Same problem over and over again and all they can do is give us a discount on it because they can’t fix it. Also having trouble with signal on my phone.

Multiple calls to your helpline who just ask me to wait a bit longer. Really frustrated! Order SBL-1000000528805835. Pls help.

They just wasted mine and their time and when they couldnt resolve the issue, waiving couple of months charges which never resolved the coverage issue.changing phones/sims all done. Vodafone needs to upgrade their masts

Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

It's a form you send I get told again. I fill it in, and get told this can take upto 10 days to be returned. Crap customer service.
