    @virginmedia Also, TV uses Ethernet cable, so it isn’t even WiFi that’s the problem......

    @koffee_truffles @virginmedia It admits it’s not working .. says my coverage of a **** .. then offers to fix it for another £60/year .. same week they send me a letter to say my bill is increasing anyway .. clearly forgotten we’re in a pandemic!!!

    Dealing with ongoing @virginmedia connection issues whilst trying to work is bad enough, but then repeated issues whilst trying to watch #sheffieldUnited lose again is just too much. Especially as my bill is pushing £50 a month. Can't work, can't suffer the footie. Come on virgin

    If you are going to cancel a contract and move to a new provider, don't rely on them taking action from your phone request. They can always say you didn't call then continue to charge for something more expensive, @virginmedia will then pass you to debt collection companies.😔

    @mouthwaite @virginmedia I had awful internet for years with them best thing I ever did was change to sky and not only do I get more for my money it’s cheaper than what I was paying roughly three years ago xxxx

    @virginmedia Hi, Liam said someone would call back tomorrow. No issue with service, just can't have in the new build. The service is not in the area. Let's see if we get the call back tomorrow. Shouldn't treat a leaving customer like ****.

    @virginmedia Only have broadband but it causes streaming issues. Service been terribly disrupted now for a couple of months.

    @virginmedia whenever I’m on zoom upstairs and away from my route my wifi always seems to drop out. It’s always says my internet connection is unstable. I’ve restarted router etc is there anything else I can do to boost it

    @virginmedia please please can someone help me. I left virgin in October and have had several calls to say I didn't ask to. Now they are threatening me with debt recovery. Is this correct

    @virginmedia I had Virgin broadband installed yesterday but need a landline . Unable to get through to customer services. Should have been set up with the broadband . Engineer said I was miss sold the standalone package . Now I’m without a phone.

    @virginmedia Not really. He said that there had been an outage in the area. That seems to happen nearly every day at the moment. Resetting the box multiple times, running a test, waiting then hoping.

    Recently renegotiated my contract with @virginmedia just received notification that they are billing me for 50% more than was agreed. Called them and they cannot explain why, and have registered my complaint and someone will call me at some point in the next 48 hours. Scandalous

    @virginmedia 3 days of intermittent broadband this week, pervious weeks the same thanks virgin moved from Sky to you. Service is awful

    @virginmedia @andriagV I ended up speaking to 3 different people the same day to make a complaint of how unfair I am being treated and Calle numerous times beforehand and they still didn’t put me in a better Internet speed without wanting to charge, for which I’m paying enough for anyway.

    @virginmedia All we asked for was that virgin media fix our terrible terrestrial tv reception. It was finally suggested that the TiVo box was the problem and told we’d be sent a new box. Why is this seen as a change of contract?

    @virginmedia Hello! My TiVo remote (think it's about 3yo?) is being quite slow and has a delayed response when pushing the buttons. I have changed the batteries to no avail, anything else I can try? Is still functional but very annoying to use! Thanks in advance!
