    @VodafoneUK Whatever happened to customer service? Can't speak to anyone. Phone says use online chat. Use online chat. It says no one is available, please try phoning. Just want the service I'm paying you for to work. Is that too much to ask?

    I really regret going with @VodafoneUK as my mobile provider. Hardly ever have reception or 4g, barely get 3g. The customer service is a complete waste of time. People don’t go with @VodafoneGroup save yourself the hassle.

    @VodafoneUK because i have had same (contract) phone number with you since 1996, that even though i pay you £100s of pounds a year, your customer services & shop staff my number/account don't exist and so i can't cancel/replace a lost phone "Legacy, mate!" "Frontier, innit?"
