    @VodafoneUK Well its been appalling. Being your customer shouldn't be inconvenient. An hour and a half on your various communication platforms. And the issue still isn't rectified.

    @VodafoneUK I am waiting for a reasonable amount of compensation to be offered before I cancel my account. I have been met with accusations that I wasn’t in my property on the 31/10/2022 when in fact, the city fibre engineer went to the wrong address as has been explained numerous times.

    @_AMATiling_ @VodafoneUK Must be maintenance at the masts. I’ve good signal until about four miles from home. Can just about pick up one bar upstairs in the house here now which is an improvement from last week when there was no signal at all. Not enough to make any calls. No signal downstairs at all.
