  @VodafoneUK After spending the equivalent of 1.5 days disconnecting from my mis-sold and non-functioning broadband I am a little disappointed to be offered £30 as a goodwill gesture… I’ll stay away from your poor products and egregiously bad customer “service” in future!

  @VodafoneUK , i have been treated unfairly and over billed for the past 2 months. Paying 233 pounds for calls and over 180pounds is simply outrageous. I kept explaining to your customer line but they never got it right. Is this how a loyal customer of 4 years should be treated?

  @VodafoneUK The most over priced mobile phone service. #vodafone Justify your charges over other service providers….ill wait. Oh & your app is not working for me to pay my bill, but feel free to charge me “late fees”….handy coincidence. 🖕🏻😡

  Diabolical service from @VodafoneUK . Recently upgraded to a new plan that was then cancelled in error through no fault of my own. Had to set up brand new order at higher price then to be told activation date will not be until 28.04 Currently without any broadband. Leaving now

  @VodafoneUK please help urgently. I’m away and 1. Cannot access my voicemail and 2. When someone tries to phone my mobile some random person answers. This is my business mobile.

  @Adi_Dandy_1903 @VodafoneUK 100%. I tried to switch last year, but I was £400 in termination fees which I refused to pay. They’re down to £126 now with Vodafone providing up to £200 towards them. Happy days!
