@VodafoneUK really getting annoyed with Vodafone’s inability to do a phone upgrade they are now saying they haven’t received our old phone when it was handed in to their store as they never sent out the pack for it I think I might need to move our whole family to EE at this rate

So @VodafoneUK pair my eSim for new Apple Watch to the wife’s No. and after 24hrs of trying to sort via chat and calls, I know have to wait up to 72hrs because the 5th level of help I need to rectify don’t work a Sunday. Meanwhile I’m supposed to just leave the watch off. 🤬

So @VodafoneUK this morning tell me my broadband is working and they fixed it in less than two days so no compensation. It’s been over two weeks and guess what IT’S STILL NOT WORKING!! Time to get the Ombudsman involved and a deadlock letter. #vodafone

@VodafoneUK 9 hours and 42 minutes on the phone to resolve a broadband issue. Still not fixed. 2 more hours today and past from pillar to post. Consistently on hold or cut off. Then saying £45 to cancel after this horrendous service. CISAS the only option I think.. exhausted 😔
