@EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

@virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

@VodafoneUK seem to being having issues of broadband slowing down to around 1-2mb download 1 upload. Rest router works for a few hours then back to being slow. Been happening for a few days now. Postcode is SY21 8EY. Any sign your end?

@VodafoneUK I feel that the world should know that when you have an issue terminating your contract NO-ONE at Vodafone wants to speak to you, but they do put a black mark on your credit report, when they haven t even issued a final bill. Strange?
