    @VodafoneUK the battery on my phone is going, my contract ended a few months ago, I think. Can I get an upgrade over the phone or would I need to go into the store when they’re reopen? I can hang on until then. I have an iPhone SE.

    Our home internet with @VodafoneUK is so bad the kids are now asking Alexa “why is Vodafone internet so bad!”, her response... “I’m currently having trouble connecting to the internet” Classic! Sort it out Vodafone. We have struggled on and complained since March.

    @VodafoneUK thank you for the upgraded iPhone which arrived today. The thing is, there wasn’t a plug inside. Normally it wouldn’t be an issue, but the connector has changed.

    Been with @VodafoneUK many years but this last year or so they’ve let me down. Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.

    @mgrenrat @VodafoneUK IP8 no Vodafone broadband since yesterday, also virtually no mobile signal on any device. Was told after near 2 hrs on hold yesterday could take up to 3 days to fix! Its an internal Vodafone issue as neighbours BT broadband works.

    Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

    @VodafoneUK I checked the status of my broadband order yesterday, it said “ordered cancelled” even though I hadn’t cancelled it. Spoke to customer services who reinstated the order and told me I’d confirmation in 24 hours. 24 hours later I’m going through the same process again!

    @VOXI_UK over an hour trying to register a complaint . Back through all security again. So over a years payments for nothing , to be told I didn’t cancel when I absolutely did and then this . Will never use @VOXI_UK or @VodafoneUK again.

    @VodafoneUK Don’t go with Vodafone. I’ve been with them for many, many years. Even took broadband out with them. Doesn’t matter they will not even try keep you as a customer. Didn’t offer more than 1 deal to renew. Beyond disappointed considering I told them I wanted to stay

    @VodafoneUK #GalaxyZFlip3 this phone reminds me of one of my first phones a really neat flip. But the Galaxy's specifications are so much better. Always liked my original flip until I dropped it down the toilet and it wasn't waterproof and stopped working. I'd really love to win this.
