Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

@VodafoneUK has upgraded my Contract to MORE expensive billing from Nov 20 when I first contacted them over 1 Month ago that I wish to cancel contract expiring on 5 Dec 20. Been contacting them for ca 2 Weeks to confirm Cancellation. Anyone with similar FRAUDULENT Experience?©

@VodafoneUK @Wimbledon So just had to cancel my contract. I have been with vodafone for 24 years. My contract ran out in july 2021 rang up today for a new deal the only way i can have a good deal is to take a new number! Why not just give me it with my number absolutely ridiculous.
