@VodafoneUK Please do some research before switching to this company. They are now under investigation by Ofcom and Trading Standards.They do not supply airtime to some PAYG customers,even when it has been paid for. They then promise a refund and this never happens.

Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

@VodafoneUK Don’t you have 24/7 support for business broadband? My DSL connection is up but Fibre is down so I assume Openreach has a problem? I’m shocked you have no phone, chat or after 9pm and no email. I can’t even log a complaint out of hours so consider this tweet as a complaint!
