Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

I'm Hengistbury Head so crap mobile signal too regardless of which carrier. Looked on @VodafoneUK but they can't transfer home number & only offer 40mbps ! Only £19 mind

@VodafoneUK-You are a JOKE! there is a dispute between you & BT because of my broadband & you block my calling services! I call customer service but my outbound is blocked! on chat I am 55 on the queue! You are absolute rubbish! Your customer services need serious looking into!
