    @VodafoneUK Vodafone is terrible! I've had a mobile & broadband for years & they havent given me the discount as they said they could join accounts but that's my fault! Now my contract ends 20th April they can only upgrade not keep as is, just cancelled it.

    @VodafoneUK - your customer service chat is a f***king joke !!! 5 different ‘agents’ later and still not resolved. Disconnected my chat 3 times, having to start all over again and still not resolving my issue See you later! Cancelling my contract! #badcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK my 90 old disabled dad is trying to cancel a contract for a phone he hasn’t used for years but pays monthly and your customer services are threatening with bailiffs. Is there an alternative?

    So @VodafoneUK put up their prices by exactly the same amount as @EE, 10.5 + 3.9%. Remember it is because they have exactly the same costs as each other and because, according to #EE anyway, out the goodness of their hearts they are helping the poor (by creating more of them?).

    Switched to fibre broadband with @VodafoneUK just six days ago and already beginning to regret the decision. No broadband all day and dreadful customer service. Think twice before joining Vodafone is my advice.
