    @VodafoneUK I only read Vodafone posts to see all the sad bastards using their promotional tweets as a way to complain about their service, yet 100% guaranteed will never pick up the phone to actually speak to someone about it. Never been let down yet.

    @VodafoneUK if I say I want to leave due to poor service, inability to get through on the phone and advisors not reading the messages, 2x twitter advisors not reading the messages, saying 'I see you want to upgrade' & giving me the phone no I'd complained about is very poor!
