    @VodafoneUK Last week from Thursday my WiFi dropped from 50mbps dl to 4mbps (upload went down but meh) and then on Sunday it went back to how it should, my WiFi cut off 30m ago and is now back to 4mbps. This isn't normal, and there's NOTHING saying there's issues. Fix it.

    @VodafoneUK Also while I can not make the owner do anything seeing as she hates dealing with customer support, the Vodafone broadband check thing says max guaranteed speed is 4mbps while when we bought it and for months and months (and only shows 4 when issues like this happens)

    @VodafoneUK No that’s not true. My account is in credit. You have disconnected me with my permission or knowledge. I now have no internet connection until sometime in January and there’s nothing I can do about it. Your customer services could not help despite 3 hours on phone.
