    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

    @VodafoneUK Please do some research before switching to this company. They are now under investigation by Ofcom and Trading Standards.They do not supply airtime to some PAYG customers,even when it has been paid for. They then promise a refund and this never happens.

    @VodafoneUK hi guys, I've requested an NUC code 3 times first on 10th of June and the last time your service centre requested it on 30 June.. I've still not received anything.. What can I do to get this?

    @VodafoneUK tonnes of trouble connecting my Apple Watch to your network despite paying the extra ยฃ7 to do so!! Hours of messing with your technical team over chat and still no nearer! Can somebody help

    @DjHarryHolmes11 @VodafoneUK Honestly never had a problem with them in the short time I've been with them. They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

    @VodafoneUK. My plan has been upgraded to the wrong contract, wrong plan. Informed I would get ยฃ423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

    So @VodafoneUK, I wanted to change the email address on my account. After going through 3 login screens, and 3 sets of 2FA codes to get there, I discover the "Change" button doesn't even work. ๐Ÿ‘

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Tim, I have completed the form and will wait to see what happens! It would have been so very helpful if your customer services phone line had known this information rather than telling me I was required to top up the sim before it could be unlocked.
