@VodafoneUK After an 18 hour wait for a reply, it seems to have sorted itself out. I tried live chat and phoning last night as well, all to no avail as there was no one answering your phones and live chat wasn’t connecting either! Not the way to keep a customer!

  • JohnP8589 John Priestley (@JohnP8589) reported

@nick_62UK @RikuRevenge @VodafoneUK Not at all. I’ve phoned and got passed to 7 different depts with no resolution. No further with DM here and passed around on live chat numerous times.

  • nick_62UK Nick (@nick_62UK) reported

@VodafoneUK @RikuRevenge No you don’t help anyone you are just time waster 🤥

  • roodskins roodskins (@roodskins) reported

@VodafoneUK Nice to see the 'exclusive customer deals' you've kept for me is the Samsung Galaxy A51 for £52 a month over a 2 year deal - a phone I can buy brand new for £269.99 from Amazon haha. @EE offering the iPhone 12 for £5 more haha.

  • Resultscat Adrian Priddle (@Resultscat) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi Jason, yes understand that. But I am sure as a customer of service provider you would feel that if you were trapped by an action required to correct the providers mistake that a bit of sense and fairness should be brought to bear.

  • DrNik28 Dr. Nik (@DrNik28) reported

@VodafoneUK Oh right. That’s strange because I did send a DM and it finally appears one of your colleagues, Courtney, has replied this morning. Of course no solution yet though!

  • DeviousPL PL84 (@DeviousPL) reported

@VodafoneUK @Pret I've done it. Doesn't matter as the code has timed out but I just thought it should be looked into. There was no need to deny it, they're unique codes and people are working from home - two phones, two individual Vodafone accounts, two codes: what's the problem?

  • BenSFletcher Ben Fletcher (@BenSFletcher) reported

I know @VodafoneUK aren’t known for their great customer service, but I didn’t think I’d have to explain to someone that I don’t actually live in one of their stores

  • 4ABWE Pret A Manger Behind the Facade expret.org (@4ABWE) reported

@DeviousPL @VodafoneUK @Pret The problem is that the fish stinks from its head. Pret does NOT care about staff nor customers! And even TWO customers having died with Pret not acting till it became public should ring massive alarm bells. But most ppl just care about themsekves.

  • Garethwagstaff2 Waggers (@Garethwagstaff2) reported

@VodafoneUK shocking Service again, nearly a month without the use of a mobile due to Vodafone errors. Customer relations team are appalling and have no point of escalation switch to @EE
