@EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

@VodafoneUK what a total disgrace. IWatch contract ended on 18Dec and still your staff can’t figure out how to switch it to sim only. I’ve called three times so far for this issue. Spent over 4 hours on the phone. Will have to call again yet. Terrible service!

@VodafoneUK My broadband sync speed with you as halved. I already get well below the promised minimum speed; how bad does it have to get before you can persuade Openreach their local network layout is comically poor needs changing? 1 mile of copper when only 0.2 from the cabinet!

Vodafone I wanted to remove 1 device from my contract that the contract has ended on. Not be passed from pillar to post to be cut off and spookily have to pay another month because you deem it’s now into another charge. @VodafoneUK you now lose all 3 devices 20 + year customer

@VodafoneUK Hi, iCloud access is being blocked by Vodafone. Spoke to Apple Support. Via Vodafone broadband, several users are unable to connect to iCloud services. Turn OFF vodafone and connect via non Vodafone networks, all ok, EXCEPT for two people using Vodafone LTE

@JuanSoloTGA @VodafoneUK Scrub that. I can go online and download stuff on safari but I just came off Wi-Fi and onto 4g and I just had 12 emails through from late this morning to now. Apple services are not working properly either.

@VodafoneUK Had internet back for a few hours now but not able to connect to Apple servers. Can see this is an issue with many customers but seem to be getting brush off. Is this actually being worked on???? And don’t say turn off/forget network/turn devices off/on as it doesn’t work
