    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    This is despite written confirmation (via email) that .@VodafoneUK are waiving the fee for us as compensation for the lack of service. YET ANOTHER LIE.

    @CareVodafone Last night I got a message from company that I have purchase a game from telesync solution and they deduct my balance of 10 rupees bt we done do any action so how the cut my balance without information, request my refund plz.@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK @suleali I can backup this issue, in the same postcode and barely get a 4g signal if I’m lucky and calls always seem to cutout.

    @VodafoneUK I was told I wouldn't be charged while work was ongoing but I'd rather be charged and have at least 5 down 5 up, as long as I'm getting those minimums I have no complaints

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Al, appreciate you can be busy (or not want to answer a cancellation). I'm disappointed in the service I got over this, esp feeling I have been missold by your branch colleagues. Will sit through another couple of hours of it when my contract is up for renewal - had enough

    Hello @VodafoneUK I'm currently using a smashed phone that doesn't work properly because you still haven't sent my new phone to me I am a key worker and need a working phone please help my order still tells me its not been dispatched it has been 10 days and nothing!!!!

    @VodafoneUK So it's looking like peak time congestion throttling, but my service is likely most expensive and least fit for purpose at the moment. Annoyingly my mobile data is limited to 2 down 2 up and is currently faster than my unlimited 5G gigacube. I don't even need much 5mb up would do
