Just got a flurry of emails from @VodafoneUK, @amazonmusic, and others telling me of price increases. 8.2%?? I just can't afford it. What a way to kick people when they're down. It's also cheeky as I was promised 120mbps on joining and it was 1.5mbps the other day. **** 'em.

  • ChrisDm72 Chris Davenport (@ChrisDm72) reported

@VodafoneUK I think you might need to check your billing calculator... My bill for April has increased by more than the CPI increase + 3.9%. You appear to have generated a random figure. Can somebody please help?

  • Spiffo2112 Graham (@Spiffo2112) reported

@VodafoneUK your phone service across the north east of England is absolutely diabolical. About time you sorted it out as it’s a disgrace. Promoting 5G is a joke when you can’t even get signal to make a basic phone call in most areas.

  • domwalton Dom Walton (@domwalton) reported

@VodafoneUK Vodafone app on Android (S20 Ultra) is broken, has been for weeks, error 8401. I see other people have the same problem - how does one fix it?

  • LOL_VO LOL_VO (@LOL_VO) reported

@VodafoneUK Youve done a CPI rate of 5.4% and then added a further 3.9% for additional costs. I haven't had a pay rise in years! I can't afford this so wish to cancel.

  • richiemorton01 Richie Morton (@richiemorton01) reported

@VodafoneUK wrestling a greased pig is easier than trying to get hold of an actual person in customer services

  • PGrundberge chaiseburgers (@PGrundberge) reported

@RajeshThind @VodafoneUK Does Vodaphone deliver their network by petrol, or the price of bread, or some other commodity that has no bearing?

  • LOL_VO LOL_VO (@LOL_VO) reported

@VodafoneUK my bill is going up 9.3%! That's insane. Where are these numbers plucked from. Can I cancel mid term as I'm not prepared to pay that.

  • ShaneSlackMusic Shane Slack Music Official 🏳️‍🌈 🇲🇰 🌍 🧠💙 (@ShaneSlackMusic) reported

Hiya @VodafoneUK , I need to change my email on your app but Tobi isn't helpful. Please help me. Thanks

  • markelwesdonald Mark Donald (@markelwesdonald) reported

Great... @VodafoneUK prices going up by 8.2% for no other reason than the cost of running the network has increased. Is there anything/one that isn't putting prices up?!
