    @Jonnogreig @VodafoneUK Good luck with that. I have been waiting for them to unlock my paid up phone since early July so I can make calls or receive from another provider. Customer service appalling and all they do is make excuses & blame apple 🍎 or their NUC team for a service that should take 10 days

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Understand things can go wrong, but who commissioned support chat function where I arbitrarily have to type every 3/4 minutes to stop it getting disconnected? Very frustrating when tech support can’t solve something

    Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK God I left them in 2013 after I had NO coverage where I worked in the Square Mile all day every day and they refused to fix it. Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

    @pdkmitchell @VodafoneUK It was Aviva for car insurance that was the worst for me - hours on the phone. Sorted in the end but not a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Seems like Vodafone have been more ch better in comparison

    So I have my PAC code finally from @VodafoneUK they offered me £120 for the "fhgd and as a goodwill gesture" plus a refund of £8 for "loss of service" 😐 apparently, line rental billed at £1 per day. I'm going to find a provider that won't loose my number for 8 days!!

    @VodafoneUK Yet again you have failed to call me back regarding the damage and issues from the broadband install, over a week now since it happened and after several calls made to you and told someone from customer care will call me back. What kind of customer service is that!!
