Had an engineer here today to make good the mess the installation engineer made, allnhebjad to do was tidy up cables and yet he's left us with no TV, broadband or phone and there's no engineers available until Friday. I even had to get a mate to have a look the phone lines because he used to work for virgin media as enginer he told me the lines were all rusted and need replacing even then they did listen now it's speed problems amongst propertys

The last transfer put me through to the mobile phone department. Wow! 🤯

When I change channel during the adverts and then turn back it won't let me rewind! The old software let me do this from 2017-2026... Why did you remove so many features?
