    Does @UKinEthiopia consider #Tigray part of Ethiopia? If so why not reconnect that region as well it’s being over #564Days since we heard anything from our families there.They have no network, telecommunications or basic banks, @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup must be only for the gov

    @VodafoneUK funny that I give notice on a long term contract and since the day I gave notice the reception on my phone and ability to open apps, download etc has deteriorated. #poor

    @VodafoneUK I can’t connect to WiFi. I’ve reset my hub and the internet light comes on but not the Wi-Fi light? Signal looks to be coming in to the hub but not going out?

    @VodafoneUK Hi, my phone isn't Vodafone, just the broadband. I don't think its a phone issue as I've reset my network settings. I think there is a problem with the router.

    @itsarz_uk @VodafoneUK Sadly, not yet. I cannot even get the Vodafone speed checker to load today, the connection is so slow. Disappointing.

    Thanks @VodafoneUK absolutely useless - 3 cut off chats, 2 cut off calls - over 7 days now trying to fix 1 issue…have been made 2 change plans, disconnect from the network & back again & carry out the same hours long trouble shoot 4 times & nothing…how can one issue be so hard
