moonpunk (@moonpunk) reported from Great Notley, England@ViliLe @ruskin147 @ThreeUK I'm with Three UK and have the exact same problem. In fact last week I had a go at them because Three UK cold-called me to try and sell me more services! I told them that they are in a privileged position to have my number, and it's a blatant misuse to use it to cold-call me!
-
William Poel (@wpoel) reported from Little Baddow, EnglandVoice over WiFi is also down @ThreeUKSupport ....we understand nothing works all the time. But it might help if you put less effort into sales and marketing until the service is working. Will there be with any possibility of roaming with Vodafone?

PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...

-
Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
-
naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported@ThreeUK As a young woman travelling abroad not only is this very dangerous but also absolutely disgusting that you think it’s acceptable to treat customers this way just to make more money! Sort it out @ThreeUK

Paul Holman 💙 (@PaulHolman100) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.
