    @VodafoneUK your customer service in your Chester le Street store is beyond useless. You get promised one thing on online chat and then told something totally different in store with a claim they “can’t see” notes 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK now I have no broadband service at all..and you even told me to go to another provider..even though it’s your company that has left me with no Broadband.I still think mis-selling is illegal. I aim to seek compensation for lost work.

    So got email off @VodafoneUK saying I can now upgrade so goes on to see cost I’ve been a customer for 10 years and they still want £50 upfront cost and then whatever it cost each month for the phone think I may change to a different provider a cheaper one!

    @VodafoneUK tried to request a Network Unlock code and get email response saying oops you need to have been using your sim for at least 30 days. It has been 30 days! Help

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom so I ask for PAC CODE to leave network early. Agreed to early term fee which then goes up by over £30 as I wish to retain my own number. They are making a killing out of unsuspecting customers. #disgracefulcustomerservice Complaint raised.

    Just had the worst customer experience from @VodafoneUK to be told from a senior customer relations advisor that I should explore deals from other providers is shocking, only complaining in the first place as 2 pieces of mis-information had been provided already #appalling

    Been without CityFibre #gigafast internet in this corner of CB4 thanks to @vodafoneuk for almost two weeks now, very poor communication and even worse that it's taking so long to fix. Several neighbours in the same situation also reporting poor communication

    Hey @VodafoneUK, the agreed day of internet connection is here. Being told it will be another 24-48 hours, but they cant tell me who is saying this, or what the delay is - and your agents just give me an "0808" number to call which is "having technical issues". Not a good start
