Fry (@MarkyFry) reported@ThreeUK Agree Three is the worse network. Shockingly bad network coverage and annoying voicemail service. I suppose you get what you pay for. I’ll pay more and move back to O2 end of contract.

Abdur Raheem (@araheemag75) reported@ThreeUKSupport i’m having some problems with my new sim. Firstly, it takes about a minute for my phone to read the sim but it doesn’t on others. Secondly i am not getting any mobile data even though it says i have data on the three app. I have already reset the network settings.

Paddy Miller (@padwar11) reported@ThreeUKSupport Provide better customer service rather than just say via the phone to visit a branch, and that you are unable to know what stock different sites have. It’s not my responsibility as a customer to drive around to different stores to upgrade my phone/contract.

benzy (@mind_of_benzy) reported@theconvernation @ThreeUKSupport I've had this experience as well. 200-300M in the first few months, steadily dropping to around 25 now. I could begrudgingly live with this if the latency wasn't so awful (200ms), which makes streaming any video impossible.
