  Hello @virginmedia , I hope that you are well. I have your V6 TiVo Box; I recently deleted some shows by mistake, however the “recently deleted” folder is missing/gone/not there anymore. Was there a software update to remove it? Can I get my shows back? HELP!

  @virginmedia I ordered a wifi booster on 18th August, it never arrived. I have sent several requests for help since to your "help"/complaints page. I am a keyworker trying to work from home. I am hard of hearing which is why I'm not phoning. Please help me.

  @virginmedia Is there any way I can request someone take a closer look at my line? I’ve had connectivity issues all week, and today it was constant. Reset and rebooted router and it’s still happening but of course your “nifty tool” for service status says all good.

  @virginmedia can’t believe your company. Called regarding a move in date, then 2 mins later I’m disconnected and you have deleted my account. On phone to customer service can’t reconnect. 2 mins later come back you can connect me for a £50 fee 1/2

  @virginmedia So it's liberty Global and the Ombudsman it is then. You can't have costmers chasing you guys to sort a problem. Or having your Chat site go down. Or phones put down on them. What would happen if every Virgin media costmer refused to pay until thing to be sorted.

  Waited since 9am to speak to @virginmedia online (you can't call) answered at 5, transfered me to customer relations that never answered and closed at 6. What a waste of a day. And its a @virginmedia mistake thats caused this in the first place.

  @virginmedia waited hours for a reply when I got one person done security took ages to come back to me, they wanted to test connection (which was down at that moment) then tried to asked security again which I said I had already done to be told it's end of their shift & I'm back in a queue
