@VodafoneUK I am appalled at the service I have been given. I swapped my tariff on Thursday and the phone when off yesterday at 3pm. I have been left with no one being able to contact me. This phone is used for business. I need a resolve.

They can’t get me a free mifi because it would take 4 weeks to get one in the post. But they can send a mobile phone next day and Of COURSE I’d have to pay for both the handset and contract. @VodafoneUK what even is this service.

@VodafoneUK I emailed the CEO of Vodafone and didn't get an apology. I was offered £30 in goodwill and told that they couldn't help any further. I said that at the end of my current contract I will leave Vodafone, Amy, on behalf of the CEO didn't try to retain my custom

Fuming with @VodafoneUK paid to upgrade a few weeks early as my sons current phone is broke. Money taken from bank, email says phone will be with you 2-3 days on 30th march. No phone, contact support who blame covid 19 for delay 😡😠🤬 that's what you get for loyalty

@VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

I live in the uk. I pay 30 pounds a month for my phone bill on Vodafone. I'm 23 yo but Vodafone blocks access to website over 18 every month. Now they cant answer because ******* hell to **** with my day was ok to take my money was ok #vodafoneuk

I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

@ConnaireMcG @O2 It’s not just the O2 signal. @VodafoneUK is the same. There is a bad signal, never mind 5G we can’t get 3G. It’s proving difficult to run a business in the area when the infrastructure is so bad. Broadband is hit and miss too.

Okay, not happy with the way we have to log problems with @Plusnet but it WAS fast. Got a date for an engineer within minutes with an acknowledgement of a problem - couldn't get that with @VodafoneUK after MONTHS of trying. I'm impressed.

Hey want to be with a provider with terrible signal, bad customer service (except management) still take your money when the contract was cancelled, be on the phone pass to different people as no one wants to deal with the problems they causes. Look no further join @VodafoneUK 🤬
