@ingl We had many problems with @ThreeUK when we had contracts! They promised discounts on both mine & Mrs' accounts when we signed only to find they charged us full price for both. When I complained and showed them written proof of their promise they wouldn't relent! #NeverAgain

@ThreeUK appalled by the way this company has ripped me of cancelled a contract more than once and still keep charging after paying 2 contracts for 24 months never missed a payment for you to send a debt letter after the contact has cancelled I’ll be taking this further.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, the refund is for a consumer to business switch, initiated by the store, that had an error and never completed. The store totally accept responsibility and have been so helpful, but calling customer services has ended up with them blaming me and saying I “ignored” a text.
