@virginmedia No email access for 3 days now on the blueyonder access. All I get is "Oops, this page is broken." System says nothing is wrong. Terrible. I have done a check, and it says everything is working correctly on BBand/Telly. ??? Area 01.

@Jack173_ @virginmedia The service has been truly awful for a week now Jack, you'll probably find it's nothing to do with your end. This is exactly what I'm talking about. If someone takes your road up, you get a notice. If Virgin fibre goes down or someone just pushes the wrong button, it's all meh

@virginmedia Internet back up now. Don't have a problem with either maintenance or an unavoidable fault, I just wish you'd send out an SMS or something to inform customers of why, and for how long. Otherwise you get people just sat waiting and none the wiser.

@MeNigeStew I'm with @virginmedia suffering for decent coverage in parts of the house & despite trying a pod (which has yet to work btw) wifi extenders (which fight with the main router) & 2 engineer visits I'm still suffering. Having full TV as well not sure how broadband price breaks down

@virginmedia Tried them all over 18 months. Short of moving the router, which imo will shift the issue from one room to another, there's not a lot else open to me according to your representatives. We work from home and my wife uses all her mobile data every month as a wifi hotspot

@TeaKayB @virginmedia My son endured similar circle of hell cancelling his account with them when the Uni’s shut down in person teaching and he returned home. Have numerous screenshots of hr long waiting. In the end, he cancelled his direct debit and complained to Trading Standards.

@virginmedia I moved house. Waited 2 weeks for an installation engineer to arrive.When he did this morning was told "can't install as a guy didn't do what he was supposed to do & run cable from the junction" Ffs! I read awful reviews of Virgin before going with you #cancelling

@virginmedia Yeah that worked (down in the area as usual), but I think it's time I downgrade my Internet with you to the most basic package. £62.30 for intermittent 500mbps just doesn't quite cut it. Sick of your service cutting out all the time.
