ollie garnett (@ollie_cufc) reported from Bramford, England@The_Mark_Morris @VodafoneUK Calling to dispute my bill and all I get is “before we can connect you to an operate, we can see you have an outstanding amount to pay, we will now send you to our automated payment service”. Useless

-
Simon Wilding🔸🇪🇺 (@SJWilding) reported from Eight Ash Green, EnglandAnyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.
-
Steve Townshend (@steve_townshend) reported from Colchester, EnglandBeen with @VodafoneUK many years but this last year or so they’ve let me down. Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.
-
Mark Bradfield (@sparkymarky245) reported from Ipswich District, EnglandSadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill
-
Alistair Heron (Al apple) (@Al_roar) reported from Wivenhoe, England@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).
-
Lee Smith 🏴🇺🇦 (@LeeSmith1980) reported from Ipswich District, England@VodafoneUK is there a problem with your broadband service? Been experiencing problems all last night and still this morning! 😖

-
Jue (@just_jue205) reported from Harwich, England@VodafoneUK You’re not kidding!! I have 4 accounts I pay for, this is going to make a huge difference to me. I wouldn’t even mind if I got a good signal at my home address, but I don’t. Never mind eh, you’re still making your money. Don’t worry about the millions of us struggling to cope now
-

Delwar Ullah (@Sheffield128) reported@VodafoneUK Gemini has just told me she’s now on your platform that is fantastic. I’ve got a on my phone right now. Can I make a little suggestion? Get rid of Toby? Let Gemini do that job from a customer that has been with you since 1995.
-
The Memedalorian (@mxtthewpxrker) reported@VodafoneUK your service is a joke. I had fibre broadband installed yesterday. How does it go from ‘ready in 3 hours’ after install to ‘active by midnight’ to ‘24 hour estimate’ It’s been over 24hrs and I still have no connection
-
@screechy (@screechy451738) reported@VodafoneUK I have an open complaint (167430127). I'm moving house locally and you can only provide 60 Mbps instead of my contracted 900 Mbps. Your agent is demanding a £555 exit fee for a service you can no longer provide. This is a material detriment.
-
Louis (@BBLouisR) reported@AmyGreatorex @O2 They’re useless I hardly get signal anywhere supposed to be looking into it but haven’t done anything 😤 wish I never left @VodafoneUK

Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing me my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reported@ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK Why is the coverage online so poor in Birmingham B43...sort it out.

-

-
DiKey (@xcetveli) reported@VodafoneUK team couldn’t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1–5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.

maybe: diana 🌞 (@classicdiana) reported@VodafoneUK can you please help? I need to speak to someone online because my SIM card isn’t working and your online chat won’t connect me to anyone
