.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

I told the agent on phone the past issues I've had and was actually trying to leave @VodafoneUK due to these as my contract was coming to an end, but stayed due to a price promise based on my longstanding custom. This is now setup wrong. Pls advise how I can spk to someone ASAP
