@VodafoneUK could you please help me as I am getting appalling customer service from your call center team. I have spent around 5 hrs on phone in last 1 week with 7 calls just to request a simple house move for broadband. Each time I have been told, its done but it wasn't.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup It’s been 12 days now I haven’t received my SIM replacement card. In this day and age when mobile numbers are important you guys send SIM CARD by Royal Mail 1st class normal post. 😤Every online co. has next day delivery service. Pathetic. #vodafone

As expected. @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup respond with the same old cr*p. They "understand my frustration" but won't do anything to help. doubt I will hear again today. Watch this space tomorrow and ad infinitum.
