An hour and a half for that! It’s sorted now but painful experience to say the least. Thanks.

I rang one of the numbers back today and the person who answered says she never rang me but has a similar number to me and is having the same problem with 1/2

I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.

The worst I had was my FiL's energy supplier, Shell. They knocked on my door a few weeks ago and I told them I'd rather sit in the dark than ever use them again.
