    So got email off @VodafoneUK saying I can now upgrade so goes on to see cost I’ve been a customer for 10 years and they still want £50 upfront cost and then whatever it cost each month for the phone think I may change to a different provider a cheaper one!

    I am so done with @TalkTalk fibre broadband, barely stays connected for 5mins and when it does the speeds are worse than shit! Can't wait for my @VodafoneUK fibre router to arrive, should never have changed!! #AvoidTalkTalk

    @VodafoneUK truly shocking customer service, want to speak to someone about changing my plan and all I get is automated voices, sending a link that doesn't work and then hangs up. I would like to speak to someone before I end up cancelling my account, to TOBI!

    @VodafoneUK daughter’s phone faulty a couple of weeks after purchase.Sent away twice to be repaired only for it to be sent back today for the second time still damaged! Paying a fortune still for this contract without a phone! Customer service absolutely horrendous #avoid

    @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!
