    @VodafoneUK You want yr customers to support your infrastructure changes by forcing them to buy new (locked) android phones from your own shop? Not going to happen without some serious compensation.

  • sue_wilkinson Sue Wilkinson (@sue_wilkinson) reported

    Appalling service from @VodafoneUK: mobile lost/stolen but won't let me cancel my contract by phone - say I have to go into a store (nearest is 20 miles away). I gave them my address, email, 2 phone nos, DOB, contract date, bank sort code - but apparently 'failed security'.

  • vadkakukk Mátyás 🇪🇺 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇺🇦 (@vadkakukk) reported

    @VodafoneUK: we're switching off 3g, but it's fine you can now make calls on the 4g network. Me: Ok, how? Vf: Not you. Your 3rd party phones are no longer supported. You have to buy 4 new phones from us. aye right.

  • AdrianDeakin3 Adrian Deakin (@AdrianDeakin3) reported

    @EE @EE Not even best in my house, my son can't wait for contract end to switch to @VodafoneUK jealous of our always on Vodafone network.

  • Freddiethedog79 Me (@Freddiethedog79) reported

    @VodafoneUK battery life on my new Samsung 22 Ultra is terrible. Upgraded and was told in the store the battery was really good. Dropped 10% in 15 minutes. Much worse than my previous Samsung that used to last all day.

  • Zerouali84 Al (@Zerouali84) reported

    @VodafoneUK Nah I had to give up as your website is so bad. You clearly have a lot of issues with it - can you confirm it works now?

  • andydunnuk Andy Dunn (@andydunnuk) reported

    @VodafoneUK a loyal customer feeling very frustrated. 2 unsuccessful store visits to collect a web order upgrade + 3 phone calls lasting 3 hours in total = how not to do #customerservice. Please be better 🙏🏼

  • Rossy_smith Rossy Smith (@Rossy_smith) reported from London Colney, England

    @VodafoneUK I drive for a living so haven’t got the time to sit and chat over messages, a call would be much quicker. Never mind 👋🏻

  • CA25012451 CA2451 (@CA25012451) reported

    @MisterSnags @VodafoneUK @zeninternet 1GB Down also? Show off

  • burtyboro Ian (@burtyboro) reported

    @VodafoneUK what are the signal and network issues in DL5? Sat here with 4G signal and everything takes 5mins to load up. Id be better with dial up internet at this rate. Whats going on??
