You cant set up an online acc as not working, chat system can't log into an account but you can pass an 84 year old persons bill to a debt agency who don't answer the phone. Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

It took many more months to have it resolved, to their satisfaction, at my cost, for their error!! Would not recommend Vodaphone at all.

Anyway, I just got a £6 roaming charge and disputed it on the grounds that they didn't provide the actual service they were selling. Credit applied!
