@ThreeUK appalled by the way this company has ripped me of cancelled a contract more than once and still keep charging after paying 2 contracts for 24 months never missed a payment for you to send a debt letter after the contact has cancelled I’ll be taking this further.

@ingl We had many problems with @ThreeUK when we had contracts! They promised discounts on both mine & Mrs' accounts when we signed only to find they charged us full price for both. When I complained and showed them written proof of their promise they wouldn't relent! #NeverAgain

I just had a thought @ThreeUKSupport how are people using payg managing if they have no electronic method of payment? Are places still open to top up or are they just stuck? For example how are homeless people who rely on payg managing? Is there support in place for that?

@ThreeUKSupport Had my sim about 3 years now, maybe just over. Still having issues when I leave the house. Yes, you are right I have done all the restarts etc. Went for a walk earlier and had to go to mobile network again and re choose 4g took a couple of minutes, but came back eventyally

When you get home WiFi on 3 and ring up because its not working and they send a new sim card for it but cancel your phone and give u a new mobile number with a sim for that instead!!! @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport
