    @PaoloMariniUk @barmyarmyuk @ThreeUK To be fair I only ever visit London a handful of times but the service is unusable even when I have full bars. I'm not expecting super speeds just enough to send a few pics and videos on WhatsApp. In Birmingham the service is fantastic so it's a bit of a conundrum. Sort it out 3

    @ThreeUKSupport i want out of my contract because i can never get service anywhere. i pay £80 a month to get upset everytime i open my phone. this isn’t what your contract said would happen. how do i leave without paying to do so

    @ThreeUKSupport peu gérer honest maybe you should admit to all your customer that you cannot provide is internet service so we can cancel ou he contract and move on ! Let start 2020 in honestly ! Lol it been 4months your network is shit 🙈😩😓

    @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

    Terrible customer service from @ThreeUKSupport - they confirm compensation WILL be offered for the recent outage but ONLY if you call them on a number that you can’t get through it. It’s a never-ending vicious circle and designed so that you won’t claim. Awful. Time to leave...

    90 mins without internet earlier even though my phone said full signal, nothing would load, so I couldn’t pay for my parking!!! Nothing but problems with @ThreeUK

    😡 someone has fraudulently used my name/ address to open a mobile phone contract with @ThreeUK. I call Three and they ask me for password and security questions!! I try to explain that I cannot answer as I did not open the account but they can’t help!! #vpoornoncustomerservice

    Would like to say a huge thankyou to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for their fabulous customer service & advice... HOWEVER... Since I've not received a single reply to any of my tweets from them I cant. (Not the 1st time in my many years with them I've had "help" issues tbh)

    @BedTaker @ThreeUK I’ve done literally everything possible in the past 4 months, I’ve made sure everything is updated, I’ve reset my network settings like they advised, had a phone call with their engineering team, I even got my sim replaced. They’ve done work about 3 different times since & no fix

    @ThreeUKSupport 1.Every month since august my partner (account holder Ryan) has been double charged because of an issue with upgrading. Everytime we live chat it seems it’s solved, then it happens again. Lastmonth we thought it was solved because we got told he’d get £44 credit (as seen in pic)

    Another day wasting my holiday allowance because @ThreeUK 's dogturd 4G internet is down (again) and stops me working. What really twists the knife is we're only still using that crap because @VodafoneUK are three weeks overdue for our fibre activation. Great start to the week 🙃
