sarah smith-howard (@sarahsmithhowar) reported from St Helens, England

@lyns84 @VodafoneUK I certainly wouldn’t be rude to any customer, especially 1 with 2 contracts for over 10 years both at premium rate... when it’s obviously @VodafoneUK again

  • natasharea
Natasha Naomi Rea (@natasharea) reported from Manchester, England

@VodafoneUK And will this use up all my unlimited data. Is there any update on the service coming back on. I hate to state the obvious but it’s raining and I have a 12 year old restlessly wanting to watch films.

  • DagsJT
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@bt_uk Hi, it’s not about their service ... it’s about yours technically as you’re provided the underlying system that @VodafoneUK use. So even if I changed to you, I’d still be using the same line which they say can’t support over 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange ...

  • itskeithriley
Keith R-W (@itskeithriley) reported from Chorley, England

@OpenreachHelp Hi there. Can you help me understand what’s going on with connecting my service. @vodafoneuk are not responding to me at all and I should’ve been connected yesterday. I’m loosing work!

  • Knitswithbeer

@VodafoneUK please stop showing your ridiculously oversimplified External Cephalic Version ad. ECV is NEVER easy or quick. Practitioners are stressed and parents are scared. The overly optimistic ad is not helping.

  • karlmcintyre
Karl McIntyre (@karlmcintyre) reported from St Helens, England

@drewhill79 @VodafoneUK @MattJConnor @StHKHIS Same here. BT got the 150 mb and it flies. Good support and I stream everything!! Don’t even have normal freeview.

  • DagsJT
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@VodafoneUK This is a long running issue I’m afraid. I’ve had Steve from your directors office tell me I’ll never get more than 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange, but Openreach say it’s distance from cabinet and not exchange. I don’t think Vodafone want to investigate it really.

  • CoryTysonXXX

@VodafoneUK I think you’re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated I’m more frustrated at the fact that it’s been over a week & I was told it’s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer you’d think I’d be told correct information when I upgraded

@NileGardiner @VodafoneUK What is disgraceful about telling an UNELECTED NOBODY billionaire Gobshyte that they will not cancel their charitable support of vulnerable people.

  • tonytonggg
Tony Tong | Founder | Ancient Systems x AI (@tonytonggg) reported

@IsntWorkingPod @VodafoneUK Burnout isn't corporate malaise, it's judgment quietly failing before anyone names it. That's the pattern I build around: AI doesn't replace a founder's judgment, it just speeds up how fast bad judgment becomes visible. A year is plenty of runway for that to catch up to you.

  • Emma_twam
    EmmaT (@Emma_twam) reported

@IsntWorkingPod @VodafoneUK It was the weight of his plastic boobies dragging him down.

  • DannyBee595
    Danny B (@DannyBee595) reported

I've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.

@GBNEWS Well @VodafoneUK , has not a single person in your organisation taken any notice of how much the support for the RNLI has gone down because of helping the illegas, don't be surprised when you get the same response.
