He did say that once confirmed there could be another two weeks before installation. Will I be compensated for lack of service?

One test is will they charge to plug a home phone into a router and allow a landline no to be transferred? Virgin Media charges, putting the monthly rate up to about £55

Tonight it ceased to function, so I phoned for a fix. I didn’t get a fix. Instead the operator tried to sell me a new one at extra cost. Not a happy bunny!

The issue is that whole thing stops working for no clear reason; no warning lights, no issues on the service check website. It takes out all the devices at once. And it's been getting worse since the bill increase was announced.

Can someone please advise when your email system will be fixed. No service for 24 hours now, made a requested password change, an adviser also changed my password. Even been given a fault number.

I’m on my 30 day cooling off period and I’m looking at going with communityfibre. I’ll probably look at getting my dad to cancel his move to Virgin Media too.
