    Do not buy the @VodafoneUK BUSINESS package their support line only offer help Monday to Friday - 40 people in a queue to be shown FAQ link and then cut off. Appalling from this multi million business… oh, business open outside Monday to Friday 🤠🙄🤔 🚮 #PoorCustomerService

    @VodafoneUK Sorry Kieron, I’ve had enough. Il deal with it when I cancel my contract in a few weeks. It’s made even worse when the agent last month told me a LIE that I’d signed up to Amazon as my entertainment pack despite having Spotify since 2014.

    @VodafoneUK Is it possible to have a normal phone line if I take out broad band with you? We have medical issues and need a normal line. I literally can't get hold of anyone on chat to ask. I just want to order broadband and I'm finding it so difficult!
