@ThreeUK appalled by the way this company has ripped me of cancelled a contract more than once and still keep charging after paying 2 contracts for 24 months never missed a payment for you to send a debt letter after the contact has cancelled I’ll be taking this further.

@ingl We had many problems with @ThreeUK when we had contracts! They promised discounts on both mine & Mrs' accounts when we signed only to find they charged us full price for both. When I complained and showed them written proof of their promise they wouldn't relent! #NeverAgain

@ThreeUKSupport No. Like I said, I’m done. I’m no longer paying for something that I’m not getting. Unless 3 solve this issue tomorrow (I’ll phone to sort it tomorrow) then I’m taking it further. I’m done with 3. Hands down the worst service provider I’ve ever used.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s not just in my area, just generally since early part of the year signal has been rubbish, I have spoken to other 3 users too, places they used to get great signal it’s now rubbish, and why still no iwatch support have a watch I can’t use to its full potential

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I spoke to someone. No the issue wasn’t sorted hence why I’m still complaining about it. I don’t understand why nobody knows what’s going on. I’ve reset the settings, I’ve even reset the phone but the same issues keep happening. Around 4pm every other day….
