    @ThreeUKSupport I will certainly log the complaint, but you have been working to improve your connections since the past 3 years I’ve been on this network and no improvement have been made. University campus near the city centre is 100% of high priority.

    @ThreeUKSupport So I have now been charged a 2nd month after clearly cancelling the chip twice now. This is terrible customer service your telephone contacts don't appear to listen or do their job. I'm outraged and think I need to end my contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have lost my network coverage over the last two days, to the point we were almost left stranded while away. Could not call Uber or phone anyone for help. Same just happened now while driving and using the navigation on my phone. It's getting ridiculous now!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport now that Three have announced they are going to close down the 3G network, will the 4G network be improved before this happens as my rural home town currently has no 4G or 5G coverage. At home I am stuck with Wifi calling due to lack of signal. 3G barely ok.

    @ThreeUKSupport That is not what i was told and we are gone past this. Your customer service says the person who sold me the phone gave me a wrong information. They are supposed to return money paid on the account since January.

    @ThreeUKSupport I told them the last time that I will only reach out one last time and that is what I am doing because calling hasn't worked. The next time it will be ombudsman looking into the issue. Somethings don't have to be so difficult but you guys make it so.

    Rather pissed that EE failed on me, so I check deals, prices, contracts etc. Find @SMARTYMobileUK which runs on @ThreeUKSupport. Check coverage. Coverage "very good." Get SIM. Signal is utterly shite. Can anyone get me some service? Anyone?
