There is a problem with our fibre and could take a week to fix! Very annoyed as my wife and I are working from home!

Struggled to get a signal much of the time.

I was awake at the crack of dawn worrying if I'd ever be able to unlock the damn thing again but thanks to @VodafoneUK online customer support, they sorted it for me. Phew!

I also have bad buffering issues at times when streaming online radio. Your 4G isn’t up to standard, it really is as simple as that
