@VodafoneUK I did a trade in with my phone and took it into your Durham branch on Weds last week. I have just received a text saying as you don’t have my phone you are cancelling the trade in. Your phones do not go through to a human being and your web chat is full. Awful service

@VodafoneUK did the Annual Upgrade Promise in August. Vodafone have still been unable to accept my old phone… dozen phone calls,numerous attempts to acquire fabled ‘red bag’. Hit boiling pint today with a ‘courtesy call’ from someone who hadn’t read, and was rude and accusatory

@VodafoneUK good morning. Switched to you guys a couple of weeks ago and struggling to #feeltheconnection ! Unless I place my phones right next to the router they don't get any broadband. All other devices work perfectly. Help!
