    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

    I have never experienced a more broken user journey than @VodafoneUK. I seem to have hit EVERY single fail point in their service design with a slight edge case. It has cost me maybe 6-8 hours of my time on calls/messages/chat to sort. Imagine how much it is costing you Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK Seriously Vodafone pay me a consultancy fee and I will save you ££££ because you are wasting srs amounts of money with this inefficiency. Still tempted to invoice for the time so far (which in part was spent filing a complaint in the hope it would register as an issue to fix).

    @IrishJaguar @VodafoneIreland @VodafoneUK = hands down worst customer xp I ever had! 2 months insisting I owed £900 or an iPhone. I’d cancelled my order before it shipped. Eventually 1 guy bothered to check IMEI# to see, as I’d said on 20+ phone calls, it’s in their warehouse. 3yrs ago & it still grates on me

    @VodafoneUK 2 days of no mobile coverage in the GU4 area. The update says you are “having trouble reaching the equipment”. It’s next to a football pitch with access from a road????

    Second whole day wasted just trying to get a plan change with @VodafoneUK & then threatened with £400 bill if I change provider. I’ve been a customer for years & put up with loss of service for 24hours. Still can’t change a simple plan. SO ANGRY
