    @VodafoneUK very disappointed with lack of care/service to mum . Power of attorney means nothing apparently.Her phone is broken.Had to cancel her contract as been on phone over 50 mins as mum doesnโ€™t know her code.She has memory problems hence Iโ€™m power of attorney. #complaint

    I am a customer of yours, and have been for over 20 years. Is it true that you are involved with "Care For Calais," and dishing out Mobile Phones and SIM Cards to illegal immigrants?? My contract is up with yourselves shortly, and if this is true, IM GONE!!! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK URGENT RESPONSE REQUIRED For the last 3 days I've had no network connection (SS17 7PL). I'm having to make all calls and texts using WhatsApp. Please advise when this issue is going to be resolved.

    @Alexarmstrong @gala_borders Iโ€™m due to renew, shall be taking my business elsewhere. Giving SIM cards away to illegal migrants is only part of decision, @VodafoneUK, the connectivity is really poor in my rural area.
