@VodafoneUK @LurtisLurtis Stop replying to everyone with the same stock message. If vodafone can access these outages with us doing the work for you, you can do it without us. Is no one monitoring outages or something? If it's down somewhere, fix it.

@VodafoneUK Why is your Internet so diabolical and your customer service so rubbish every weekend? You say you'll refund for days of crap service... months later, still yet to receive any of this, the only 2 days of the week people expect service and you cannot deliver. 2/10

@VodafoneUK tried to update data package to unlimited due to having to self isolate without Wi-Fi to work. That was on the 3rd of Jan Now I have no phone line along with no connection and keep getting told to wait 24 hours. Absolutely shocking service and still not resolved 🤬

@vodafoneuk I've just joined Vodafone. When ordering the phone I provided a pac code but don't think the number transfer has worked. When I insert the new sim, no network appears to be detected. Are you able to help?

@VodafoneUK you’re double charging my husband. Call you told to go to Webchat… Webchat told no-one available… help me out…do we just cancel both DD’s to cover the overcharge already taken and then reinstate the right one or… would you like to offer some customer service?!?!
