    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneUK hi lots of issues atm with Vodafone it’s been a week and still no box arriving to send my old iPhone back so I’m not charged an early upgrade fee and now my home broadbands been at a crawl for two days with no update either :(

    @YourSSE your giving me an upload speed of 0.3 Mb/s. Turn it up or give me my money back. I can write a letter, post it, it be delivered and read in the time it takes to upload on your network. And I thought @VodafoneUK was rubbish. #Wednesdayvibe #Wednesday #wednesdaythought

    @VodafoneUK Hi, do I need to do anything to cancel an out of contract number other than switch it to another provider ? I can't see anywhere on the web portal to cancel future billing. Also last bill was a month in advance, will I get a credit for unused portion ?
