    @virginmedia To be honest this happens too often then often our speeds are not what we pay for. I work from home so costs me business when this happens. Rather then getting me to check things, I just need yo-yo to provide us with a regular consistent service at the speeds we actually pay for

    VIRGIN MEDIA RIP OFF. If you contact Virginmedia to alter your package to save money you re contract from that date for 18months , if you want to terminate that contract at any time the termination cost is £222 pounds. How to get high profits @HouseofCommons

    @virginmedia my contract is due to end on the 14th, however when I go to the website to look at changing my package the website doesn't work. Chat it broken, and clicking any link leads to a 404 error. Do I need to wait until the 14th before making changes?
