    @VodafoneUK I've tried by chat and it hasn't worked. So, I've ordered yesterday by phone and unfortunatelly I had to accept to lose my personal discount to pay £99 instead of £29 upfront and £69 instead of £65 monthly. As a customer I expect to get the same info in all channel. Please fix it

    @VodafoneUK just sent a DM no sign of engineer this has been going on since Thursday when no engineer appeared and you call centre can’t help they are having another upgrade following the upgrade they had yesterday

    Hey @CityFibre do you think you could help fix a problem inside of your network that @VodafoneUK are incapable of, or unwilling to fix. Been waiting 5 days now and they know the fix from last time but are doing nothing!

    @VodafoneUK nearly 72 hours and no manager call back! Yester I was on the phone to you guys and osama said the manager will call me in an hour that was at 3pm. You people clearly haven’t requested a manager call back or your managers are just shocking. This is more than poor!!!

    @VodafoneUK - COMPLAINT! your 191 number cuts off and the 0330 number given keeps getting given is “unavailable”.. the web chat customer service team just repeat the same info and after almost 2 hours yesterday I am fed up!! Please get someone to call me!

    @VodafoneUK Fix the systems and if it's possible, include my discount as credits...We do also have time as the phone just will arrive by Friday.
