Seriously how does @VodafoneUK get away with such bad service? Have had problems for nearly a year and they just want to charge me for understandably trying to get away from a ‘service provider’ that doesn’t provide me the service I need? Daylight robbery

@VodafoneUK It's taken 2x10 days, numerous hours, over £200 in costs, inc extra data, new phone and sim, to finally be told that. So my phone can't work again for several months till I'm back in the UK? You offer roaming why? which I hardly received and your manager never returned a call!

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Are a disgrace to customer service. 13 days without broadband. Still no engineer booked. Many many Calls/Chats getting told the same thing, but no progress. No end still in sight. Worst service i've ever had.

@VodafoneUK Can you look at recent transcripts? I am still currently trying to sort my contract but it just feels so complicated, and I get really bad anxiety dealing with things like this. I just want to leave and there are just fees on fees to change. Every time I try I feel like I can't

@Crownyy93 @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup This is BEYOND shocking. My service provider after the 1st call helps troubleshoot then shortly after if all fails, sets up a professional to come to my home lastest 2 days later. This is very upsetting to read about!

@CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup These plug n play routers get worse all the time now with locked down settings. Ive had to setup a few friends ones recently to get them working better.
