    @virginmedia @virginmedia yes we’re still having problems, the hub no longer reaches all rooms, signal strength is lower, when we get a signal. We’re on Fiber at above 100mgbs/Sec be guaranteed. So why did a get a text last month “good news we’ve upgraded you to 100mgb/s.

    Hi @virginmedia I have just spoken Customer service, very brusque and clipped and use the term “Sir”in a very passive aggressive way. my order upgraded service they was insistent that virgin didn’t it so I had to email her “Order ref: WS7344640 Order date: Wednesday, December 2”

    @virginmedia For months and months on end my WiFi has been in and out like the hokey bloody cokey. I've downloaded the signal check app and it tells me signal is great when it's clearly not. Trying my best to work from home but this is causing me unwelcome stress.

    @virginmedia Thank you for pointing out what I already knew about my contract. Do you not have a response in relation to the actual issue?... The shocking service, & the obvious reason why an unhappy customer lacks any real desire to continue being a customer? Irregardless of the increase.

    @virginmedia Data yes still messed up polite version phone calls and signal yes and no signal shows but people can't always ring me. Man from higher tech tried 1st time it wouldn't ring 2nd time it rang so I'd be lying if answered directly on that. Just pure frustration at me I'm going 1/2

    Honestly gutted with Virgin Media. I've been trying to get ahold of them via phone and webchat which does not work. I finally gave up and filled in a form to the complaints team, my resolution being "please just give me a new router as the app tells me it doesn't support it."

    @virginmedia 2/2 to run further tests they said my modem was fine and the problem was with the green box across the street and said the street team would contact me they haven't and told me to ring 03303330444 it's an VERY annoying auto system what's on a loop saying enter my number

    @virginmedia through privacy people about virgin and mobile watchdog even waiting on deadlock letter but still time for that do. It's been issue after issue and lie misleading information so much so never know who's telling me the truth just want good service and be treated correctly 2/2
