Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@VodafoneUK worst service ever. Broadband installation scheduled for last Friday - couldn't be done, rescheduled for today's morning. Nobody came. After 3 calls chasing you, and having to ask for a day off at work, you told us that it won't be done until Wednesday.
