    @VodafoneUK I am a vulnerable disabled man reliant on my broadband to connect with the world. I thought the dongle was supposed to kick in if the line goes down. We have had nothing since 5am this morning tobi doesn't work and you aren't answering the phone. This was supposed to be unbreakab

    Had @VodafoneUK fibre fitted last Saturday, twice had to contact them cos it’s worse than the old connection and now down all day. Checking those T&C’s to change cos this is shite!

    @VodafoneUK Come on guys this is a joke now. At least give us an update. Thousands of people without internet. Some of us need to work. Dozens of new articles with more information than you’ve decided to put out yourselves. Can you at least provide an ETA? What’s the actual issue? Please!
