    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneUK if roaming charges are returning, how about giving refunds for the times we can’t get ANY service, eg when in Wales?! #vodafone How can I go abroad & have perfect service, but I can be 2 hours from my house *by road* & have NOTHING 🤨

    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK Roaming charge so does effect people who are on a contract already because that’s changes the terms and conditions that people signed up to and people can terminate their contract with Vodafone
