@JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I still had 1 contact fone they only took the new handsets. I never got it back even when they asked I come collect it. I was fed up with the assing around so I just left it lol as I’m in wheelchair it is no so easy to get around 🤬

Appalling service from our VODAFONE high speed installation and routing. If you’re thinking of upgrading in the Stirling area I would not bother! My husband is on call number ** trying to get a resolution. CEO Nick Jeffery complaint next. @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK #vodafonetreats my wife @Louise_walker1 has had a broken screen for over a year. She won’t get it fixed as we are saving as she is pregnant. Would be a nice treat for a hard working preggo with a broken phone.

So @VodafoneUK pair my eSim for new Apple Watch to the wife’s No. and after 24hrs of trying to sort via chat and calls, I know have to wait up to 72hrs because the 5th level of help I need to rectify don’t work a Sunday. Meanwhile I’m supposed to just leave the watch off. 🤬

Got to feel sorry for the @VodafoneUK staff on Twitter. None of the problems that Vodafone cause for their customers are the front line staff's fault, and they take the brunt of consequences of horrifically badly "made" systems right royally hacking off their customers.
