    @virginmedia 45 mins so far being passed around different teams to get some resolution to a complaint raised 2 weeks ago, with no response!! Currently on hold again because you can never get through to speak to someone without a 15-20 min wait!! And a 30 quid increase in my bill!

    @Iversman @virginmedia What’s your area ref? I’m area 21, it’s been dropping out for ever, all our neighbours (the ones who are also with virgin) have the same issue. I’ve been complaining for the last 6 months, it’s exhausting and making me ill. Constantly waiting for a call back, never happens.

    @virginmedia your broadband service is just awful. Couldn’t recommend any less. Booked at the beginning of September and you’ve just cancelled for the 3rd time for the same reason. Have to wait until November, I guarantee it’ll be cancelled again. Shocking service #virginmedia
