    @virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

    So @VodafoneUK I get a DM asking what the problem is, tell them and then get ignored for nearly 3 hours. Your lack of customer service is clearly your forte.

    @LaraInTheMiddle Quite right, such a lot of hassle and inconvenience for you. I'm not looking to change my broadband (@VodafoneUK have been ace since I switched last year) but I definitely know who to avoid next time! Bad PR, @SkyHelpTeam

    @VodafoneUK you are rubbish. no phone contact number To talk about a bill . You cant set up an online acc as not working, chat system can't log into an account but you can pass an 84 year old persons bill to a debt agency who don't answer the phone. Contact me now or ofcom next

    @VodafoneUK This can happen when clicking different buttons or links in the app. Specifically when trying to upgrade and choosing a plan it always says there is an error on Vodafone server.. This is the same using the website on mobile and on pc, this is a widespread problem not a specific

    how she used 249 of them. How was @VodafoneUK service? Helpful? Not at all. They just wanted to sell her a contract that she'd never use. She doesn't use 24 GB of data or stream the latest movies - she's 81. She just texts her friend occasionally to make she she's still alive.
