@VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

@mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Took me over a month to get a resolution to a problem they created. One point a bloke shouted down the phone "YOU JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU!". On the whole an utterly miserable experience.

I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

@Ofcom I've spent 4 weeks trying not get my phone unlocked from the @VodafoneUK network without success. I explained at the very beginning that the code they originally gave me has hard locked the phone and it requires a master unlock code but they just keep spewing out NUC's
