I have blue light display which hurts my eyes and drains the battery. I've not had this flicking issue until the past week! I'm not happy!!

The issue is that my screen goes from normal natural tone display, to being dimmed to eye comfort display and then flicks back to natural tone again. It keeps flicking and I'm wondering if the phone has an issue with this as this is happening a lot?!
