@VodafoneUK I don't think your website is very well. Trying to upgrade and can't get through the checkout, 'something went wrong' with the chat function and now I can't even log out of the site. Not the best for customer retention.

@VodafoneUK what an utter shambles. For the last 2 days i haven’t been able to make a call without the service dropping out. Says I have stable 4G yet it’s been nothing but inconsistency and I’m so angry, upset and disappointed. #Vodafonedown shame on you

@VodafoneUK what's happening?? It's that time again!! Upgrade phone and plan. @VodafoneUK can't offer me (Vodafone customer for over 22 years) any deals. A new customer can get same phone and plan for £14 cheaper than me per month! It's now time to move on to pastures new
