@ThreeUKSupport so cheesed off. Can't contact anyone as three still haven't sorted problem, and need to. Been told resolved each month for 5 months, still without service at end of each month to middle of next, 1m apologies, no efficiency. Cheesed off

Been with @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup for 12+ years, bought numerous family/friends to Vodafone, had multiple lines and broadband. On Tuesday I called to upgrade but the best tariff offered was nowhere near @ThreeUK. Disappointed to be leaving w/such poor offer from retentions.

@ThreeUK terrible service when trying to to get my credit refund back after leaving three . Had to ring up to arrange a refund then was told because I couldn't give a password had to go to a 3 shop and was refused to be able to speak to a manager . Disgusted
