.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

I have now been trying to leave Vodafone for 2 hours. @VodafoneUK once I get out these shackles, I am writing a strongly worded fax to your CEO. This has been an absolute shitshow this morning. I can't even get a PAC code off you, let alone cancel.

@Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK I tried to leave Virgin Media yesterday. Hour and a half later. I'm not convinced they have cancelled my account. The bloke kept ignoring me. Unethical and extraordinarily bad business practice.

@VodafoneUK I don’t want to keep loosing WiFi.. but I do!Sadly it happens daily as it’s so unstable.. literally constantly drops out. Everything is linked on WiFi. Over the last 10months have spent hours talking to help desk, nothing changes so I give up! Never has this with @skytv

@VodafoneUK jus called to upgrade my phone. The person I spoke to suggested I upgraded with another company as Vodafone was too expensive!!! Don’t think that is good customer service! Been with you for 22 years!
