@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kymberlie. My mother cancelled her three account as she was in hospital for an extended period of time. She also stopped the DD from.jer bank. Two months later she was asked to pay £30 for some reason. It was never explained why. I tried contacting you guys via phone.

My phones not working so I'll risk tying up the emergency services operator to check if it'll make an emergency call, after all it doesn't matter if someone with a real emergency cant get the help they need. @ThreeUKSupport are you having issues with roaming being blocked incorrectly? I was in Italy at the weekend and very quickly got a message saying my 12GB roaming limit was gone. Another message then said I was at my spending cap. Then I couldn’t use any data. 1/2
