@paulifd @VodafoneUK Yeah, 4G in places still isn't covered. I've not used my 'new' phone yet so never got to test out if 5G was available but they were trying to sell the higher unlimited package that had "faster" internet & ****. Wasn't worth the risk though. I'd have been paying extra for nothing.

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Our orders were canceled by open reach and you guys have no clue about it until I asked them to read the note from open reach. It sounds like Vodafone has my old number in their record and open reach has mentioned that and said that customers cancel the order

Hi @VodafoneUK is there a plan to fix US roaming. I pay extra for your roaming deal and my contract is up. When I was there last week I couldn’t even make calls let alone use data. I’d like to renew but if you aren’t fixing it (it’s been at least 2 months) there’s no point.

@VodafoneUK i want to raise a complaint to the female staff BUSHRA & the other male worker with her as it was only 2 of them. in london, cheapside post code is EC2M 7PD. extremely unhelpful. soon as i came in she goes sorry i need to do something i see her messaging people on whatsapp.
