    @VodafoneUK Tried that about 10 times. Can never get through. Then tells me there's '100's of qualified agents' to take my chat online, but then that tells me they're all busy. I've been trying to get through for 15 days. This is not good enough.

    @VodafoneUK I've spoken to a Vodafone online advisor. All my Vodafone account has been closedown. But I can't receive text messages on my new network even though I got my pac code & left Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK ridiculous increase this month and for what? No increase in service value, no increase in speed, no doubt no increase in customer service quality, does’t meet expectations ! What’s the profit margin on broadband these days? I Will be leaving in sept #endof2yrcontract
