    New hobby being forced on me, ring @VodafoneUK every day until they finally fix my issue whilst periodically spamming twitter replies to warn others to stay away. That will be my good deed for the year.

    @Callan23474387 @VodafoneUK They had my account name as Mr Anonymous Gallagher. I know I'm not the biggest extrovert ever, but still. Regularly topped the list of worst mobile service provider. So glad we ditched them yrs ago. Slung their free 1yr SIM in the car, was so determined to never deal w them again

    @VodafoneUK Your back room elves have now made my problem worse. My app works but they have cancelled my contract without my permission and set up another. Customer care can see the issue but do not have the access to correct.

    @VodafoneUK Silence is not an agreement if contract. You cannot hold me to a contract I have not signed for. I wish to terminate my vodafone account without charges.
