@VodafoneUK when I first received my 4g sim I 2019, I received an amazing 4g and 3g signal in my house and outside, which was great after no sig with o2. Once you "updated" the mast to 5g, I'm lucky if I get one bar of signal. Please advise. Thanks.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK there has been No Mobile service in east London E9 area for the last 3 days ( so couldn’t call mum ) and we are told that this will not be fix until the 9th! This is unacceptable. I hope no emergency incident happens during this time ...

@VodafoneUK No reply on DMs and now your customer service line is saying we won't connect until the 29th. Great #CustomerService Vodafone. I'm sure this would be less frustrating if my Vodafone mobile didn't also automatically hang up after 30 minutes too

@VodafoneUK why does my internet slow down between 7 and 9pm every night? Websites slow, phone apps take ages to load, @SkyUK box takes forever to load up. Every single night. Fine in the daytime

@VodafoneUK hi, I have a problem with my data, it seems to be really restricted. I can't send or receive WhatsApp messages and most websites time out. I fixed this before by resetting my network on my phone but that was only 2 weeks ago, I'm not doing that everytime this happens
