    @VodafoneUK After spending the equivalent of 1.5 days disconnecting from my mis-sold and non-functioning broadband I am a little disappointed to be offered £30 as a goodwill gesture… I’ll stay away from your poor products and egregiously bad customer “service” in future!

    Hi @VodafoneUK , I renewed my contract in January, and paid the said fees. Since then, every payment has increased from Feb to May. Will the price go up every month? Or will I find at some point it isn’t? PS, I’ve been with you 23 years, but I don’t think we’ll make 25. Poor.

    @VodafoneUK Why is it so difficult to redeem the gift card for switching to your broadband? On phone to customer services for 50 minutes. Link doesn't work, customer services just want to sell me something. Help!!

    @VodafoneUK Currently 9 days into new contract and still no service. Numerous hours of phonecalls and trip to shop and still no sign of getting what i've paid for. Surely this is unacceptable @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman. How do I get what I've paid for when vodafone refuse to provide.

    @hollymorgs @VodafoneUK Sorry to hear about the trouble your father has been having with his installation. Since the service is with Vodafone, they are responsible for managing and scheduling all installation appointments. Please continue to coordinate directly with them to get this resolved. Thank you.

    avoid @VodafoneUK like the plague - i cancelled my broadband with them as i wasa moving, and they have set up the new person in my old house’s account under MY details and are billing ME for their usage. what the everloving ****.
