  • grocer_on_green 🍎🍐TheGrocerOnTheGreen🍋🍊 (@grocer_on_green) reported from Exeter District, England

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

  • brianlfaulkner Brian Faulkner 🌍🏞️📈🌦️🦎 (@brianlfaulkner) reported from Exeter District, England

@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

  • Entailleur Polly Rhodes (@Entailleur) reported from Oake, England

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

  • NatalieBrereton Natalie Brereton (@NatalieBrereton) reported from Exeter District, England

@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

  • penny_disco Penny! Back at work (@penny_disco) reported from Exeter District, England

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

  • penny_disco Penny! In the rain (@penny_disco) reported from Exeter District, England

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

  • penny_disco Penny! Back at work (@penny_disco) reported from Exeter District, England

This is despite written confirmation (via email) that .@VodafoneUK are waiving the fee for us as compensation for the lack of service. YET ANOTHER LIE.

  • Rusty5010 ⭐⭐⭐Rusty⭐⭐⭐1️⃣9️⃣* - Currently in Lockdown (@Rusty5010) reported

@VodafoneUK I have been waiting for return packaging for a phone and tablet that I opted out of using the 24 day cooling off period, that was 4 weeks ago! I would alsoblike yo know why my bill is doubled this month. I raised a complaint and 5old reply in 5 days, that was 2 weeks ago.

  • ANDY_H_1988 Andy (@ANDY_H_1988) reported

@VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards I'd like some access to streaming services for 6months - a year, to help get me through this awful time. However, I'd just be grateful for anything that comes my way.

  • RembuildUk REMBUILD LTD (@RembuildUk) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi to get out of a contract from a company that doesn’t provide what it says then bullshits you about signal strengths and current issues in your area that are forever on going

  • Blimeys1 Blimeys (@Blimeys1) reported

@VodafoneUK It is not working on mobile data. Both on the gigacube and on a pixel 5 (with two separate sim cards). But through a VPN ... it works. Hows your DNS Server ? Toasted ?

  • ben77741321_jb JB (@ben77741321_jb) reported

@VodafoneUK I've now had offers of help from SIX advisers- Brad, Raz, Nusrat, Jade, Phil and Oliver. Not one of them has actually resolved the issue or even bothered to come back to explain why not. Unbelievably bad customer service!!

  • ben77741321_jb JB (@ben77741321_jb) reported

@VodafoneUK A @VodafoneUK app that actually allowed you to speak to an adviser who sorted your issue, as opposed to TOBi advisers who can't help, call centres that aren't open when they say they are, and advisers working your DMs who seem to drop the case when they realise it's difficult!

  • sue_durrant Sue Durrant (@sue_durrant) reported

@VodafoneUK A upgrade on my tablet and better coverage in the rural areas to ensure I obtain a stable signal so I could work from static caravan rather than home if I wanted to!
