    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @VodafoneUK The last time I responded the best your agent seemed capable of doing was confirming there was an issue. It's not good enough. You have zero problems charging me full whack and making it next to impossible to be refunded for services i've paid for and can't use.

    @VodafoneUK Please can you tell me why you won't allow sales of handsets via your webchat or by calling 191 and why you send out emails asking to be contacted that way? Very frustrating for the customer and the person that can't assist me at your end...
