@VodafoneUK It's be easier on email as then I can forward the email trail that shows where permissions were granted yet we can't cancel our account over the phone because there's no permissions on account and we have to go in store?! Email please.

@VodafoneUK price increase. Why not eh! Everyone seems to be doing it why shouldn't we? I cant wait till my contract finishes as im getting away from vodafone as far as possible. Network sucks, your customer service sucks and your increase price also sucks!!!

@VodafoneUK trying to upgrade my mobile phone at lunch time with you and absolutely appalling service. The customer service didn’t have a clue what they were doing and started changing my address to an address 8 years ago!
