She also stopped the DD from.jer bank. Two months later she was asked to pay £30 for some reason. It was never explained why. I tried contacting you guys via phone.

I was in Italy at the weekend and very quickly got a message saying my 12GB roaming limit was gone. Another message then said I was at my spending cap. Then I couldn’t use any data. 1/2
