Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@VodafoneUK Appalling, 30mins of waiting on hold to have the phone call terminated.. Webchat not able to request a call back and now a bot saying " No agents are available" I want a PAC to move away from this service but can't obtain one via the text system. I need a call back.

@VodafoneUK You guys are terrible. I have contacted you 5 times via chat and spend 4 months trying to remove simlock from my phone. Last time your advisor even changed my imei number, sadly to one that doesn't work.

Fooled by @VodafoneUK yet again. After cancelling my connection and rebooking it again, the engineer didn't show up and cc lied saying that engineer will call in couple of min which never happened. Worst possible services ever!!
