@VodafoneUK And by the way, I am very familiar with your so-called code of practice. The problem is, your call centre complaints team don’t actually send the complaints through to the Customer Resolution team, so there’s never a reply - have tried this about 5 times!

@JohnABigBoi @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Yeah mate check out comparison website as I found through there, £22 a month for 2 years for fibre direct into house 60+Mbps plus I got an offer of a £80 Amazon gift card when I signed up! Sky was never direct fibre into house for me so would drop speeds more often

@Earth10016 @VodafoneUK I am never reliant on any services. Always have the ability to leave....at anytime. Even refusing direct debits It costs more but sanity and control over my life is way more important.
