  • McC_PAFC 🇳🇬 Dave M 🇳🇬 (@McC_PAFC) reported

@virginmedia You need to set up reverse passwords with customers so that if you call up a customer, they can ask YOU for characters from that password. Your instruction received by me today is a gift to fraudsters. I am an ex fraud investigator.

  • McC_PAFC 🇳🇬 Dave M 🇳🇬 (@McC_PAFC) reported

@virginmedia But nowhere in your communication do you establish how the customer can ensure it is really YOU who they are talking to. Comms security needs to be a two way consideration surely you must see that? @paullewismoney what do you think of this?

  • geecook97 georgia cook (@geecook97) reported

VirginMedia broadband has gone down. Client I’m working for: “Can’t you tether your phone and use your mobile data?” Me with puzzled look on face and disgruntled shoulder-shrug: “désolé je ne parle pas anglais babes, Soz” Puts le Kettle on.

  • 21Ilovefootball Thomas Phillips (@21Ilovefootball) reported

@virginmedia There is no issues in my area so it must be the WiFi.

  • jjh jjh (@jjh) reported

@virginmedia I don't require "help." I want you to confirm the address you want me to send the pre action letter. DMs are open if you prefer not to respond publicly.

  • ellielawsonx ellie lawson (@ellielawsonx) reported

@virginmedia thanks. someone in the village has spoken to one of the engineers currently in the area who has told him the connection will be down all of tomorrow- why have we not been informed of this from virgin?

  • PhilBolton78 Phil B (@PhilBolton78) reported

@virginmedia Your colleague has completely ignored us - have chased him twice but nothing. The complaint online is just a list of 15 various comments saying either "we'll be in touch soon" or "you'll hear from us soon". I may have finally found someone who can actually help though
