@VodafoneUK give me #Catch22. No service for days. Online help fails (X2) and sends me to VF shop. Shop fails to fix it first time and online sends me back to shop - which says it must be done online. Two wasted trips to city centre. Vicious circle.

@VodafoneUK Tried all and received email saying can’t do the swap, shop says can’t help because it’s being done online, online chat doesn’t work and nobody picks phone. Still no service. Very frustrated.
