To discover my router is broken wife phoned up Friday afternoon customer service said they would send one out by Monday shocking service I’m out of contract so will look elsewhere 😡😡😡

And pay so much basic phone line and Internet so pay over odds. Price increases on an outdated package. You think 10 years as a customer I could upgrade my package to a current TV one

It hasn’t, so I need compensating for this month too. We are having to drive away from the area to make phone calls that don’t cut out. We need a time frame when this is to be resolved.
