saying it was fixed when it wasn’t to avoid paying compensation.

Use the 0335 454 1111 number, as I used another one in the past and it had really high charges. I ring them every year to stop them putting my direct debit up.
