    @VodafoneUK so are you going to completely ignore the fact your internet has been down since Wednesday? Absolutely pathetic service, especially when you have to work from home. Will be reporting this to ofcom and trading standards.

    @O2 customer service is shocking! Been hung up on twice now when simply trying to change direct debit date! Absolutely shocking, have 5 contracts with yourselves and going to move them all to @VodafoneUK when they are due for upgrade!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve had at least three calls to your helpline to resolve a double billing issue. Individual bills addressed but same problem occurring each month - pls can you help permanently resolve this?

    @delisle_tony @VodafoneUK I'm in Galley Hill. Also reports in Stony and Fuller's. It's a wide spread issue and is being prioritised for repair.
