@VodafoneUK 3 weeks with no router at all! Finally get an appt. for 12/10 and take a day off work but no one shows up. Had to call to chase and get told too busy to attend today! Now booked for 14/10 - another 2 days and another day off! Why am I paying for this(lack of) service?

@OpenreachHelp After talking to @VodafoneUK it seems my broadband has been turn off by the rude aggressive Openreach engineer who was working on the box on my house for another customer. Is this really how Openreach engineers operate ?

@OpenreachHelp You’re rude and aggressive engineer turned off my WiFi while fixing a neighbours yesterday. @VodafoneUK have confirmed this. I do not see why I have to wait 3 days to have you send someone out to turn it back on. Please DO NOT send the person who came yesterday

@VodafoneUK Having dealt with customer services before, the only way I will do this is if I document my interactions with you and post the results for the future +so on. I've used Vodafone from 2011 and 100% things have gone downhill. First agent could actually deal with queries not pass.

@VodafoneUK I've been trying to cancel my contract, for months. I also went to 1 of your high street shops with proof of ID and got a new PIN. Told to call your appalling customer service for cancelling which in return told me to go back to one of your shops with proof of ID?!?!?
