.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

@VodafoneUK 5th night in a row having broadband issues, always needing to restart router, Sunday I had to factory reset it Issue is my lights are WiFi, door lock, heating, pretty much every electrical device in the house down.. it’s time for a new router now surely? All checked

@Thgoit @VodafoneUK No quite justified when I've set up pensioners to use Alexa for emergency help that has to be connected to a mobile phone. They've no knowledge of how the mobile operates! So a very very valid concern.

@VodafoneUK 25 days after signing up to broadband i have very little service Booster does not work , neither does my land line and myvodafone app, service is so slow hardly works 50 hours spent talking with useless call handlers who have no idea! An absolute shitshow
