@virginmedia Plus problems. I even had to get a mate to have a look the phone lines because he used to work for virgin media as enginer he told me the lines were all rusted and need replacing even then they did listen now it's speed problems amongst propertys

Thanks @virginmedia for having me endure a call for 48 minutes while I try to get someone to give me the broadband speed I’ve been paying for for over a year (350Mbps but I’m only getting 140Mbps), and then simply hanging up on me with no fix. Joke of a company. #broadbandfail

@virginmedia It's just not me with the same problems it's my neighbours as well. We have all complained and nothing done with the speed as well as the TV drop out. 2 have moved over to sky because of all the problems.

Very poor service from Virgin Media, WiFi only working50% over 2 months. Offered small amount as goodwill gesture, they explained that all other service were working & that seemed ok. AVIOD!

@SkyUK @virginmedia Were on lock down can't work. No work. No money. But yet you will not help the paying public that pay for your services. How about giving free channels. Frezze payment's. Or do something instead of not listening to the paying public coustmers

@virginmedia currently looking into other providers as i plan to cancel my virgin since yous have nothing to offer me and not to mention im paying for 100mb internet but just ran a speed test which states i only receive 16.57mb so im getting ripped off big time #rantover

@virginmedia how about helping out with all the self insolate people children off business shutting people stuck at home. Etc etc. Such things a added channels with no extra charge. To help the families out.

@virginmedia No. This all started due to the whatsapp bot process failing repeatedly across 4 weeks to address the initial complaint, costing me some 10 hours in the process. I'm not doing that route again. Suggest your second or third line support get in touch with me. By phone. Soon.

Have had so much trouble with on/off connections with my @virginmedia fiber that I'm making the jump and giving @VodafoneUK's 5G Gigacube router a try... a bold leap into our wireless future? Or another costly attempt to get a stable internet connection that I'll regret!?
