    @ThreeUK appalled by the way this company has ripped me of cancelled a contract more than once and still keep charging after paying 2 contracts for 24 months never missed a payment for you to send a debt letter after the contact has cancelled I’ll be taking this further.

    If you have a sim contract with .@ThreeUK make sure you check your DD payments regularly. They charged me double for one number for months until I spotted it. Slow to respond and I had to claim my money back under the banks DD guarantee. Also no compensation.

    @ThreeUKSupport Links don’t work. Network still utter crap. Contact renewal due so seeing little point staying with you. In summary, can’t use network, can get a sim replacement as suggested and you can’t solve it but still take my money. #AmateurOperation

    @ThreeUKSupport Strange situation When I use my 3 mobile iPhone hotspot on 4g, there is no internet signal. (But still great for calls/texts) However, if I change the settings to 3G only, my internet is fantastic. Up to 9-17 mb/s! Now I’m worried as 3 are turning off 3G in 2024
