My wife has same phone on my account and can make calls so I’m guessing it’s the handset. I’ve tried everything on the apple support advice but still can’t make or receive calls.

Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

By saying there is nothing wrong with it then they can basically leave me with a dodgy phone. The @VodafoneUK policy is to replace if can't fix after 3 attempts.

Can’t even contemplate using Bluetooth in the car until you’re a few minutes drive out of the area as it’s so intermittent.
