So @VodafoneUK pair my eSim for new Apple Watch to the wife’s No. and after 24hrs of trying to sort via chat and calls, I know have to wait up to 72hrs because the 5th level of help I need to rectify don’t work a Sunday. Meanwhile I’m supposed to just leave the watch off. 🤬

@VodafoneUK I have a problem with Vodafone Egypt in the system owned by the company. There is a glitch in the system and a violation of privacy. It is possible for someone to control your account from their application. You do not know him at all, and I have evidence for everything.

Had the most appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Spent hours on the phone and made journeys to store to get absolutely nowhere. Had to repeat myself over and over and still no resolution and wrong information given.
