    @virginmedia broadband down EVERY day at some point. Screenshots to prove it. No response to complaints a MONTH ago. Broadband & TV currently off completely. Being told three different things over the phone. Planned maintenance, outage in the area and support can fix remotely

    @harrisonmp They wrote to me about my complaint saying they’d been trying to contact me, they haven’t unless they’re still using the wrong mobile number which I’ve informed them about. We’ll ignore the fact that my landline is with them. I just wish someone @virginmedia would take ownership

    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply. Your @virginmedia text bot clearly stated your aim for a human to ring me back within 4 hours - it’s now over 120 hours. May I suggest you update your message, also can you confirm I’ll receive the promised phone call or should I cancel my subscription?

    @virginmedia Fed WRONG information, so it is clearly virgins fault that my own email address was closed down, so instead of wasting mine and the account holders time just get my email back up and running it is as simple as that, virgin should acknowledge they are at fault and rectify?

    @virginmedia I had access to my account up until 6 months ago, called support then and they said there was an issue and they'd fix it, they didn't and they still haven't. Called again a couple of days ago to get my PAC code as still no access and told to wait 48 hours.... Still no code
