    @brattandeaf @ThreeUKSupport Apparently I heard somewhere that 3 network used to be good because they share the mast with o2 or EE, but now other network cut tie with them. Therefore 3 have to have own mast this is why it become useless.

    So @ThreeUK are trying to deal with my issue raised when they are saying it potentially is their fault. yet, their advice more than once is to take my issue to an ombudsman. perfect customer service there 3! @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve going to cancel it as I’ve found a cheaper contract for a newer phone, I’ve tried the link so I can cancel via the ‘chat online’ option but it says it’s offline even though the times state someone should be online. Please could I have some assistance cancelling please.

    Hello @ThreeUK, looks like you've been charging me for a phone I asked to be ended on one contract, before starting a new business contract in store. You never ended the first contract when it was up, so you've been charging me extra without my permission. How can we resolve?

    @jadesharp1992 @ThreeUK Honestly I’m so angry I’ve been with 3 for 7 years now and always had issues, was ready to switch to EE this year but 3 offered to do it for a bit cheaper and I just caved 😩2 advisers on live chat told me I’d get a free replacement under warranty and Apple just said they lied!!
