    @ThreeUKSupport Cool, thanks for switching the apology with a smattering of patronisation. Quality service. Yeah faults happen, dealing with them well, and at our expense is where you have the problem. Worst provider I’ve had, and it is terrible for your reputation.

    @adilondoner @ThreeUK I made it all the way to number 1 but chat ends at 6pm and I never got through. I can't waste a other day on it. Corona is not an excuse for a 9 hour wait. You cannot tell me that a mobile phone company can't get the tech so its employees can WFH! #fuming

    Spoke to @ThreeUKSupport several times now, the number ending in 1812 I was told failed, so I ordered another, however I just got 2 letters saying 2 direct debits have been setup, called support, not cancelled.... both direct debits cancelled, both numbers hopefully now cancelled

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank Mark. But, again, a > one hour conversation on chat involves being passed from pillar to post. Pleasantries abound but no one ever actually does anything, just make promises they fail to complete. Was told I’d have a callback - that never happened. Poor service all round.

    @ThreeUK I have a contract with three for data only and I am never able to connect in any part of london as soon as I go off the Wi-Fi? I have written in with no response. Why is my account being throttled? I am unable to make use of my 8 gig of data that I am paying for monthly.
