@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@esadiya @VodafoneUK I'm on day 21...it's a simple line takeover. All their process are broken and their poor back office staff don't have the technical skills to understand and fix the problem...I would call activations the to see if they even have attempted to take over you broadband line.

I promised to keep you all up-to-date on my @VodafoneUK 'challenges'. For the last week I've been waiting for some repairs to be done on a local mast (which I didn't think was the issue, but then tbf what would I know?). Well the repairs concluded yesterday and guess what?

@VodafoneUK Thanks. I have arranged the return. It took a 56min chat session! Total of my time at least 100mins. This is the worst return process I have had in years. Why don't you make it easier. Have a web page where I can request an authorisation, like other companies.

@VodafoneUK I have just been hung up on by one of your customer services team. Our business card has been charged £50 - an error on your part - I asked to make a complaint and she hung up! Absolutely shocking. After 45 mins on phone we are at our witts end. Terrible Customer Serv
