    Agreed My 90 yr old could understand a word the "engineer" swid when booking to install her broadband as a new customer ! Shockingly bad service @VodafoneUK

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia did similar when my first wife passed away. They owed around £300. Chased up several times and never got it back. Yet they got debt collectors on me for £25 outstanding bill lol
