@virginmedia ongoing issue for months. Engineer finally sent last Monday. Still issues today. On hold for 54 mins before line goes dead. Ring back to be offered a link of no use and told lines are closed. Really helpful. Thanks.

@virginmedia That's never been offered to us when we've called. We've spent £60+ buying 2 boosters of our own, whilst telephone operators have assured us that our current router and plan should be enough to cover.

@virginmedia The same as they do every day.... crashes every hour... I don’t see a way that you can resolve this as when tests are run the signal etc comes up fine - this seems to be a regular thing having Googled it!

@ShogunAsh @virginmedia See if Zen operate in your area mate. I get gigabit for less than the £38 virgin are offering. No loss of service in the 4(?) Or so months of being with them and maintenance is emailed in advance and normally at unsociable hours when people are asleep.

@virginmedia Hi John, the connection to the box outside was done ages ago. With respect, customer service @virginmedia is absolutely appalling. We phone repeatedly and get cut off after holding for close to an hour - your people are not interested in helping. Have you seen customer reviews?

@virginmedia No I had to call them. That’s when they said I cancel without charge. I asked if I can ring them back and they wrote this in my customer notes. When I called back they said I can’t cancel and I need to pay. Ridiculous and waste of time

@virginmedia hi, whilst on a call with your contact centre earlier today, I was told that the connect app might be useful for finding blind spots, but unfortunately when I go to it, it says it doesn't support my hub. You supplied my hub, so does this mean I'm due an upgrade?
