    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    This is despite written confirmation (via email) that .@VodafoneUK are waiving the fee for us as compensation for the lack of service. YET ANOTHER LIE.

    @blackball22 @VodafoneUK In all honesty for me here in Cornwall, this is one of the first major issues I’ve had in nearly 3 years, so much so that I seriously doubted it was actually a Vodafone issue this morning.

    @VodafoneUK my broadband has been down all morning. When will it be fixed? And will we be compensated for the poor service including your poor customer service, especially after the price hike!!

    @Ciro_Lentano @VodafoneUK Absolutely! It's infuriating. Last time this happened I had an hour and a half waiting for them to answer the phone. The rep claimed there were no outages and said basically it was a fault at my end. It wasn't. No acknowledgement. No compensation. Pretty crap customer service!

    @VodafoneUK having the gall to increase prices above and beyond whilst not providing any broadband service whatsoever is just appalling. Will you be refunding everyone? This isn't the first time by any stretch of the imagination.
