    @ThreeUK appalled by the way this company has ripped me of cancelled a contract more than once and still keep charging after paying 2 contracts for 24 months never missed a payment for you to send a debt letter after the contact has cancelled I’ll be taking this further.

    @ThreeUK never had as shockingly bad service! Fuming! Nobody even trying to help! All I want to do is upgrade my 2 phone contracts and handsets!.. shower of shite! The attitude in the Accrington store flippant beyond belief

    @ThreeUKSupport But this is an ongoing problem guys, take a look at the history of problems in the area and you’ll see it’s quite extensive, you’ve only supposedly fixed the last problem and there is another one !

    @ThreeUKSupport And added on a bolt on - same thing happened and I called customer service, they advised nothing wrong and will drop in. Still nothing at 8 this morning so I call back and now they are telling me they can’t fix it for 48 hours- so I have no phone which I need for work till then.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m getting towards the end of my 24 month contract for home broadband but how come I keep getting emails offering me a great deal as an existing customer at £22/month (24 month) when the website offers the same at £17 for the same? Seems like a **** deal to me!

    @ThreeUK I’m paying for a unlimited data pass abroad and my service is terrible! Surely you can’t charge me for it when I can barley even use it. Everything is just buffering

    @ThreeUKSupport No, nothing has helped so far. Even on our phones the only way we can get signal is by leaving our street and walking 100 metres into a better signal area.
