So 3 Network has been down as early as 4:30am .. it’s now Lunchtime for me at work and still no Data or Phone Services available 😤🤔 having to resort to my work WiFi 😭 I have Unlimited Data WTF .. so I’m expecting a days compensation @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

Credit where it’s due. @ThreeUKSupport have now agreed to remove the charges for the maritime network incident from my bill. Also credit to the manager of their Lancaster store for giving me a free SIM card to use in France 👍🏻

@ThreeUKSupport It was dropped and had moisture on the sim so not a manufacturing issue, definitely more a user error. We are abroad right now. Insurance unfortunately doesn’t cover mobiles.
