    @VodafoneUK my new broadband is so bad I can’t even get a clear chat through you chat bot. Every single day devices can’t connect to the internet. Very much regretting the change now

    @djp4cm4n @VodafoneUK Left them a few years ago after god awful customer service, no decent signal anywhere , no discounts/ upgrades over my time with them. Now with @EE. Still awful signal at home on a 5G plan but elsewhere perfect

    Another day fighting with @VodafoneUK to get a constant 4G signal. Why are these phone comp allowed to provide such a poor service and still charge for it @Ofcom

    Hey @VodafoneUK why are you giving out free SIM cards to illegal immigrants. I’m a long standing customer and will be moving my account until you cease aiding abetting illegal immigrants into this country. Shame on you.
