    Really dissapointed with virgin media 'service'. Taking over £500 in one month from our dad who has dementia. Thought we had sorted it out yesterday then today they once again cutt off his TV lifeline so now he can't watch TV. Going to set him up with SKY TV

    @virginmedia I got a letter about six weeks ago telling me VM was going to do some upgrades today and my services might be down for a while, have they been or is it just @virginmedia talking shite again my internet didn't go off, so has it been done either way you are garbage...

    @virginmedia I was using NowTv so thats why the connection cut. I stream TV more than anything which is why I'm having so many issues as your broadband is so unreliable

    @virginmedia I'm looking for another ISP for a few months until my contract ends with your poxy company, @sky or @EE mabe, if you gave 100.000 GIG, you still have crap equipment like a £20.00 router it can't cope with today's gaming.

    @virginmedia I hope this upgrade that is coming at the end of January is for a tried and tested hub 4, fu@k the 1 Gig speed, that's no use if your equipment only fires on 2 cylinders like the hub 3, read forums or stick it up your thick stupid ignorant useless arse.

    @virginmedia Sadly not. I was advised to wait until today when some quota/allowance kicked in for the 1st of the month to renew my contract. 'Ash' promised to call back between 9 & 10. Still waiting. And apparently its now costing me more because I never renewed! My fault then. Go figure.

    @virginmedia It's not the services that is the problem, it is online gaming with the hub3 it can't handle gaming, it is a cheap piece of crap, I know internet companies don't give out good routers, but if it's the only one I can use, surely it should be good enough, I'm sick of resetting it.

    @virginmedia And I can assure you it’s the service I am receiving. Internet upload speeds consistently down to 20/30% (Fibre100, 2-3/10mb up) I teAch with Microsoft Teams/Skype. Phone to sort issue, engineer can’t fix it, phone (multiple times) cut off after being on hold for over 1 hour.

    @virginmedia pro tip: if you do it right the first time, customers won't have to call 30 times for a single issue and your queues will go down to a point where you can actually service customers. Over 30h spent trying to cancel services I've never even had...
