@VodafoneUK So nothing to do with Gov guidelines then. so as a customer we couldn't complete what we needed to do in case another customer wanted to enter the store at the same time. Good to know as a customer others are more important. At least we've got that clear.

Can @VodafoneUK please remove their #false #advertisement of #ipadpro2021 available for pre order when its not available. Wasted hours for customers who cant upgrade or buy online, through customer service and their internal system.

@VodafoneUK how do I log a formal complaint with you? I contacted an agent on Wednesday who has logged a complaint but I was told I'd be called in 48-72 hours and it hasn't happened?
