@VodafoneUK absolutely appealing service from Vodafone!! Having to contact every single month to get my bill fixed cos they keep trying to bill me extra, every time they say its fixed and then the very next month the same issue! 4 months this has been going on - when will it end?

@VodafoneUK Or you could give better service that customers like myself pay for. Just a thought.

  • Lamb2ja James Lamb (@Lamb2ja) reported from Reading, England

@VodafoneUK Hi, no it hasn’t resolved it. My issue was the router Keeps loosing power rest of the time no issues, router gets very warm and then turns off have to unplug and wait then plug in again for it to work.

  • JohnMeredith John Meredith (@JohnMeredith) reported

@VodafoneUK No questions. Just concerns that being a pay monthly mobile customer no longer qualifies me for a discount on Superfast 1 or 2. I don't need the trimmings that Pro brings.

  • William38642375 William Connell (@William38642375) reported

@VodafoneUK why are you ******* about with my login again wasting my time with your trash site login

  • peterdonohue1 Pete Donohue (@peterdonohue1) reported

@VodafoneUK So I took to Twitter in attempt to rectify a Vodafone problem! 4 days ago I passed security and advised them of the issues, today they have achieved nothing bar asking me to pass security for the umpteenth time! The absolute worst customer service!

  • Craig4P Craig4Glasgow (@Craig4P) reported

@stephenpollard @VodafoneUK I'm not easily impressed, but Smarty's mobile phone package (on the 3 Network) is brilliant, cheap and you can instantly cancel. I can tether my laptop to the phone, and it's so good I can upload a half hour video in about ten minutes. Cheap option.

  • Abz_ace2 ً Hugh Uncensorèd (@Abz_ace2) reported

@VodafoneUK my sim is not working I need help !

  • NeilDuCros Neil Du Cros (@NeilDuCros) reported

@VodafoneUK It is working thanks. Point is that there was no scope for a proactive fix (even if the customer pays) in your processes. I had to book a “socket move” to get an engineer, otherwise Vodafone are happy to wait for it to break before doing anything about it.
