  @VodafoneUK as a communication network your customer service is awful. Can't collect a new phone from your store because of a system issue, but told it will take 24-48 hours to resolve as the tech team has gone home for the day. The whole process to upgrade has been a joke

  @VodafoneQatar @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Support chat keeps getting closed without any solution. I’ve asked a simple question twice, and both times the chat was ended with no help. Very poor customer service.
