    @Tracy43692743 @VodafoneUK Vodafoneโ€™s service has been awful lately. Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didnโ€™t ring back. No online advisors available. Itโ€™s a shambles.

    I think @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE etc should offer additional free data to @NHSuk @GoodSamApp volunteers to stop them running out and not being able to help people! @SkyNews @BBCNews

    @VodafoneUK - told him I worked at santander in passing. The employee was rude and didnโ€™t inform us of a credit check done. He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

    @VodafoneUK Are unprofessional,unpleasant and are very happy to take money and not supply a service. Under investigation,by offcom,they are not what they seem. Customer care staff are rude and unhelpful,they find it amusing they are ripping people off.

    Anyone else having mobile network issues with @VodafoneUK atm? Have absolutely nothing for some reason. (Their network status page is as useful as a chocolate teapot)

    @virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - itโ€™s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

    @VodafoneUK please can you advise how I contact someone regarding a lost curve tracker? The online chat told me to call but I can never get through and when I eventually did - the person in the call centre didnโ€™t know what the devise is.

    @VodafoneUK Please do some research before switching to this company. They are now under investigation by Ofcom and Trading Standards.They do not supply airtime to some PAYG customers,even when it has been paid for. They then promise a refund and this never happens.

    I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

    @Rhianlovesbooks @VodafoneUK I'm on on Vodafone but no problems but my mums iPhone has now decided not to recognise numbers in her phone book when someone rings her.the solution was to delete her phone book and start again.the numbers came up unknown or +44 in front of the number.try that Rhian

    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!!

    Yet again @VodafoneUK another 2hr call and promised a manager call back, nothing again. Now on the phone again to you. What is the problem here ? Is it employing foreigners that barely speak English ๐Ÿค” Or are you just so incompetent that nobody has a clue ๐Ÿค”

    @VodafoneUK We have vodafone phone and internet. Just tried logging in. It's sent a message to one of our phones. Hysterically the landline in preference to one of the mobiles. Anyway the messaging service doesn't work - press 1 to hear the message just repeats it and cuts off.

    @VodafoneUK - we signed up to a new contract with a new phone. Not ONE WORD about the delivery of the new phone (I'm moving on from a housebrick!) but you've started charging us the new rate for the non existent phone - what next - do we cancel the whole shooting match?! Poor.

    @VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis Vodafone cancelled my broadband in error and charging me termination fees. Nobody understands the complaint, 5 hrs on phone not resolved. Customer service dreadful, can you investigate them for bad service?
