After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

    @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs

    Never give @VodafoneUK your business. I moved to Lebara who offer better value on the same network. Not my beef. My beef is that when chasing money they owed me at the end of the contract, their CA told me they don’t pay money back unless they are chased! Shocking behaviour.😡😡

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I finally left virgin as trying to contact was literally like going around in circles (constantly), it was extremely poor and exceptionally bad service.
