@virginmedia Ok thanks. No I've used it for a long time. I use cafe nero every week for a free coffee. So I know how it all works. The app tells us to call 02 for help. But they just tell me I should not use it if not an 02 customer.

@virginmedia 6 days since moving to Virgin, we are having issues, the WiFi won't reach our outside cameras. After completing the troubleshooting guides + waiting for over an hour for a chat agent + 30 mins on the phone, we still haven't spoken to a human....not impressed

@virginmedia It was def.used within time scale. She just said it's not working after we tried to scan twice amd she tried typing in then numbers so both ways..she didn't know why and told me to contact 02 but that's why she gave me the receipt.

@virginmedia Hi there. We have no broadband or TV services. Your customer services say there is a fault in the area CM23 but locals are reporting their services work. Earliest an engineer can come is Wednesday which would be a nightmare for us. What is going on please?
