@ThreeUKSupport I upgraded my SIM only contract on 01-08-2022 to 24mth SIM only contract for £9 per month which included a discount for being a loyal customer. Why am I still being charged £16.66 on a 1mth rolling contract?

When you're on a writing roll, return home to find WiFi is out, @ThreeUKSupport starts DM support and then closes shop to redirect to a live chat which isn't able to provide support and redirects to a phone number that is closed. Two hours in total and no solution. Aye.
