Been left hanging on phone for over 15 mins by VIRGIN MEDIA AGAIN, 2nd day in a row. Nobody wants to deal with my complaint. I have no lost 2 days of my life that I will never get back because of VIRGIN MEDIA

@virginmedia I’ve already been through this with one of your technicians who informed me there is no fault and outright refused to send a technician out. The issue is loss of internet connection not WiFi.

@Rachel_A_ @virginmedia Exact same with us! Both of us had virgin in our old flats, and never once had a problem. But since we’ve moved to this one it’s been problem after problem! Not happy at all.

@denfazzer @virginmedia @SkyUK Sky & BT use the same network. Depending where you live you might be able to get full fibre now, as opposed to copper from the cabinet, which is what causes most of the network problems. Virgin is full fibre.
