@ThreeUKSupport logging in w correct password it says incorrect password - done the reset process so I know it’s correct. Spoken to 5 advisors each tell me to reset when that doesn’t work they ask me to do smth which ultimately shuts down the app to make me go away

@ThreeUKSupport Neema on live chat and nowaz on the phone. Tbh after wasting almost an hour on both I just hung up and contacted Ofcom. Took neema 25 minutes just to check my details. The customer service is so bad it’s a joke. Then nowaz just started saying about supply issues again
