@____________jkg @harerik @virginmedia You have a backup hub that you can route traffic too if one is down. In a business environment this is standard practice. If Virgin want to just be a home TV provider, fine. But if they want to sell services to schools, other public services and business things need to change.

I’ve never had a more frustrating service than virgin media’s internet. We’ve called countless times, it gets resolved for a few weeks and then just goes down daily for another few weeks, been intermittent all evening tonight :(

@roughcutjrd @virginmedia Not a Virgin issue, it’s a ongoing problem from the Red Bee fire incident last weekend that took many channels off air, most of the channels are still on back up systems (BBC, C4, C5), but as Box Plus don’t have them, they are instead using The Box (which has been restored).

@virginmedia I wonder if you can help. We have called 4 times in the last month to report terrible connectivity issues. Each time we have been told it will be looked into and on the last occasion we were told an engineer would come out and try fix it. The engineer didn’t turn up.
