    @ThreeUK just had the most shocking customer service from Three. Twice in 3 days you have blocked my phone. Bills up to date. No explanation. Wait in phone queues to be cut off as you get through. Contract is up in less than 2 months. I definitely won’t be renewing!!

    @ThreeUKSupport 2 direct debits for the last 3 months. Whenever I talk to the live chat they always just log out and nothing gets resolved. Basically I went to upgrade my contact and 3 started a new contract (which I was unaware, never got sent a new SIM) which I can't cancel. It's rediculous

    @ThreeUKSupport hi Three, my pensioner age Mum is struggling to access the new app. She has tried live chat but the issue is still unresolved. Apparently access code you send, which is supposed to be active for 10-mins, doesn’t last long enough to login.
