@VodafoneUK @SamAreRandom Hi Charlotte, thanks for your response here but I’m astonished that there isn’t even a token apology in this reply. Please can you inform us how to make a formal complaint against Vodaphone? Thanks, Charlotte

  • gonetothedogs73 Gonetothedogs73 (@gonetothedogs73) reported

@VodafoneUK I am not wasting another minute of my life on your 'customer service'.

  • frazerpp frazerpp (@frazerpp) reported

I have tried to cancel a @VodafoneUK contract that ended in July last year for months mainly because whenever I have called the conversation cut out or online support disappeared. Yesterday I had success but it took ONE HOUR to cancel a contract that had already ended. Not happy.

  • gonetothedogs73 Gonetothedogs73 (@gonetothedogs73) reported

@SophieKhan96 @VodafoneUK All they want to do is 'look' like they are dealing with it when they seem unable to sort even easy problems. They owe me over £150 as an issue I had was still open after 10 months. Sorry you lost your chance at a house and I would start with Ofcom and make a claim.

  • fluxsource Adam Hardwick (@fluxsource) reported

@VodafoneUK I have not - but the suresignal device has stopped working (no lights). It’s clearly pointless trying to get it resolved. I understand that it’s no longer profitable to operate, but coming out with garbage like “improved coverage” and “all devices support wifi” is insulting.

  • tsw8848 E=MC2 (@tsw8848) reported

@Vodafone how do I report fraud. I do not have, never have had a @VodafoneUK account. Fed up being told I owe money. WebSite is useless.

  • cwn316 cwn316 (@cwn316) reported

@VodafoneUK There's no point. I'll just get the same runaround and stupid poor excuses as before. It's just not worth the hassle anymore. Working from home is getting impossible now with the Vodafone's crap Internet being down every other day. I'm just going to switch to a better ISP.

  • ketki_vispute ketki vispute (@ketki_vispute) reported

@VodafoneUK wth is wrong with all the customer service agents? are they getting lessons in how to be rude and lose business? do you not want customers anymore? i can see a deal online i want to get as an upgrade and the agent says it cant be done!!!

  • ChrisWare93 Chris Ware (@ChrisWare93) reported

@VodafoneUK @fluxsource What if your wi-fi is also slow and unreliable? I live in a fairly large town, but my home is a dead spot for both Vodafone signal as well as slow internet speeds. Let alone those who live in rural villages like Adam. Surely you only remove a service when its not needed at all?

  • ste_lamb Steven Lamb (@ste_lamb) reported from Salford, England

Simswap time because @VodafoneUK seems to be having issues ... quite why they couldn't of just reprovisioned services on existing sim .... 😕
