    @virginmedia I called yesterday about this xmas chaos plus the bill I just received and the lady didn't know what I was talking about. I said I was considering leaving VM and she promised her manager would call within 2 hours. Never happened.

    @virginmedia Called from Bangalore touting me to renew contract offering me upgrades but lied about cost, sorted this out, then VM continued to bill me at rate I never agreed too, then we had four days of outages, then Bangalore team just disconnect if they cannot sort out a problem

    @virginmedia internet's been down all day. The support page page previously said there was an issue and would be fixed by 4pm , but now it says there is no issue. Post code is wd19 7ht. Please tell me when I will have internet / phone again.

    @steviebooth77 @virginmedia Jesus. Even Arnold Clark are better than that! Was still cheque mind you but it was with me the next day. Virgin customet service is non existant. Few PPV boxing I have had and the streams didnt work. Still waiting on word and the complaints were months ago.

    @virginmedia This time the outage was acknowledged. The past 5 times we had to book an engineer before they were eventually cancelled because the problem was found and fixed at your end. The Internet came back on about 20 minutes ago. It's the regularity that's an issue.

    @virginmedia Poor service from VM today phoned at 13.47 to change my service was quoted a price said I would like to discuss with the wife called back at 14.19 to be told the price has gone up by £10 and that it was a one time offer amazingly poor service at 9 years a customer

    @virginmedia please help us and lots of our neighbours - we have been having wifi problems all day, we can connect but have no wifi at all. Can’t get through to get help and online status checker seems to say there are no issues but there clearly is one for us all nearby.

    @virginmedia how do I get through to someone about intermittent broadband without having to get signals resent and being told that's it fixed now ! Yet again having to call for the 4th time ! Too focused on following call quality procedures ticking boxes but not resolve the issue
