    Hi @VodafoneUK - I’ve just learnt that my technically unsavvy mother took out a second phone contract with you as she thought she was due an upgrade. She’s only recently realised and has been told nothing can be done as it’s outside the cooling off period. Can you help?

    @VodafoneUK what’s the point of giving a gift of a Chili voucher, you use it against a film, it says you can’t use against this film, try it on another and it said it’s already been used - **** benefits - disappointed #chili
