    @CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneUK We are not family vodafone scam and take money and don't send order details ! Then blackmail you when speaking to there customer service!! Have proof which is why they are ignoring tweets and messages

    @VodafoneUK I placed an order on 11th to be delivered within 3-5 working days. No delivery and no updates. No I'm being asked to call 0845 number to wait in a queue and pay 45p+ for each minute? Lowest I've seen from any network

    Vodafone doing fruad with the customers. I have closed my number with full and final payment in mini store and they confirm it’s closed but Vodafone sending me bills.. very bad service @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK

    @DarrenRatcliffe @VodafoneUK However, having recently switched, I find Voda to be substantially better cell service.
