@VodafoneUK most infuriating journey trying to upgrade my phone with NHS discount. First link was broken. 2nd didn't arrive. 3rd arrived and managed to copy code but the basket says expired code. On chat passed to 4 people. No resolution. Now on hold for past 20mins. 🤬😤

  • thomasancelin93 Tom Ancelin (@thomasancelin93) reported

@VodafoneUK I placed an order for broadband online and I want to cancel - I called one of your agents and he said he can’t cancel it for me as no pin was set up? I need to cancel my order. This is not good enough. Please help. Your Bot doesn’t work either when I try to do this.

  • curragh Brian Curragh 🇺🇦 (@curragh) reported

Well @VodafoneUK technical support is pretty useless - spent 30” waiting for their ‘Xpert Team’ only to get disconnected. Let’s try again and hopefully not waste another 30” of my time!

  • lizwakeling1 Elizabeth Wakeling (@lizwakeling1) reported

Thinking of giving up on @VodafoneUK ... it's too excruciatingly difficult for them to process the simplest task - wasted all morning (again) trying to move to sim as an existing customer ... a complex move requiring a whole day... easier to change provider?

  • RobynPlaysGames Robyn (@RobynPlaysGames) reported

@VodafoneUK Sorry but if I have the consumer right to cancel before any price increase, why do my committed dates matter?

  • CryptoCronik CryptoCronik (@CryptoCronik) reported

@NorthmanTrader @VodafoneUK If you not getting 8.2% faster speed, more quota and better service, then tell them to **** off and that you will move to O2.

  • M4YON Danny Mahon (@M4YON) reported

@VodafoneUK Phone number was supposed to be switched over to PAYG now its completely cut off, quality service 👍

  • etherkay Kay Etherington# Proud European #JohnsonOut (@etherkay) reported

Email from @VodafoneUK on the need to increase prices by 10%… why? I don’t see how energy costs have any impact on a wireless service… how many more companies will follow suit?? #ToryCorruption

  • drbrackin David Brackin (@drbrackin) reported

Having @VodafoneUK put up in-contract prices up by nearly 10% without the option to cancel or leave does not feel right at all.

  • frankkilopezzz Fr😻nki (@frankkilopezzz) reported

@ScottPughsley They haven’t gone down. @VodafoneUK want more money for my phone contract which I think is a cheek as well.
