@ThreeUK how many more times am I going to have a loss of connection just because of a mast backload?? I DONT CARE about your excuses. The fact that I don’t have network at all neither on my modem and my phone is pissing me off to actually open a law suit. Ugh fix it ASAP.

Not only was it v easy but they reduced the amount I was paying on the one I’m keeping! Three have always had excellent customer service in the 10 years or so I’ve been with them
