    The biggest mistake I made in 2022 was switching my mobile network to @o2 It is just terrible. Nearly every city I go to my partner, on @vodafoneuk gets great signal. I'm in Exeter tonight and I've got h+ which is basically the story of using O2. Why is your network so poor?

    Still no resolution through @OnecomUKHelp and they basically have me knackers in a vice! Will have to pay more for the final year of my contract but then thats me done with @OnecomUK and @VodafoneUK

    Serious customer service issue @VodafoneUK I need a serious issue resolving & so far it’s take 2 1 hour phone calls which I’ve been cut off from & another phone call now which I’ve already been on hold for 20 mins & am no further on

    Honestly @VodafoneUK are an absolute joke. Trying to say you can use £25 of data in a matter of seconds. Finally leaving after the piss poor service.
