  • Dog_in_a_hat Wayne™ (@Dog_in_a_hat) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia So let’s think about this, I have a hub, it’s in one room, I have numerous appliances which run of Wifi, which are portable ie can be used everywhere, but you feel I should only use wired device! Not really selling your service well are you!

  • Bobby_Dazzler68 Darren Carson (@Bobby_Dazzler68) reported from Corby, England

@virginmedia - please review your ‘system generated’ emails. I got an email confirming an order has been despatched. I panicked thinking someone is using my details fraudulently & end up spending 30mins on the phone 😡 if you are merging your network with O2, tell your customers

@virginmedia when I go to make a payment on the app, the app is shutting down.

  • pregnantmassage Pregnant Massage (@pregnantmassage) reported

Absolutely appalling service & customer care from @virginmedia ! No internet since 5Th Sept. Engineer call booked for today 8-12. No one turned up. 90 mins on the phone to customer care- who didn’t know what was going on & couldn’t put me through to anyone who did then cut me off

@virginmedia @virginmedia yes an automated line stating there is a fault is really helpful when I'm paying for a service that's broken everyday

@virginmedia My neighbor has the same issues. It might be a connection outside the house. Certainly not from the internal wires.

  • Jssyangel Jessica booth (@Jssyangel) reported

Just paid £80 to @virginmedia jua for internet, yet again it’s gone down so no WiFi. Took 2 months to get my internet switched to new address , charged £20. my partner got it working in the end, not them so why was I charged £20? Rang repeatedly, every agent hung up on us.

  • Sonny_Club Sonny G 🎙 (@Sonny_Club) reported

@virginmedia It isn’t basically, I’m having to work off mobile data. Speed test seems to think I’m getting over 300mps download & upload of 0.03 which is hilariously bad but when you try and use the internet it doesn’t work. A colleague who lives not far from me has been having issues too.

  • PeekFam Mydogsteppedonabee (@PeekFam) reported

@virginmedia Your taking the mick trying work from home no Internet wtf why you doing updates in the middle of the day I'm fuming got customers deal with.
