    @MarkLeneve @VodafoneUK It aggravates me that these companies charged SO much for service, banking on the fact that they'd only have to provide so-so coverage. Now that we're all at home and they have to actually deliver the bandwidth we're paying for.

    @VodafoneUK Finally received new phone. I specifically asked to receive new SIM with new phone. Assured I would. Unless your SIM’s are invisible...there is NO SIM in the box. I have wasted 30 minutes trying to call or use your useless “bot”! Fix this!

    @VodafoneUK anyone else had issues with Vodafone? I applied for an unlock code on 7th Nov. Was told 7 to 10 days. It is now 4th Dec and nothing. I have queried via chat 3 times. I have queried by telephone once. And I have also sent a letter of complaint. Again nothing.

    Shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK ordered new iPad to be delivered 30/11. Still nothing and no email to say delayed. Live chat not helpful at all ‘waiting for @DPDgroup_news to collect’

    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with Vodafone lack of customer service. Spent over 2 hours last night on Chat, being passed from dept to dept with no result, DM’d here last night - no answer & now spent another 2 hours on Chat just to be cut off. How do I get through to someone?
