@VodafoneUK do you support Esim on iPhone XS? I have a personal phone and work phone both on Vodafone that I would like to use on the one device

  • itskeithriley
Keith R-W (@itskeithriley) reported from Chorley, England

They can’t get me a free mifi because it would take 4 weeks to get one in the post. But they can send a mobile phone next day and Of COURSE I’d have to pay for both the handset and contract. @VodafoneUK what even is this service.

  • hydebear
Andrew Eddowes (@hydebear) reported from Manchester, England

@VodafoneUK Well that's weirdly nice - you've credited my bank about with c£60 but I've not been a customer for a few years - what's occurring?

  • MartinRalfe

  • CoryTysonXXX
    🅒🅞🅡🅨 & 🅐🅐🅡🅞🅝 (@CoryTysonXXX) reported from Bury, England

@VodafoneUK I think you’re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated I’m more frustrated at the fact that it’s been over a week & I was told it’s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer you’d think I’d be told correct information when I upgraded

  • realdeescd
Real C DCruze (@realdeescd) reported from Manchester, England

@VodafoneUK what a total disgrace. IWatch contract ended on 18Dec and still your staff can’t figure out how to switch it to sim only. I’ve called three times so far for this issue. Spent over 4 hours on the phone. Will have to call again yet. Terrible service!

  • damienandem
Damien & Emma (@damienandem) reported from Bolton, England

@VodafoneUK Hi are you having problems with your website at all. I can’t get passed payment options, its just spinning and doesn’t move onto spend manager ?

  • itskeithriley
Keith R-W (@itskeithriley) reported from Chorley, England

I appreciate there is a global pandemic and it‘s unfortunate timing that my broadband was due to connect yesterday BUT @VodafoneUK ‘s solution to not having engineers that can fix the broadband (understandable) is to courier me a new phone that I can use as a mobile hotspot.

  • onerealbeanie
onerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported from Manchester, England

@VodafoneUK new contract @ThreeUK SIM has arrived. So much better signal. Three is now in SIM 1 and Vodafone (for now) in SIM 2.

If @VodafoneUK are reading, I was a former mobile phone customer of yours during the early 00’s before I left. I was wondering whether I could return back to yourselves without having to go through a credit check etc? @VodafoneGroup

  • DagsJT
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@bt_uk Hi, it’s not about their service ... it’s about yours technically as you’re provided the underlying system that @VodafoneUK use. So even if I changed to you, I’d still be using the same line which they say can’t support over 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange ...

  • Grathan04
Helen Moore (@Grathan04) reported from St Helens, England

@AdamofAlbion @VodafoneUK No Adam i didn't!.. I've tried the bot talk thing, which is next to useless, unless you have a question it can lead you to.. For such a big company its fair to say they are very much lacking in the customer service department... 🙄

  • paulmurray7
Paul (@paulmurray7) reported from Horwich, England

Anyone @VodafoneUK ? Could someone at least acknowledge and let me know what time the broadband “team” starts? Numerous phone calls and tweets but nothing from @VodafoneUK so far. Broadband still not connected. Not a good start for a new customer is it?

  • mancoutd99
anthony heaney (@mancoutd99) reported from St Helens, England

@VodafoneUK But never mind because it doesn’t matter that you can give my number and account information to a total stranger. Not to mention my banking details and also leave me with no network for 2 weeks 😡

  • DagsJT
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

Not impressed with @VodafoneUK customer support. Been trying to speak to someone online since before 1pm yesterday and only once someone has asked for more info but not came back when I’ve given it. Meanwhile they’re replying to others who messaged them 10 mins earlier.

  • timsykes3
Timothy Sykes (@timsykes3) reported from Urmston, England

@jhallwood @VodafoneUK Three seems to be **** coverage in bigger cities, just a warning

  • mancoutd99
anthony heaney (@mancoutd99) reported from St Helens, England

@markbartram1 @VodafoneUK Obviously I’ve not hence the tweet. Not only did you give my number and account information to someone else and provide me with no service for over 2 weeks you can’t even have the decency to get back in contact with me. Talk about data protection and privacy!

  • GrahamLillis
Graham Lillis (@GrahamLillis) reported from Clayton-le-Woods, England

Hi @VodafoneUK any idea when the broadband issue in BL6 is being resolved? Missed 2/3 of a work day now due to no internet. Online chat was useless. Wait a couple of hours. That was at 12. Been down since 11!

How does a video suddenly stop playing but others are working on @X Does anyone know the reason why a 4G phone signal keeps dropping out? Are the two related? If you do can you tell @VodafoneUK and X so they can fix it?

  • Taylod61
    ❌ David Taylor 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧❌ (@Taylod61) reported

I’ve discovered why my posts are constantly going into my drafts box. My network is crap where I live. I’m not at home now so no problems. @VodafoneUK and no it’s not my phone cache etc. it’s a lack of network speed / capacity.

  • NeutralB99631
    Neutral Bystander (@NeutralB99631) reported

@Ofcom Hi @Ofcom the reply is appreciated. Confirm this has already been done. The more worrying factor is that the scammers have used @VodafoneUK legitimate messaging to message their customer scam messages.

  • MagivaMark
    MagivaMark (@MagivaMark) reported

For a communications company or for any type of company @VodafoneUK is The example of the worst company. Utterly terrible.

  • _MarkD
    Mark Davies (@_MarkD) reported

@VodafoneUK really not happy. It seems when I call 191 I can’t even talk to someone to complain. 7 mth issue and no one gives a stuff. Let’s see if @EE are able to offer me a better service after 30 years of being a Vodafone customer.

  • ammaskuldeep
    Kuldeep Wadhwa (@ammaskuldeep) reported

@VodafoneUK How difficult is it for you to fix my broadband issue? It’s on since October 2025 and you’re charging extra every month. #badCustomerService #disappointed

  • langhorovers
    Langho Rovers (@langhorovers) reported

@VodafoneUK phenomenal broadband experience, WiFi cutting out every day. Had talktalk previously never had this issue. Vodafone broadband is the absolute worst. Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

@DanielPriestley I don’t think this is really about protecting kids, it’s more about collecting information on everyone. I have two young kids and use @VodafoneUK . I used to block specific websites easily through the router, but Vodafone removed that option and replaced it with their so-called “Secure Net” app. Now you can only block by category, not by individual websites. It turns out this is perfectly legal. The UK government doesn’t require providers to offer specific site blocking. They only want category blocking, which gives parents far less real control. It’s the same problem as YouTube: no matter how many categories you block, creators always find ways around it. I highly recommend moving to @Starlink like I did
