    @virginmedia I find it insulting that you infer it is a problem my end! Once again, the level of customer care is dreadful, and no fixing of the actual problem that we pay a monthly premium for!

    @virginmedia no TV for 24 hours, been on the phone for 50 minutes, guy has now disappeared, left me hanging on the line! The service is so bad!

    @virginmedia seems to be a problem with playback on iPad from virgin media box. Stored shows on the box were playable now not. Connects, plays 2 secs then stops noticed 3 days ago.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia it goes on, we have had no Internet for 3 months, that’s finally been fixed and now no TV, and I am still on the line, 58 minutes, not sure where the guy has gone, I’m not putting the phone down!

    @virginmedia I could indeed try ringing that number - if I wanted to spend over an hour listening to the same songs on a loop then speaking to someone who doesn’t know anything. You have a real problem with customer service and it will lose you business.

    @virginmedia worst customer services I've ever dealt with. They make it hard to complain then lied to me twice deliberately and closed the complaint before it was resolved. Don't trust them!

    @virginmedia Hi ALG, thanks for the reply, it’s greatly appreciated😊 After a long call with Yodel we’ve found out there was a system error resulting in them having to return to the depot & they will attempt to deliver today. Nevertheless, the problem has been the lack of communication to us.

    @virginmedia Says no known issues, which is what is has said for 3 days. But if that was the case my WiFi, and other people’s in the area, would not be cutting out constantly would it!

    Unbelievable! My mums internet service is having problems. The call centre seem unable to deal with this. This has been going on for months. I'm still on hold. If it's not sorted today you're losing a customer @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Can someone answer the phone. Last week when I got rid of sky and got virgin installed you had someone on the phone to me in record time the last two days I’ve had issues no one available. I’m within my 14 days so I’m gonna cancel if u don’t respond properly

    I have just received the most atrocious customer service from @virginmedia ! WiFi was supposed to be here two days ago because it was signed for at the wrong address & I’ve just been told by a supervisor that there’s nothing they could do, thanked me for my time. Then hung up!😡

    @virginmedia I have done, several times, daily. Often waiting over an hour on hold then getting cut off. The customer service, much like the connectivity of our broadband is horrendous and I have already spoke to BT about switching.

    @virginmedia I’m looking to renew 2 separate contracts today but when I call 0345 454 1111 I’m greeted by a message saying the person is already on call. Live chat is not available on your website and gives me this number to call. Do not have a landline so cannot call 150. Help!
