    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Join the club. Last weekend they even hung up on my wife who was trying to sort out a problem for her sick father who is currently hospitalised. We have now cancelled the contract and moved to a different network.

    @ThreeUKSupport You'll notice top left corner I've got no signal, at all! So having to piggyback the neighbours internet. I want my contract cancelled. Perhaps @VodafoneUK will have me? Because @ThreeUK are shocking!

    nightmare, don’t use Vodafone, impossible to get PAC code. 7 people and still nowhere. Appalling service and complaints closes at 5. So far 5 hours and still no progress!!!! @VodafoneUK

    @davidlaud @jhavfc @VodafoneUK It's incredible how bad ALL of them are. Their only slick experiences are usually onboarding (for obvious reasons). There is no join up between digital and non-digital whatsoever and you get stuck in endless loops.
