    @virginmedia 45 mins so far being passed around different teams to get some resolution to a complaint raised 2 weeks ago, with no response!! Currently on hold again because you can never get through to speak to someone without a 15-20 min wait!! And a 30 quid increase in my bill!

    @Virginmedia so I’ve waited in two days for our box to be connected then to only be told that the date has been changed without my notification then just spent 40 minutes on the phone to cancel absolutely disgusting customs service i’m going to go to @SkyMediaUK
