@virginmedia Worst service ever. Had an engineer here today to make good the mess the installation engineer made, allnhebjad to do was tidy up cables and yet he's left us with no TV, broadband or phone and there's no engineers available until Friday. THE WORST

@virginmedia Worst service ever. Engineer turns up today at 12 to sort a mess of cables left by the installing engineer, leaves us with NO broadband, phone or tv and now can't get an engineer until Friday. Appalling.

@CabInStelling We’ve found @virginmedia is just as bad. If you complain on Twitter they just send you back to their automated system. There are no humans working for @virginmedia you can actually talk to. We’ve had intermittent service for a year now & at £100 a month it’s throwing money away.

@virginmedia All other devices etc seem to be connecting so I will contact HIVE or @scottishgas tomorrow to see if they can help, but given your own systems cant reach the router I believe that's the issue.....again.

@virginmedia This is the second or third time since getting this hub I've had to do factory resets. The previous had no issues at all until it eventually failed after 5/6 years.

@virginhelp @richardbranson @virginmedia Thank you. I am having problems with Hub 4. As you can see the speed I am getting. I have had almond st all the fast speeds From the same place of router I used to get 375 gb on 350 line. If I restart HUB 4 I get for a little time about 500 gb and again back to 30 mb.

@virginmedia Another customer here who pays for your M500 service. Just carried out a speedtest from your page..... 2.1 Mbps download !!!!! It does this so much, I feel like you are taking my money under false pretences !!
