    @VodafoneUK @speckyninja Wtf a Bot ?!?!

  • UKnoGum knowgum #FBPA #NHSLove #proEU #GTTO 3.5% (@UKnoGum) reported

    @GeorgeMonbiot @BillyVacant @VodafoneUK From experience, some companies are compassionate & genuinely do all they can to help after a bereavement. Others, are utterly useless to the point of obstruction. Companies that make things more stressful at such a difficult time do not deserve our custom.

  • cavanconor Conor Walker 💉💉💉 (@cavanconor) reported

    @VodafoneUK @speckyninja I’d suggest you get a number for him and George and ring them… you’re a telephone company FFS! Service going out the window as is evidenced by your “auto responses”…

  • michaeldinesh Michael Dinesh (@michaeldinesh) reported

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Total sympathy. Only way we could get to speak with someone @BritishGas was to say we we were bereaved after awful customer bot-going-round-in-circles online only service. Same with #Evri / #Hermes. Only way was to contact CEO and threaten BBC You&Yours.

  • LeighPankhurst1 Leigh Pankhurst 🇬🇧🇺🇦 (@LeighPankhurst1) reported

    @GeorgeMonbiot @KathyBurke @VodafoneUK Vodafone are literal bullshit. I will never ever go back to them.

  • birdonthewire3 BirdOnTheWire3🐟🇪🇺🕷#FBPE.FBPA. (@birdonthewire3) reported

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK How appalling . Your poor Father. What a poor response from Vodafone. Glad I’m not a customer of theirs.

  • pedaldancer123 Rider (@pedaldancer123) reported

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Bloody hell. The sensitivity of a brick. Idiot company

  • lukiebriner Luke Briner (@lukiebriner) reported

    @VodafoneUK @speckyninja Vodafone took over an hour on the phone with an unqualified "tech" person to agree with me that my router was broken. Lots of other times waiting on hold, "we value your custom..." #whatever

  • parsl Russell P (@parsl) reported

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I particularly like the way they turn around and put the responsibility back on you to jump through various hoops, bots, systems, press-7-for-purgatory, etc. Correspond by letter, it’s the only way to contact them that doesn’t waste your time. And never sign a contract with them

  • heather_c_c Heather #FundOurNHS 💙 (@heather_c_c) reported

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Have had similar problems following a bereavement with Eon Next referring to debt collection agency. In fact most utility companies have been disappointingly bad. Even when they have a bereavement dept. and initially do the right thing, they later **** it up. So upsetting.
