Just been on the phone for over an hour to @virginmedia and received awful customer service with the call ending with no resolution to my query. Apparently loyal customers don’t count for anything and it’s just new customers that get the best prices 😡

@virginmedia please create an option to remove all BBC channels from TiVo boxes @BBCWorld @BBCRadio4 @BBCBreakfast so we who don’t want to have bbc channels can avoid paying a license fee. I pay a license fee and I object to having to sign in to watch catch up, I rather lose BBC

@virginmedia To be fair got through after about 35 mins & they resolved my issue quickly & I was very happy with outcome, just a bit frustrated @ time because of hanging on phone for so long.

@virginmedia I have been on chat for over 90 min trying to ask your agent why an issue in my area is still not resolved. Your agent has taken two hours to tell me there is no fault reported yet it is shown on your website and basically called me a liar. 😡

Disgusting @virginmedia charging £56.49 for the most basic crap tv package and phone line. Think they are having my elderly mum on. I'll be cancelling that tomorrow. I pay over £10 less with sky for a better tv package, phone & broadband!
