    @VodafoneUK Hi Trev, so this is all Vodafone mobiles. All tested in different areas. I am in Devon for example, someone else tested in Sidcup, London. None can call this particular landline number. All other landlines and other mobile providers have no issue getting through.

    I have been forced into unemployment due to my company collapsing. @VodafoneUK will not let me speak to a customer support agent about terminating my contract early due to financial difficulty. PLEASE can I be connected with someone to discuss my circumstances?!

    @VodafoneUK can’t use my phone to call abroad at all. Followed all the tobi guidance to no avail. I’ve paid for extra data and I can’t use it. Please help sort this out. It’s incredibly frustrating.

    Followed @VodafoneUK’s advice to try and fix SMS messaging, but now I’m not able to use it at all for iMessage or SMS. Great

    @VodafoneUK Hi, The data speeds in SN8 2JY are still poor. 17 days since it started and both the maintenace windows at the close cell towers has finished. can you assist?

    @VodafoneUK They were done through chat and then over the phone with the upgrades team. I was just told they didn't know how to fix it and IT were looking in to it and for me to try again in a month phoning back... But that leaves me here paying £27 instead of £22 which new deal is

    @colinpmasters @VodafoneUK So far I've discovered that @O2 have free EU roaming as do many of the carriers that use their network eg Tesco. Also BT Mobile, but not EE (owned by BT). It’s worth shopping around. Note that Ireland does seem to be included by all carriers.
