Since I’ve moved broadband and phone to @virginmedia had nothing but problems. Broadband isn’t very good and phone line still doesn’t work! Time to go back to @SkyHelpTeam I think 🤔 💭

@virginmedia Sat waiting for my third visit from a Virgin Media engineer. Hasn’t turned up. Because this is a high level complaint I was supposed to be priority. Also was supposed to have a phone call from a manager today. Also didn’t happen. 😡

So @virginmedia are putting up my bill by £4 a month after many faults and interruptions of service this year. Says internet isn’t affected by the weather but had at least 4 or 5 occurrences this year of faults. #mightleave

@virginmedia Tried troubleshooting,tried rebooting hub (every single time!!),tried everything but still crappy intermittent WiFi signal at back end of house always, never good, never consistent, always infuriating. The hold queues wouldn't matter so much if I hadn't been cut off by virgin!

Feeling very let down by @virginmedia today. Called to add sky sports today, at no time did the CSR advise HD was separate and he added SD channels only. Lots of use on a 4K tv. Can’t even check the price for sky sports for existing customers online 😢
