    @virginmedia I 1st used web chat and was offered the same package then I rang explaining I'm struggling to pay and will have to cancel. No reduction in package or price. Just told to ring back

    @virginmedia Yes - the complaint is about no tv service and no contact in 6 months despite paying £800/year - the letter asks me to ring customer services - I have x 100. Never get through to anyone

    @virginmedia The sale person sat in my living room for 3/4 hour and told me that they take the cables over the roof, never once mentioned going round all the skirting boards, we would not have even signed up if known, its wasted my time & your engineers time.

    @BriSmithy @virginmedia I find. Good back up is a huewai router (about £100) with a £20 mo unlimited data subscription. Often better performance than Virgin, works when they dont and you can take on UK holidays and not worry about wifi issues as long as you have mobile coverage.

    @virginmedia internet down all weekend. Now TV off too. No one available to help. Online help is basically “turn it off and on again”. No technicians available until the end of next week. Utterly atrocious service. I have now phoned you 71 times regarding these issues. Thieves.

    Just used my mobile phone to telephone my Virgin Media landline. Apparently, I'm unavailable, despite being in the same room, and the landline has no dial tone. At least the service status reassures me all is well.

    @virginmedia Also on checking my email you haven’t sent me any terms and conditions for over 4 years and I’ve had two contracts since then. So I wouldn’t know what your notice period was and you’d sent an email saying I could cancel any time before the 15th Feb
