    @VodafoneUK @EmmaRaducanu Stay away from Vodafone everyone. They have repeatedly tried to fix our broadband connection but failed. It continues to disconnect about 6 or 7 times a day. Despite this not being the service we signed up for they will still charge me to cancel the contract.

    @VodafoneUK What is wrong with your company? Do you seriously not care about the stresses and struggles that every day people go through? You just wish to add to them by accepting contracts on faulty lines and then not resolving the issues and refusing to cancel for free? Keeping us trapped?

    @VodafoneUK How is paying for a service that we’re not receiving, ‘not lose of service’. You’re denying a conversation that we’ve had previously which you will have cos it’s an online chat. You’re lying. You’re being unhelpful. Your customer service is disgusting.

    @VodafoneUK Funny that, because engineers have been, we've been promised numerous times that it's fixed for good and it still keep cutting out. Please ejust let us cancel your sh1tty contract, you are not supplying what you said you would not keeping your end of the bargain.

    Over a week without @VodafoneUK fixing the @YouTube premium issue. Multiple chases just to be told soon? Are there any updates. This is one of the reasons I went with Vodafone. Awful service

    @VodafoneUK been with Vodafone over a decade and the service I have recieved recently has been terrible. Phone, chat and in store all failed when trying to upgrade and now cancel. 45 mins on the phone to tell me I had to wait for an order to cancel that should have been done!
