@virginmedia Worst service ever. Engineer turns up today at 12 to sort a mess of cables left by the installing engineer, leaves us with NO broadband, phone or tv and now can't get an engineer until Friday. Appalling.

@virginmedia I've managed to get it to reset finally, so whatever issue was niggling seems to have been resolved. Might still need a new router at this rate but will keep an eye on it. Shouldn't need this much work to keep it running (thankfully I'm somewhat tech savvy)

Spent hours yet again trying to make the Virgin Media hub 3 work but now I just want to smash it and it's actually feeding into my depression/anxiety. Seems like every six months it's an issue. I love the speed but I might just say **** it soon and change service.

@virginmedia All equipment has been checked and signals are ok, I was told sometimes a different router may not be as good on WiFi as others. And there is nothing they can do other than paying for an extender. This was a downgrade and now I'm stuck in contract with a rubbish service.

So I’m just gonna keep updating this until it’s sorted as it’s the only way to get some movement. After @virginmedia told me my internet was fixed & even checked to confirm… it’s still down. 10 days & counting. The question now is what comes 1st? My wifi back or Veer on Raw…

@virginmedia whys it impossible for you to listen to what I say. I’ve had 2 engineers, ‘fix’ my bband, new HUB 4 replacement, several calls, complaint and email to the CEO. but still my internet keeps going down. I’m paying 1Gig service for 6 weeks and NEVER had full service.
