By VODAFONE! I should be provided compensation from 3rd Jan (the original activation date) @VodafoneUK gave to me up until 2nd Feb when I finally was provided broadband service in my home!

@VodafoneUK But Kieran, that's another baseline response. You haven't read what I said. This has been ongoing for months. Always been a happy Vodafone customer but this non-help is really making me switch the second my contract runs out. I'm just a small fish, but this isn't service.

@VodafoneUK Threatened to cut us off for a £30 outstanding bill of 4 days, then the 'customer service' person based in S Africa couldn't take the payment via phone. Been with them for over 10 years. Is this acceptable? #corporatecrooks #corporatestoobig #integrityinbusiness

Next month I cancel the last (of 6) contracts, gone from paying @VodafoneUK £3000 a year, to around £400 a year on monthly sim plans, yet despite improving my financial situation @ExperianExperts have instead hammered my credit rating. Make it make sense #creditscore #CRAs

@UkWeycrest @Ofcom Trouble is @VodafoneUK haven't signed up to the Ofcom rules, which is why they frequently treat customers appallingly! I'm talking to a lawyer on behalf of my wife after the appalling treatment she's had at tge hands of them

@VodafoneUK I’m on the phone to your customer service now and they are telling me it still isn’t resolved. It was escalated on 6th March. This is £166.05 we are talking about - not just a fiver. I am now on hold again while the person talks to a manager….again.

Hi @VodafoneUK any reason why customer service line drops dead every time I am about to be connected to a human being after waiting patiently in a queue (3 times in past half an hour)? I am trying to reactivate my SIM card but your extra security code is going to a blocked phone!
