    I’ve had nothing but trouble with @VodafoneUK for over the last month! I can’t believe how bad I have been treat as a customer, the online chat team are absolutely useless & don’t even get anywhere on the phone! #shocking #disgrace

    @VodafoneUK i need to speak to someone from vodafone please. The call centre that i keep getting connected to dont seem able to help or maybe they dont understand my issue. Neither does my local vodafone store.

    I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

    @mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Took me over a month to get a resolution to a problem they created. One point a bloke shouted down the phone "YOU JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU!". On the whole an utterly miserable experience.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

    @VodafoneUK so I’m getting a discount on my broadband as I’m not getting the speeds but you won’t let me cancel for free, you alnowledge it’s below average speeds and doesn’t work but I can’t leave. Shocking service

    @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

    Hi @VodafoneUK i've been trying to get a pac code since 8pm yesterday. When i rang, customer services said the system is down (i was on hold for an hour to be told this). It's still not coming through when i text pac and my pin. Can you help please.

    Honest to god. I have never had such bad experience than I have with @VodafoneUK. Been lied to and mislead constantly. Being told different things, no one listening to me. Just completely useless. I can’t even explain!

    @ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

    @VodafoneUK Huh? I am asking about 5G network …. I get 5G but only in some places in London as I work there but usually other areas I go to are 4G. For the prices you charge we should get all 5G!

    @VodafoneUK I will assume from that response, that you are still acting like debt agencies with loyal customers, refusing upgrades as you assume customers can't budget their own money, and no longer want my 3 grand a year. Thanks. I'll continue to cancel each contract as it ends

    @VodafoneUK I have contacted 4 people through chat bot, all have told me maintenance is the reason I’m having an issue though I’m telling them I had it before maintenance. Incredibly frustrating when you are not being listened to. Never had this bad of service from you before :(

    @VodafoneUK trying to contact an advisor to ask a query about the £60 extra you’re trying to charge me but can’t do that because I have to pay it first. Had nothing but hassle from @VodafoneUK. Can’t fix my phone even when paid through insurance for another
