@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

@VodafoneUK 2/2 Can I add that I’ve been on Vodafone customer service a lot this past week while renewing 3 family plans and sorting out a router issue. Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼

@VodafoneUK probably the worst internet I've had! 6 problems in 10 months constantly speed dropping getting high packet loss and stupidly high ping! Do there steps they tell me every time and always the same outcome and tell me to monitor it for 72 hours! Appalling

Am I going to have a problem with DPD tomorrow? I have no router to give them, given that I didn't receive one. Tried to phone @VodafoneUK tonight, left on hold for 20mins then disconnected at 9pm..

@VodafoneUK where has my broadband gone? Give it back, I need it. Not a single drop while with other providers, and you're using BTs equipment so it must be something you've done. Can't wait for the 12 months to be up. I'll be gone quicker than your fastest service
