    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Definition of really poor customer service? @VodafoneUK insurances services delivered by Lifestyle Insurances! You just sit on hold for ages and your call is never answered! @VodafoneUK are quick to take the direct debit each month but the claims line are a joke! @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK I have just waited to speak to someone for 2 hrs 30 mins to be cut off when your lines closed. I can't deal with the issue through your app, cos my acct has limited access for some stupid reason! Your service forces me to call and then doesn't deal with it. #Joke
