I did a sim swap to rain but it went through twice and sim isn’t working and can’t connect through esim. Some to web chat yesterday and they said they couldn’t do anything. Sadly the majority of the staff are lovely but their hands are tied by process and procedure and lack of management support. They’re the worst company I’ve never had dealings with.
