    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @sbl365 @MaverickSBL @VodafoneUK Issue I see with these is how do you propose your students use them? Two options as I see it, they’d have to remove their sim to install this one (and lose access to their number etc for the duration) or supply a dongle per sim.

    @VodafoneUK my Internet has been down all day. I have already sent a DM but I’m yet to get a response. I tried calling the customer service but all it advised me to do for broadband issues was go online. This is quite ironic considering I have broadband issues...

    Is it just me or have @VodafoneUK gone awful with their reception in the last few months? Due to upgrade and I’m wondering wether to move or not. Always rated them for signal before but lately they’ve gone shite.
