@VodafoneUK Thank you. Yes all seems to be okay. Thankfully I also have Vodafone which worked throughout, I was just unable to call anyone else on another network with my sky mobile. Thank you!

So disappointed with @VodafoneUK, £50 a month for a broken phone that hasn't worked for over a month. Called, been in store, app chatted. Conflicting info, no help, no refund, apparently now need to send for repair 4 times before replacement when previously told it was 2 times
