Once again the Internet Orovider that claims to be the best @virginmedia, has an outage. I bet all my savings there would be significant kick back if the directors didn’t get paid, because the Lady dealing with their account cannot get online. Time has come for change #cancelVM

@virginmedia @virginhelp Refund me 6 weeks line rental for a start ... issue adapters to all house holds on the land line system before you change to hub, so customers are not left unable to make or receive calls.

@virginmedia One of your tech engineers confirmed the problem in our local area and following a conversation with customer service they kept trying to get me to create multiple networks for speed. This wasn’t the problem, the problem was amplifiers in the local area!!

@virginmedia what is going on B31 5 still without Broadband & TV from 11am and now being told fix is 12pm tomorrow. I have been unable to work all day & now problem is going in to tomorrow. This is unacceptable & I hope refunds for loss of service will be applied to all accounts.

Mad that I pay £71 a month for 350mbps a month for @virginmedia for them to only supply me with 40mbps, internet is barely moving, can’t even load basic web pages on my MacBook or phone. Problems in the Birmingham area??

@virginmedia @primevideouk - Why does @BBCiPlayer on your devices not support the 4K football feeds? It only works through the app on my television which isn't particularly ideal.

@virginmedia Have spent the past 3 hours 22 minutes and 02 seconds (and counting) on VM looing for support. Have been through three seperate call takers and still not any further on. I dpend on this internet when working from home feel incredibly let down by VM.
