    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    Why does @virginmedia keep going down in the OX5 area. This is the 4th time since Christmas. Furthermore you can’t get through to anyone to discuss it.

    @virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia You apologize??? Really??? In the middle of a pandemic , I am a key worker and had to work from home today band I have missed all the meetings. I wish I could cancel my contract and had nothing to do with Virgin ever again!

    @virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

    @virginmedia A problem with tv in the local area which is being worked on by an engineer apparently but nothing for broadband. It’s back on again, though, so hopefully for more than a couple of minutes this time.

    @virginmedia I was a loyal customer, and this has caused me a significant impact on the services available in my household. It has caused an interruption to my work as i will not have adequate Internet to work from home tomorrow, it has cost me a day of trying to work out what is going on.

    @virginmedia I have cat 5e which is good enough for gaming, i checked speeds and they seem okay. I know it’s not an ethernet issue as the wifi is very poor on my phone also, as i have to use 4g instead of the wifi to facetime people. I also factory reset it yesterday.
