Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

Hey @VodafoneUK, friends on your network in Comrie and Crieff, Perth and Kinross, have no phone and no G4, so no means of communication - no electricity either! Can you give a time when they might have networks reconnected?

@VodafoneUK But despite this, the customer service agent said they would only be able to organise a contract setup. Seems like a big scam to get you into the store under false pretences. Will be lodging a report through the Advertising Standards Authority shortly. 2/2
