Brian Faulkner 🌍🏞️📈🌦️🦎 (@brianlfaulkner) reported from Exeter District, England@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

Natalie Brereton (@NatalieBrereton) reported from Exeter District, England@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!
-
Polly Rhodes (@Entailleur) reported from Oake, England@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

Nayara Tallissa (@NayaraTallissa) reported@VodafoneUK Think very carefully before trusting a mobile phone operator. Because when you need support, they don't answer you, they don't help you at all. Dissatisfaction is an understatement for the humiliation I'm feeling. Vodafone is not trustworthy and doesn't give you
