@VodafoneUK contract up today with 3 phones. Spoke to 3 customer services advisors last week all were meant to call me back. None did, looks like I’ll be joining @EE or Sky. 17 years of custom lost.

@VodafoneUK I have spent the last 3 days at the British Grand Prix with no reliable phone signal or data & unable to reliably send messages. I'm pretty cheesed off that I pay a lot for a service I did not receive. Will I be refunded for the 3 days of isolation from the network please?

@EmmaRaducanu @VodafoneUK @Wimbledon If a company hires sportpeople or actors etc to front a media campaign then I immediately change suppliers or use another company. I would rather the company focus on their service than pay fortunes to celebs.
