    @VodafoneUK I am appalled at the service I have been given. I swapped my tariff on Thursday and the phone when off yesterday at 3pm. I have been left with no one being able to contact me. This phone is used for business. I need a resolve.

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    I remember when @VodafoneUK marketing line was that they wouldn’t put prices up mid-contract. Probably the worst time for them to put prices up! People are losing their jobs yet their shareholders need a bigger margin...

    Not impressed with @VodafoneUK customer support. Been trying to speak to someone online since before 1pm yesterday and only once someone has asked for more info but not came back when I’ve given it. Meanwhile they’re replying to others who messaged them 10 mins earlier.

    I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

    @LindsayH2607 @VodafoneUK They're awful! Fraud dept was ringing me yesterday.. They didn't. Now told I'll get a letter by Friday next week after they "investigate". Not sure how they investigate without speaking to me. Not sure why they lied about ringing me. Ultra shoddy 👎👎

    Disappointed in the service from @VodafoneUK - due to upgrade my sim only plan, can get better deals elsewhere but I’d rather stick with them, yet no interest in trying to keep me after YEARS of custom & told me how to get PAC code instead...

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I’ve recently just bought a contract phone with you and I’ve switched over from pay as you go to keep the same number. I’ve filled out the form, woke up this morning an both phones are saying no service, does that mean there still switching the numbers over?

    @markbartram1 @VodafoneUK Obviously I’ve not hence the tweet. Not only did you give my number and account information to someone else and provide me with no service for over 2 weeks you can’t even have the decency to get back in contact with me. Talk about data protection and privacy!

    @VodafoneUK worst customer service experience ever top up on app wouldn't work lady could barely speak English asked me to spell my whole name and address then told me to go online to top up when I was calling cos online didn't work!!!! Ridiculous

    @BBLouisR @O2 @VodafoneUK I don’t get signal at work at all! The signal in my house is also rubbish even though it’s meant to be a strong area for signal according to their signal checker. Ive been stupidly loyal for 22years and gained nothing but rubbish service really

    @VodafoneUK my mums terminally ill and our recently activated home phone line doesn’t work meaning loved ones and doctors, carers and support teams can’t phone her and your tech support team are saying it is going to take 3-5 days to fix - needs fixing in next hour.

    @vodafone 3) all I’ve been told, it will be sorted in 24hrs, however 5 days later, I’m still unable to use my number, or my phone. A formal complaint has been raised by a @VodafoneUK store Manager as he was outrageoused in of the process and still wasn’t able to help or give guidance.
