@virginmedia I’ve already been through this with one of your technicians who informed me there is no fault and outright refused to send a technician out. The issue is loss of internet connection not WiFi.

@virginmedia I’m not spending my time and money calling a premium rate number thanks. And I’ve ran the test via the app and says it’s fine I run this 20 times a day while the wifi is paused and still says signal is great.. #patheticservice

So @virginmedia wants to increase my monthly broadband charge by £10 a month up to £50 per month despite being a long standing loyal customer, and new customers can come in a get far better deals. There’s something very wrong when loyalty is penalised.

@virginmedia I'm sorry but you have totally missed the point here. I have a working but noisy (high pitched power supply type issue) router. Its working it passes diags. But you call system only recognises faults when there is zero connection. Why can you not understand this.
