@VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and it’s the same issue. Horrible!

@MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

Honestly cannot believe that @VodafoneUK booked an engineer to come into my home, WITHOUT my consent! They made an appointment, had the guy show up at my house, meanwhile I haven’t booked a damn thing or told anybody that it’s ok. Incredible.

@VodafoneUK Numerous phonecalls to the helpline over the past 3 months and 2 BT OpenReach Engineer visits and I'm having the same issues with no connection multiple times and day- how can I get this sorted without going through the same 'fixes' over the phone and being on hold?!
