    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK I have spent over 12 hours chatting with you. Just to move numbers from Vodafone to voxi. Terrible customer service experiences from both with nobody knowing what to do. Pls sort this out ASAP as I’m tired.

    I complained to @VodafoneUK about their awful network and their atrocious, disgusting customer service and as compensation they offered me a free coffee!!! I have never been so angry and stressed out with a company and they are aware that I feel this way!!! Appalled!!!

    @VodafoneUK I recently had your 'Unbreakable Broadband' installed, but the installers have accidentally taken the SIM card for the 4G Broadband Backup with them. I can't find anyone to send me a replacement SIM card. Please help!!

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely useless broadband. ALL Weekend so far it keeps dropping in and out ,next to zero Mbps ...what am i paying for other than to line Vodafones pockets. Disgraceful service Disgraceful support and as for network coverage Ha!

    @VodafoneUK not given 30 days notice to the price increase. According to Citizens Advice, this is required, and that I should legally be able to cancel without paying the termination fee. Please can you confirm the policy regarding this?
