@VodafoneUK I got a bit better assistant from @Mobilescouk But @VodafoneUK is just RIDICULOUS False and Incorrect information shared for more than thrice I asked to transfer the chat to manager but they disconnected. #pathetic I never NEVER EVER recommend VODAFONE to anyone BE AWARE GUYS

@VodafoneUK Its fine, managed to get through to your phone support finally, they've advised of a delay (few weeks) on the phones. ideally you should have sent an email to all pre-order customers to let them know rather than having to call specifically.
