@VodafoneUK After wasting so much time, I was told today that I have to enter new 24 months contract to get broadband move or pay £65 exit fee. What is this? You can't force your customers to get into new contract or pay exit fee if you can't provide same service at new address.

  • AhmedShakoor14
    Shakoor Ahmed (@AhmedShakoor14) reported

@VodafoneUK first you asked me to DM details to help and then sent a copy pasted msg that you can't do anything about contract or exit fees. Is it not fair/sensible that you move broadband if you can and if YOU CAN'T then don't force me to start a new contract or pay exit fees?

We are both extremely pleased with the level of customer service we receive from @VodafoneUK, so it was quite a shock to have this experience with another @VodafoneGroup company.
