    @VodafoneUK nightmare..customer services disappointment... still having an issue with my account, after 2 years..been a loyal customer since 2015..ended up having to give up on a call after and hour and a half this morning.

    @VodafoneUK WOW been a loyal customer for 10+years with an average bill of £100 per month and you couldn't even waiver a £29 up front cost on an upgrade! 02, I'm on my way!

    @VodafoneUK please do something about the neo watch strap. Useless for trying to stay on the wrist. Kid lost his today as it fell off. Can’t be found even using the tracking feature. Now can’t cancel it online.
