    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @VodafoneUK Got an S9 and stopped getting the SMS messaging via WiFi calling, with no cell reception how can I do my banking and stuff without going for a walk. Plus Vodafone send SMS codes TO ACCESS HELP which I can't get via WiFi calling. Got no hair left.

    @Adrianepdavey @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK I'd go Tesco mobile ,great value ,human interaction, The amount you pay is fixed it doesn't increase rpi like EE or others EE is expensive and coverage is poor and calls get dropped I've been with them forever and will be changing to tesco

    @VodafoneUK Yes I have and they couldn’t help me, I have to call back Monday. I don’t understand why you can’t contact the store yourselves and get this resolved .

    @VodafoneUK I can’t agree with that, I’ve had the gigacube for the last 10 months and 4-5 of those months it’s been useless no 4 or 5g yet my area has strong signal for both. Also customer service is worst I’ve known, non Existent.

    @VodafoneUK I haven’t had any internet since yesterday becoming a joke at this point every time I try looking on your website it Directs me to phones My carrier is not Vodafone nor will it ever be if your customer Service is diabolical give me my wifi or I’m not paying my bill

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Your online virtual support is rubbish and a complete waste of time! I’ve spent hours travelling through options that don’t have any relevance to my topic and your telephone operators tell me the problem will be fixed in 24 hours. We are now on 72 hours and still no connection
