So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

I have called back since then a promised another call back. I’ve spent over 4 hours on to Vodafone in a week and still not resolved. This is VERY serious.

Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.
