Anyone @VodafoneUK ? Could someone at least acknowledge and let me know what time the broadband “team” starts? Numerous phone calls and tweets but nothing from @VodafoneUK so far. Broadband still not connected. Not a good start for a new customer is it?

Not impressed with @VodafoneUK customer support. Been trying to speak to someone online since before 1pm yesterday and only once someone has asked for more info but not came back when I’ve given it. Meanwhile they’re replying to others who messaged them 10 mins earlier.

I live in the uk. I pay 30 pounds a month for my phone bill on Vodafone. I'm 23 yo but Vodafone blocks access to website over 18 every month. Now they cant answer because ******* hell to **** with my day was ok to take my money was ok #vodafoneuk

1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

@VodafoneUK I emailed the CEO of Vodafone and didn't get an apology. I was offered £30 in goodwill and told that they couldn't help any further. I said that at the end of my current contract I will leave Vodafone, Amy, on behalf of the CEO didn't try to retain my custom

I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

@VodafoneUK I will welcome that as 3g is rubbish so if I lose signal indoors I have to rely on WiFi calling and just pray the WiFi doesn't go down. I remember my very phone Nokia 3310 there was never any signals issues on 2g. I loved that phone

My Advice to all those who are considering buying @VodafoneUK network, plz don’t. I have been complaining since sptmbr last year about poor signals but in vain. Only thing I hear from them is “we apologize”but no constructive work. Plz save yourself money and time @VodafoneUKhelp
