I’ve now had two messages from @virginmedia threatening to Charge us for equipment WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY RETURNED! There is no way to respond to the message and I don’t like being threatened! You customer service is getting worse!

@virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Virgin Media is the worst broadband and TV provider i have ever dealt with! Customer service is petulant and intentionally left me on hold until after closing hours the company over charged me by £30 and refused to give it back! I am disgusted

@pie1883 @virginmedia Already had multiple calls over years, with poor to not resolution of problems. Then hassle phone calls trying to get us to switch packages when we opted to cancel and failure to respond to complaints and such… It’s like being hounded.

@virginmedia Yes. Have had several conversations with them starting many months ago. Had new hub, engineer visit etc though problems persist. Didn't stop you raising prices for a service not delivered. I don't think there's a problem with the hardware, i think it may be too much local demand.

@virginmedia I've spent 2 hours on the phone today 3 different departments. An engineer has been out and says they can't because it's a shared drive. Issue is that it isn't. It is my property, with right of access for 3 other properties, none of which will also be able to get virgin I assume
