    @ThreeUKSupport hi, new customer to Payg to test and everything seems fine, tried to upgrade on line and they are sending me another sim. Is that right or have I messed it up. Thanks

    @RBrown260 @ThreeUK Same when travelling in Indonesia refuses to connect to 3 network altogether. Reason I took out the monthly plan was for the 71 country international connection. Seem to be gone now.

    @ThreeUKSupport M'cr store 16th not give sim (get a new contract £250!) spoke to 3 on phone. New sim sent. Spoke to 3 19th, new Sim on way. Sat 21st went Ashton store. Changed details on line. Mcr visit on 24th. Ashton was wrong? (could get new contract £215) Ashton 25th got SIM, no service yet.

    The way @ThreeUK doesn't work well at my friends house which is 2-5 minutes down the road is a little ****** tbh.

    @ThreeUK Three hilariously setting the debt collectors on me for a balance of zero, been going on since March. Truly awful company, only matched by its hilariously bad service agents. You have been warned.

    @BrianBengal @ThreeUK are terrible for oversubscribing and as a result, the network is badly congested. Their 4G is the worst, regularly telling customers to switch devices to 3G for speed improvements.

    @ThreeUKSupport whilst I appreciate staff have to follow policies, when someone can’t phone, don’t keep repeating that they have to phone to solve the issue and not offer any other solutions and even prevent cancellation!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to you every week since January, I returned a phone to the 3 store I bought from with service issues. Hours of phone calls, no apologies, in fact the Plymouth store have been more than rude, and very dismissive. Honestly it's driven me insane

    Defo leaving @ThreeUK after the end of my contract because they don't even work at my second home. They're a good company. Good customer service. Amazing. But connection wise not so good. Gonna go to @EE at least ik they work at my second home. Lol.
