So got email off @VodafoneUK saying I can now upgrade so goes on to see cost I’ve been a customer for 10 years and they still want £50 upfront cost and then whatever it cost each month for the phone think I may change to a different provider a cheaper one!

The funny thing about @vodafoneuk’s hold music is that it has lyrics like ‘I’m back at square one’ and ‘I get used to living with no-one’.... which, sums up there service! Always back at square one, and no one who will accept we have a problem. Comedians as well as hucksters.

I have had to travel to work more than normal due to no/poor Internet service (forced to use dongle) and use credit card to buy petrol that was not budgeted for. The compensation would have at least paid some of this. You are a disgrace @VodafoneUK
