    The service has been patchy and occasionally dropped off, so when the contract was up, we thought we's shop around. Normal behavior in the current climate?! @VodafoneUK had a good deal, cheaper overall, and a little cashback. We placed the order. 2/?

    @plusnet say they CANNOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP US. @VodafoneUK assure us that THERE IS NO ORDER. @ShellEnergyHome can't do what they need to do because of the above problems. HOW THE ACTUAL HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM?! 15/?

    Why is it that in this day and age I still struggle to get 4g in some places let alone 5g…. Pay a lot for a contract and this is the **** I’ve got to deal with, sort it out @VodafoneUK

    @GeorgeMonbiot Hi as of today we have exactly the same problems that you had with your mother's account. @VodafoneUK have the death certificate but still refuse to cancel the account w/o speaking to the account holder who is elderly. We are even named on the account but still cannot cancel.
