Shocking service from @ThreeUK. Online chat function was ace when trying to sell me something (a mobile broadband router to enable me to work from home before broadband is installed) and was assured it would be able to stream. Now using it, it can't. Can't just about load pages.

@ThreeUKSupport Spoke with Samsung again and this is their response. Unfortunately we have investigated this issue and Samsung has not given early access to Three to the promotion. To qualify for the promotion you must have purchased a qualifying device between 26/12/2020 - 12/01/2021.
