    @ThreeUK I had a contract with @ThreeUK I have warts experience with them. I cancelled my contract. Still they took my money. Send me a letter saying mistakenly took my money they gonna send me back it's been 4 months now they didn't send it. It's very poor service they have got

    Shocking service from @ThreeUK. Online chat function was ace when trying to sell me something (a mobile broadband router to enable me to work from home before broadband is installed) and was assured it would be able to stream. Now using it, it can't. Can't just about load pages.

    @ThreeUK ! Your agent just threw me out of a live chat because I made a complaint. THREE cancelled my DD twice now, charged me more for not having a DD and have now cancelled contract. I kept to MY end of the contract. When will you pay ME?

    @Barns2011a @Shajeda1032573 @ThreeUKSupport It should be, but this usually happens when there is no signal from 3. If there is, but the network cannot deliver calling capabilities, it doesn’t always use the emergency mobile roaming agreements. Sure, no signal, this would work for sure. But it gets more difficult 1/2

    And for the second time in 6 months, I've once again had no phone signal for hours thanks to @ThreeUK and @ThreeUKSupport Shame for them that both my and Mrs RR8s contracts are up for renewal as you're going to have to work VERY hard to persuade us to stay after this
