.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

  • brianlfaulkner Brian Faulkner 🌍🏞️📈🌦️🦎 (@brianlfaulkner) reported from Exeter District, England

@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

  • penny_disco Penny! Back at work (@penny_disco) reported from Exeter District, England

This is despite written confirmation (via email) that .@VodafoneUK are waiving the fee for us as compensation for the lack of service. YET ANOTHER LIE.

  • penny_disco Penny! Back at work (@penny_disco) reported from Exeter District, England

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

  • grocer_on_green 🍎🍐TheGrocerOnTheGreen🍋🍊 (@grocer_on_green) reported from Exeter District, England

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

@markjohnsonhome @VodafoneUK your tweet in itself is a lie, the channel started broadcasting yesterday and you’re trying to cancel it because it has an opinion you disagree with, fascist behaviour

  • Johnutv John Owen (@Johnutv) reported

@VodafoneUK @Walshicus1 @Tim_R_Dawson You’d be better off addressing your piss poor customer service

  • madvinnyuk Admiral Hilliard (@madvinnyuk) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, I have 5 phone contracts with you and 1 with EE, unfortunately I’ve renewed 2 of them in the last month but the other 3 are up for renewal now, so I’m cancelling the 3 tomorrow and will cancel the other 2 in 12 months..glad I didn’t renew for 24 months

  • bwright1951 BWright#BritishIndependence (@bwright1951) reported

@VodafoneUK @Walshicus1 @Tim_R_Dawson Vodafone I’m currently a customer, my broadband and mobile, I’ve been with you for years, if you pull your advertising with GB news I will cancel both, never to return.

  • clarescastle Clarissa Reilly (@clarescastle) reported

@VodafoneUK @Walshicus1 @Tim_R_Dawson Don’t be absurd. You’ll lose more customers than you gain, being led by the nose by a few daft activists on here. I currently have contracts with you for 5 devices, + have been a customer for 15 years. I’ll reluctantly move on to another provider if you bow to this pressure.

  • KarenProcter8 Kjproc (@KarenProcter8) reported

@VodafoneUK @markjohnsonhome Dear @VodafoneUK., Please be aware of liars. Mark Johnson is one of them. He is, like others, trying to enact 'cancel culture' on an Ofcom regulated broadcaster. I hope that you won't be fooled by these hateful people.

  • Marc_As_Himself Marc (@Marc_As_Himself) reported

@DespiseFBPE @markjohnsonhome @VodafoneUK That new series of Red Dwarf is looking crap

  • CHRISTI27226391 Chris (@CHRISTI27226391) reported

@VodafoneUK @markjohnsonhome Vodafone I’ve been a customer with you since you started but if you start kowtowing to these bigots and pull your advertising I will pull my custom! What is the problem with a new channel?

  • smoph_star Sophie Simmonds (@smoph_star) reported

It’s so hard to find a good phone deal right now for iPhone XR or iPhone 11. Upgrade is due and I have a student and NHS card please help currently with @EE ! @CPWTweets @VodafoneUK 📱

  • sharonhearne11 sharon hearne 🇬🇧 (@sharonhearne11) reported

@VodafoneUK @Walshicus1 @Tim_R_Dawson Dear Vodafone, my contract is up soon I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. If you pull your advertising from GBNews I will go elsewhere and tell my friends and family to do the same.
