@ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

  • rash61271 Rash (@rash61271) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have lost my network coverage over the last two days, to the point we were almost left stranded while away. Could not call Uber or phone anyone for help. Same just happened now while driving and using the navigation on my phone. It's getting ridiculous now!!!

  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

@ThreeUKSupport @JohnButlerEFC It’s pointless checking yet postcode, the website says it’s all okay, but reality is that the signal is poor or non existent

  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

@ThreeUKSupport No point, I’m a business customer. They can’t help. The advice is to CALL business support, difficult with no signal....

  • CrackingLeaders Carol Coombes O.B.E (@CrackingLeaders) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Everything is crossed here. We're like contortionists 🙈. Will no doubt be back to you all if problem persists. Still need phone service. Please pass thanks to JJ. 🙌

  • Fundove Kerry Weldon (@Fundove) reported from Solihull, England

@ThreeUK Collin actually laughing like a child down the phone! Extremely unprofessional!!! Shocking service!!! £28 a month for a sim only! I pay £17.80 with @VodafoneUK handset included!! Unlimited text, calls 4g of Data!

  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve got an iPhone XR but the phone isn’t the issue, it’s a coverage drop out since 9th August which is unacceptable as this is a business mobile @ThreeUKSupport

  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

I can’t call you because @ThreeUKSupport are providing a crap service and have been for 3 weeks because of a bit of rain! Time to have a chat with @virginmedia @O2 @VodafoneUK I think, neither #Sky not #Three value customers. @Three_Is_Broken

  • A_J_92 Ash❗️ (@A_J_92) reported from Birmingham, England

  • stanfield81 Michael Stanfield (@stanfield81) reported from Birmingham, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Glad I left. Vodafone Voxi way forward. 2 months now, not one issue. Paying my last Three bill was one of the most frustrating things I have ever done....

  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah @ThreeUKSupport you might all be laughing your heads off at 3HQ Towers.... but you’re customers are pulling their hair out at the same repeated advice. Turning your phone off and then on does not magically produce a signal. What next, suggest we run a unicorn 🦄

  • jassey73 🏳️‍🌈 Jason S 🏳️‍🌈 (@jassey73) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Pointless, done that before and you just come back with ‘congestion in the area’ bollocks. PAC has been requested, time to move to a better network.

  • AdamCar60698936 Adam (@AdamCar60698936) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK gi my name is Adam, would any one be able to help me please I feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall. Your overseas customer service have failed to sort my problem out for the 5th day its becoming laughable....please can someone help me .....

Never known a provider like @ThreeUK very poor with existing customers and upgrades time for a move STAY WELL CLEAR

  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

@ThreeUKSupport Phone delivered to wrong location Incorrect bills Automated phone service ALWAYS redirects to wrong dept Adhoc nature of emailing bills Letters referred to as sent, but they aren’t An apparent lack of wanting to disclose complaints process

  • TheCarlFord Carl Ford 🐝 🏎⚽️🥊 (@TheCarlFord) reported from Kinvere, England

@ThreeUKSupport Or @ThreeUKSupport could just sort the issue. 23 days now, not that I’m counting. I don’t pay for Wi-Fi calling, I pay for a mobile service. The issue is DY7.

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TenseFerret Shueng (@TenseFerret) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Well your decision to bring in roaming charges as well as poor 4g and voice signal has helped me decide to move my 2 numbers on. Loved Three for the first 8yrs but the last couple of years have been poor.

  • metaburbia David (@metaburbia) reported

@ThreeUK relying on contract inertia from their customers. Here's hoping they go down the pan.

  • CmdrSpace I don't want to say (@CmdrSpace) reported

This is especially problematic as @ThreeUK have still not introduced eSim support for Apple Watches. I bought one a few months ago, under the false impression eSim would be supported in 2021. Well, if at all, it looks like it will be supported *after* the roaming charge cut-off

  • Dangerdave1979 DangerDave (@Dangerdave1979) reported

@ThreeUK Not a big enough network to cover the EU without extra roaming costs though?

  • wonderkid100_92 hello (@wonderkid100_92) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I upgraded my contract (early) today and the man said that i won’t be effected by the post 2nd Oct roaming charges despite the contact coming into effect 9th October as I upgraded today. Can you please confirm this as just want to be sure or I’ll cancel and leave.

  • squeezedfish Phil (@squeezedfish) reported

@dandel95 @ThreeUK The beginning of the end for @ThreeUK ,go roam was one of the few redeeming factors for the network

  • Supernova36 Tim Bunce (@Supernova36) reported

Been a @ThreeUK customer for a decade but will be leaving next contract due to them bringing back roaming charges. Even in the Go Roam countries that didn’t have them before the EU law. Go Roam was your USP, why would people stick around or now..? Ridiculous. @ThreeUKSupport

  • revdenoodles Jonathan McDowell (@revdenoodles) reported

@mauricerkelly @Bolster @ThreeUK Past experience suggests EE have the best data network but if you care mainly about voice (and who does?) then O2 had the edge for coverage as long as you didn't mind getting 2G more than 3G.

  • rosieniven Rosie Niven (@rosieniven) reported

@richyj1504 @ThreeUK I am not a 3 customer but I was aware that they were the best network when it came to roaming because of perks like go roam. Of all the networks I would have thought that they would be the last to do this.

  • MisterJamie TherealMandalorian (@MisterJamie) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @DannyB648 Does that mean all your new contracts are going down to reflect the fact the inclusive roaming charges are now only being paid for by customers using it?
