@virginmedia Renewed my contract on the promise faults would be fixed. Faults aren’t fixed so called to leave during cool off period, got put through to someone else (twice) then on the third time your lovely customer service assistant hung up the phone

@virginmedia I cancelled my contract for the 17th Dec 20 and went to bt, I keep getting bills even though I sent the equipment back which virgin acknowledged. I have wrote numerous letters of complaint but only get letters back with a complaint ref numbers and no one ever gets back to us.
