  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service

  @VodafoneUK #vodafone I was getting help from a customer service member and in the middle of our conversation the team member said it's now 8:00pm I've finished my shift and disconnected the call before I could reply. Is this normal from Vodafone?

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK So sorry for your loss 😢when my mum passed I had the same issue with Post Office phone line. Firstly they refused to take my call asking for a copy of death certificate and then 30 day cancellation charge.

  After 5+ weeks, my @VodafoneUK upgrade is still unresolved. • £40 refund still unpaid • 2 complaints raised • Mobile service incorrectly provisioned • Told to cancel & recreate my contract to fix Vodafone's error • Lost a £572 trade-in benefit as a result

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

  terrible signal service since @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK merged. all networks have been crap with 5g never working and 4g being downgraded but this is ridiculous. signal checkers always say its fine. @SMARTYMobileUK uses 3 and i can't ever use what i pay for. #smartymobile
