@VodafoneUK I think we all know you are suffering a national outage. Why not be honest. Can we expect a refund for the loss of service? It's the least you can do after a nearly 15% hike in bills.

@VodafoneUK No Internet for the past 3hrs, can't use your service check tool as that reports it can't connect to the vodafone servers. What's going on, and please no generic copy and paste answer. I live In the chorley area.

@VodafoneUK 45 mins on hold to cust serv and call was dropped. Online line test not working. No text or email to explain. I thought it was my equipment. A text or email explaining the situation would have saved us both time and 💰

@VodafoneUK @emmalb1988 Vodafone are seriously a mess. Try phoning customer services in Bangladesh or wherever it gets rerouted. I know english is not their first language, but it’s not their second or third choice either. And the chat bot online is a total failure. People get paid for this??

@VodafoneUK I know that you know the internet is really important and that you’ve made it easier for us to check stuff at our end but the problem appears to be your end. Maybe you could make checking your end easier too and fix this apparently national outage that’s happening.
