    @virginmedia your service is abysmal at best. I get that companies are under pressure but we have no TV, no internet and no landline, I was told the internet and the tv issue wasn’t connected by the “chat” team so tried to call, on hold for an hour and was then disconnected!!!

    @virginmedia, @BorisJohnson, pls can action be taken against companies not offering the same fair trading to all customers I have to pay more to VM than a new customer for broadband and all products, should be one price for all, not less if you're new, more if you're loyal.
