@O2 Because I'm a @virginmedia customer, I'm obliged to use a phone. I'm told I'm not allowed to use my PC. So the Ticketmaster site / app pops up, but there is no option to purchase. I fear this issue is because I do not have an O2 account, only Virgin Media for this.

@cameraoncaught @virginmedia Have you forwarded this to Virgin media internal complaints? In my opinion Virgin have one of the worst customer service teams around but it may reach someone who can act upon internally.

@virginmedia What happens is when I connect to the @TicketmasterUK app from the priority app, it offers no option to actually purchase. @TheO2 suggested clearing all cookies and cache. The issue with that is passwords have to be re-entered for almost every app. There must be a better way

@virginmedia 2nd time this week that the broadband has been completely down! Fed up with being sent in circles by your telephone system. Your fault reporting seems to flip between acknowledging there is a fault and proclaiming no fault.

@virginmedia So after 10 days and loads of phone calls I’m still without any virgin services . For a communications business you are very poor at communicating to your customer and as for the complaints link 28 days to respond is a joke. I bet my bill arrives on time though !!! #whatajoke

@virginmedia Broadband down since 11! All day it has said fixed for 20:15! As we approach 20:15, it moves to 22:15! You really are experts at being utter rubbish. Had no broadband in November for 4 days and no this again. Just moving to Sky!

@virginmedia Yeah, I've done all that (I'm a techy) it's why it's in modem mode and replaced with a capable router. The issue isnt the equipment it's the connection. Without the hub3 I can run upto 900Mbps download and 240mbps upload.

@virginmedia Yes…initially had two calls with your team and logged issues…multiple reboots, resets, pausing connections to devices. Was told I need to have 2 consecutive days of problems. We’ve now had over 10 days of problems but you aren’t the easiest organisation to get hold of.

@virginmedia Very intermittent, dropping in and out at different times of the day. No signal in different places and router is central in a bungalow, got sent a booster - still no good. 2 x tv boxes don’t respond sometimes and shows a Wi-Fi error
