    @ThreeUKSupport hi, new customer to Payg to test and everything seems fine, tried to upgrade on line and they are sending me another sim. Is that right or have I messed it up. Thanks

    @ThreeUK never had as shockingly bad service! Fuming! Nobody even trying to help! All I want to do is upgrade my 2 phone contracts and handsets!.. shower of shite! The attitude in the Accrington store flippant beyond belief

    @ThreeUKSupport having network issues with box & mobiles. Cutting off on phones & can't stream or use Internet. Like this for well over a month, despite calls to you. Difficult to talk as keep getting cut off. Reset box about 20 times, no different. Will cancel today if not fixed

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I eventually managed to get my contract cancelled but I shouldn't have had to ask numerous times. I was a long time customer and the entire situation was so frustrating.
