@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

Congratulations @VodafoneUK you have the worst customer service. I have spent about 8-9 hours over the last week trying to get my house move sort only to be told today you cant supply me. You advisor claimed no one in Vodafone has access to send email and didnt know what gdpr is

@GeorgeMonbiot 1/ Thank you! I am locked in a battle with them as well. My contract is ending on the 29th of this month and they insist I have to give them 30 days notice before I choose not to rollover the service. I have asked @VodafoneUK where that is stated in my contract.

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot George, you have all my sympathy and understanding. It's a horrible feeling being contacted by a debt collection agency. Truly horrible. Anyone reading this, never get involved with Vodafone. They're really nasty.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Buygues France set up a phone account for my husband, conned my 15yr old daughter who answered the phone that day in2 extending (thus changing) the account, but wouldn’t cancel ‘unless they spoke 2 the male contract holder! Their rules to suit them!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I would try the CEO’s office. I had an issue with them a few years ago and managed to sort it with them. I found their email address on Google. If all else fails write them a formal complaint and go to the ombudsman if they don’t sort it. Good luck. Awful company!!!

@VodafoneUK just got a text from you saying that if I want to continue to receive paper bills I have to call you. Appalling customer service. If I want things to stay the same I should not have to do anything.
