@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Currently receiving reminders for my deceased mum's service from Virgin, they did advise this would happen, but why they are unable to just close an account I have no idea.

    Karen B (@karenbrown135) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Condolences to you. They were awful when we cancelled mum's too, kept insisting they couldn't cancel without her approval but she didnt have capacity. When she died we found Severn Trent were the best overall, they didn't charge for her last few weeks, or while we were selling

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Feel your pain. Tv license people for me were horrible.. "will there still be a tv in the house" the thoughtlessness

@twit_cmj @VodafoneUK Other than when it hits the hot weather ive never had issues. Did with the phone as was with them for 15 years. But broadband usually has been alright. Then the sun comes out and...nope gone

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I finally left virgin as trying to contact was literally like going around in circles (constantly), it was extremely poor and exceptionally bad service.

@VodafoneUK I have been a Vodafone customer for a good 25 years + when I joined there was as area that received no service , 25 years on the same !! Where I live 9 years , again service is hit or miss . Not sure why I haven’t left tbh but now is the time

I'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.

@VodafoneUK the frustrating thing is your app says everything is fine which means you'll deny any responsibility even though the service is useless. As said before we pay for 150mb/s download fibre broadband and I'm getting 2.5mb/s. For the second day in a row.
