Keith R-W (@itskeithriley) reported from Chorley, EnglandThey can’t get me a free mifi because it would take 4 weeks to get one in the post. But they can send a mobile phone next day and Of COURSE I’d have to pay for both the handset and contract. @VodafoneUK what even is this service.
-
Craig (@Redveerenmus) reported from Eccleston, England@VodafoneUK Hello. It looks like there's a problem with our mobile network in WA10. Emma Mellor (@Emma1187) reported from Salford, England@VodafoneUK absolute joke! Persuaded me to upgrade yesterday rather than cancel and you fail to put it through correctly. Spoke to 6 people today and only the last person realised it hadn’t been processed correctly and now I’m not being offered the same deal.
-
Helen Moore (@Grathan04) reported from St Helens, England@AdamofAlbion @VodafoneUK No Adam i didn't!.. I've tried the bot talk thing, which is next to useless, unless you have a question it can lead you to.. For such a big company its fair to say they are very much lacking in the customer service department... 🙄
-

-
Stephanie Clark (@stefclarkx) reported from Brinscall, EnglandI remember when @VodafoneUK marketing line was that they wouldn’t put prices up mid-contract. Probably the worst time for them to put prices up! People are losing their jobs yet their shareholders need a bigger margin...
-

Natasha Naomi Rea (@natasharea) reported from Manchester, England@VodafoneUK And will this use up all my unlimited data. Is there any update on the service coming back on. I hate to state the obvious but it’s raining and I have a 12 year old restlessly wanting to watch films.
-
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England@bt_uk Hi, it’s not about their service ... it’s about yours technically as you’re provided the underlying system that @VodafoneUK use. So even if I changed to you, I’d still be using the same line which they say can’t support over 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange ...
-
Manchester Dining Offers (@MDOG_Manchester) reported from Manchester, England@oneladyshow @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Honestly, couldn’t even send this tweet in city centre if I was on O2 Something about a mast being down. For three years. Simple reason is, they don’t have enough coverage here so they lie about it.
-
Aaron (@AaronParfitt_) reported from Salford, England@VodafoneUK Hi, I’ve recently just bought a contract phone with you and I’ve switched over from pay as you go to keep the same number. I’ve filled out the form, woke up this morning an both phones are saying no service, does that mean there still switching the numbers over?

Carol Hibbert (@carolhibbert51) reported@KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Had a nightmare with Lyca trying to save a few quid literally walked into my local tesco mobile shop and nearly cried whilst telling the brilliant youth my life story of hell ! ( lots of clicking of buttons from her back on Tesco !) joy - perfect - will never leave them !!
-
Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing my my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

AlThePleb (@AlThePlebb) reported@VodafoneUK I'm a loyal broadband customer trying to spend money on a new S26 Ultra, but I can't get past your TOBi bot. Does anyone actually work there?
-
Arun Hebbar (@ArunHebbar7) reported@rksrajiv @VodafoneUK @AdityaBirlaGrp There is absolutely no issue at all. However, I am expecting some kind of clarification because nowhere in the world does a policy exist where a company is required to pay Rs.2/- to settle a Rs.1/- obligation. What I mean is that when Vodafone Idea paid the moratorium cost to DOT through equity conversion, it did not actually pay any of the Spectrum or AGR liabilities that were reflected under finance costs. Therefore, there is no reason why the company cannot discharge those obligations & why Speculation? I don't understand.
