    This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

    Currently impressed at @VodafoneUK's engagement in trying to resolve slow speed issues. Sods law it ain't happening as bad right now. It's still slow in comparison to what it was pre-covid (about half). But we'll see what comes out of the case being raised. Thank you Vodafone.

    @zanti @VodafoneUK Yes, but compared with the likes of other networks, my tablet has a @virginmedia SIM in it and that consistently gets between 70-100Mbps.. And they don't even run their own mobile network!

    Just before Christmas and @VodafoneUK decide to whack a massive bill on me after hanging up 3 times and putting me on the wrong contract. Customer service is shocking, after 3 phone calls and a store visit and I’m still not sorted 😤

    @ouraring Congratulations (of sorts) you have managed to outdo VodafoneUK for the worst customer service in history. Over 7 days and still no response to DM's or support desk queries. Order system shows we still need to confirm size, again. No confidence in your company at all.

    @VodafoneUK Wi-fi calling is fine if you leave your device connected to wi-fi 24 hours a day , the only trouble is from 9pm till 8am I like to sleep and to do that have to turn all notifications off, with sure signal I didn't have to do that or have my device connected all the time (1)

    @VodafoneUK Like I said before I paid good money to ensure I had a good signal and now you have taken that away because you had to fix something that wasn't broken , so without wi-fi I have no fone that again I am paying a premium for !! (2)
