.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

No Vodafone Giganet Broadband connection for over 24 hours now... SLA of 72 hours... 2 people working form home and 2 kids at school not able to do anything... cant even hotspot as we have Vodafone mobile as well and 4G signal is terrible... @VodafoneUK @CityFibre

@JudeMoore_ @VodafoneUK had the same issue with them, complained few times and than cancelled, they wanted to charge early exit fee but I challenged them for breaching the contract
