@virginmedia so you booked an engineer to come and fix the cable, yet the engineer has just arrived and can only look at the job! What an absolute ridiculous way of working. I told you on the phone that wire had been broke, why send someone who can’t complete the job!

@virginmedia joined a week ago. WiFi is crap. Sent a replacement hub. Still crap. Had several updates sent remotely. Still crap. Just phoned for the 10th time to be told there's an outage and it might be fixed soon. Although no outage shows when I test from here. Losing faith.

@virginmedia, if u are currently testing to see how awful u can make your customer service, you have surpassed all benchmarks. 3 months, no connection. u delay install date every 2 weeks, no explanation, I phone to complain & escalate, get punished now with 3 week postponement.
