    @Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I know what it’s like to cry with rage at stuff like that. I took out a contract with Virgin last year, and before the service even began I begged them to let me leave. I know I’m biased but the Sky customer service has been far superior.

    @VodafoneUK I don't want to have to top up to buy a big value bundle. I want it to run out, then I buy another one. Why do I have to opt out, but not only do I have to opt out, It doesnt ******* let me. Useless service.

    Store staff @VodafoneUK Manchester, still rude as ever. Then trying to get in touch with someone on here privately is impossible, can't get pass the bot.

    @VodafoneUK my phone was working fine and now I am no longer registered on the network according to the error message. I've tried everything to fix. Please advise what's going on?

    @manningthemoon @VodafoneUK @Ofcom It’s so bad. They’re so quick when you want to upgrade or add on but no option to cancel at all. Wouldn’t recommend them. Aww that’s awful Ross! X

    @VodafoneUK I’ve already moved to another network. I couldn’t get a PAC code so I just left. I haven’t got my Vodafone sim so I can’t ring 191 and the web chat isn’t helping at all. Is there someone I can email?
