@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My mum had a terrible experience with them as well after an error on their behalf, and was threatened with debt collectors and being taken to court. She ended up paying because the stress was too much, they are a scum company and I’m so sorry your family had to go through this

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Same here. Mum had threats of debt recovery because we couldn’t cancel my deceased father’s contract. She ended up paying about 6 months after he died because it was impossible to sort it. Disgusting company.

@CityFibre think you should seriously look at another mobile network to work with as @VodafoneUK are a waste of time they don't give a flying f about there customs if there was a better option I would of take my broadband else where many months ago
