@virginmedia Nope, didn’t help. Last time it happened it was late at night while I was walking home and trying to call my boyfriend. From a safety perspective these kind of faults need to be resolved sooner rather than later.

@virginmedia Already done and nothing - this keeps happening every few days for a few hours at a time. Can’t believe I’m paying full price for a service I only get 70% of the time - especially annoying when I rely on it to work from home.

My @virginmedia internet keeps going off every couple hours for 5 minutes or so. It’s messed up recording interviews & frustrated my attempts to be a bad homeschool teacher via YouTube.

@virginmedia Managed to book a technician after quite some time. Modem finally sorted itself out on its own so now I need to cancel the technician. But the website doesn’t work to actually be able to do that 🙃 It’s like Virgin is actively trying to make me go to a competitor -_-
