@Lance63 @VodafoneUK What terrible journalism! Of course the villagers are fed up but the journalist appears to have made no effort to explain or get to the root of the problem and question those responsible. You can't hear the woman in the video properly. Why Vodafone? What about Openreach?

@Lance63 @VodafoneUK That sucks, but oh gods, that photo is wonderful...

  • rajeebg Be Factual (@rajeebg) reported

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK Customers being increased but infra remains same affecting existing customers of getting sufficient network. This must change and #VodafoneIdea customers should not be made to suffer

@VodafoneUK erm guys I think something is broken on your end I've recieved the same text from you guys 39 times in the 3days???

  • dsawyerparker DSP (@dsawyerparker) reported

@VodafoneUK disgraceful service from Vodafone, changed number from contact to PAYG without permission 30hrs later still can't get number back. Has been my business number for 15 years so I can't afford to lose it and currently my customers are unable to get in contact with me.

  • JoeChattell Joe Chattell (@JoeChattell) reported

@VodafoneUK well done for giving me quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had! Shocking!

  • shah_kra rath (@shah_kra) reported

@VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK VOXI Customers cannot request a Subject Access Request. The Subject Access Request requires a Vodafone login, and unable to connect with VOXI login. VOXI customers have to print out a form and pay a £10. Completely unfair on VOXI customers..

  • ADodson80 Andy_Dodson80 (@ADodson80) reported

@VodafoneUK 3 days now and I’ve maybe had a couple of hours of phone service. Just as well we aren’t all working from home and don’t need to call anybody 🙄. Sort it out please.

  • _batuhanozdemir Batuhan Ozdemir (@_batuhanozdemir) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi, I booked today to connect internet via your broadband service, but I still see a red light on my router. I’m currently doing everything online and my extra mobile data pack is almost ending due to this problem. When I’m going to have my broadband?!
