Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

@VodafoneUK trying to contact you today by phone and got cut off on 2nd attempt after 23 minute wait. 1st attempt wasn’t allowed to speak to an advisor. Told to use online chat, no advisors available. What’s going on? Terrible service from a communication company.

@VodafoneUK I just refused the iPhone 12 Pro I ordered on a call to Vodafone a few weeks before Christmas as was told by a guy on the phone as I wanted a different phone and they couldn’t cancel it and so does that mean my bill will currently stay the same as it is at the moment?

@VodafoneUK Vodafone customer on and off for decades, but you get something wrong I am off to other network. In NYC USA your T-Mobile is the worst. No 4G, rare 3G, always Edge roaming; in this part of the century? Can’t access email or apps. Worst ever for £6/day. Get it sorted!

@VodafoneUK Hi Trev, Thanks for replying. I went to Barcelona and Florence in June - no charge. "Jack" bullshits me in July to change my contract & lied about the roaming not changing. Result - contract screwed. I was adamant i didnt want to lose my European roaming and he talked ****.
