This is despite written confirmation (via email) that .@VodafoneUK are waiving the fee for us as compensation for the lack of service. YET ANOTHER LIE.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@VodafoneUK signed up and connected to broadband yesterday. Broadband is working but phoning isn’t. Also received a welcome email this morning with a link to log in to “My Vodafone” account link is broken and directs to a “oops page not found”. Not a great start!

It would seem I am not the only @VodafoneUK customer not pleased about an 8.2% price increase. Wifi service on the underground was removed and I am lucky if I get two to three bars or service living in Zone 1, London! Standing by for generic copy and paste response...

@VodafoneUK I upgraded my broadband on 26th January and still haven't been activated 11 weeks later. On each rare contact I'm told a few more days, OpenReach are working hard. Even your complaints team couldn't resolve it. I have no confidence anything is happening. Please help!

@timcabrelli @VodafoneUK Yes, I think sky will be my choice. I’ve been a customer of theirs for over 20 something years. Sad really, I’ve been with Vodafone for something similar.

I have been a customer of for years, spent with a recipe that I did not want. Even though I called within 5 minutes, no correction was made, moreover, I was threatened with negotiations full of withdrawal fees, penalties etc. I regret the day I chose you. @VodafoneTR @VodafoneUK

@NATTBradfordian @VodafoneUK Totally agree. They are chasing my Dad for money even though he contacted them April 2021. He now has dementia, in a care home and no matter how many times you message them they don't action anything to try and rectify THEIR error. Vodafone are awful.

How ******** can I enter into a fixed phone and broadband contract with @VodafoneUK and they decide to increase my monthly costs with less than a month’s notice. Money grabbing bastards.
