    @VodafoneUK Please do some research before switching to this company. They are now under investigation by Ofcom and Trading Standards.They do not supply airtime to some PAYG customers,even when it has been paid for. They then promise a refund and this never happens.

    @VodafoneUK please can you advise how I contact someone regarding a lost curve tracker? The online chat told me to call but I can never get through and when I eventually did - the person in the call centre didn’t know what the devise is.

    @DjHarryHolmes11 @VodafoneUK Honestly never had a problem with them in the short time I've been with them. They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

    I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

    @VodafoneUK Later it was £50/£60. At the end of the process he didn’t confirm anything about this ‘line’ I needed setting up. There were so many issues from start to finish. Not just with the lack of information but his behaviour in every aspect. Even little things like talking over me and
