    @ThreeUKSupport 4. Both contracts were changed to pay as you go, one by mistake and then was told the other contract was cancelled. Spoke to someone to fix this who said I didn't need to go via pay as you go. They reinstated contract as pay monthly but it would take 3 days to come into effect.

    @ThreeUKSupport Turned off the phone 5 times it's all good now, i was told you had upgrades in the area 2 days ago and to expect some disruption but TBH I've not had the signal go for this long. It's ok now though 👍

    @ThreeUKSupport I've had huge problems over the last week. All I wanted was to change to sim only and keep my number. Many things have happened including my contract becoming pay as you go totally unnecessarily and now my sim card has stopped working. Please contact me ASAP!!
