    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneUK and still, your incompetence never fails to surprise me! Having spent months texting my parents landline instead of my actual mobile number, you have now phoned them to tell them that an engineer will be at my old address(not even theirs) on Monday as requested- wtf?!

    Hey @VodafoneUK I’ve been waiting for 2 hours 35 minutes on the phone just to cancel a monthly wifi contract. I’ve also been waiting 30 minutes on your internet chat. This is actually disgusting.

    Can someone please help me, I need a phone number for @VodafoneUK that will get me through to someone who has the authority to cancel my contract? I’ve had technical problems from day one & been lied to by 5 different Vodafone employees who said they’d help up to now. ENOUGH!🥺🥺
