    😑 someone has fraudulently used my name/ address to open a mobile phone contract with @ThreeUK. I call Three and they ask me for password and security questions!! I try to explain that I cannot answer as I did not open the account but they can’t help!! #vpoornoncustomerservice

    Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

    @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

    Beside all the stress with corana virus @ThreeUKSupport complain support name Anu ID65278 was extremely rude and it actually piss me off . I want to cancel both contract please . You are causing me stress and anxiety and it a shame after 4 years with @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport My contract for the old number should have been cancelled in MAY so im getting charged for 8 months on a phone number I haven't used at all, since I threw the old chip away and sold my old phone... I kept being asked for stig number.. or they couldn't cancel the contract.
