Lucie (@ibizagirl29) reported from Foxton, England@ThreeUK you are the most incompetent phone company I’ve ever delt with! For the 3rd month running you are still trying to charge me when I’ve already had this delt with TWICE by one of your advisors. Is there some sort of communication problem with you lot 😡😡 fed up with 3 now
-
Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@ThreeUKSupport Don't know of anyone else having issues but this a black spot of service for sure. I am having issues elsewhere but they are known signal issues (Cambridge station, Shelford Station, etc) in good coverage areas I do get good speeds. 😭
-
threestain (@threestain) reported from Great Shelford, England@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport desperately need new masts and better signal in Cambridgeshire. A booming area with no reception. Don’t want to leave for @VodafoneUK after 15 years but...
-
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England@ThreeUKSupport I have already had a discount applied, I do not want more as I’d like to see the issue fixed. Like I mentioned, Three is the only fast internet option here so cancelling won’t help too. The only way Three can help would be to fix the capacity issue.
-
threestain (@threestain) reported from Great Shelford, England@ThreeUKSupport Very weird but I have a bar of 4G in the house, but she on smarty (three network of course) has none. iPhone 11 and iPhone XR respectively
-
Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England@ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken Another unhappy Three customer😕. For Years no problem with Three. Now my wife cannot connect any data with Three. Looks like it’s time to move on.
-
Ben Thapa (@BenThapa82) reported from Ickleton, England@ToniOgilby @ThreeUK Basically, the same all over the UK and when you tweet they act as if IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE
-
Mr Green (@fitchlea) reported from Stansted Mountfitchet, England@sbrownstortford @ThreeUK Was with 3 for 15 years just changed to ID mobile half the price for the same service
-
Chris Longman (@ChrisLongman2) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@ThreeUK the level customer service is shocking when trying to help relatives with learning disabilities during lockdown. Barrier after barrier. I am sure other providers are much better. Can someone please contact me ASAP who can HELP.
-
Gary Riches (@Gary_BBGames) reported from Royston, England@Dom_Bryan @ThreeUKSupport Let me do a bit of their support for you... they don't
-
Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England@ThreeUKSupport Why are you the only UK network which does not support the Apple Watch ? My wife wants to upgrade but will have to leave you as you do not support it.
-
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England@ThreeUKSupport I have an existing complaint logged for this since November. There are no options to help the situation, like I said we are rural and it’s down to lack of capacity for a tower that will in my opinion not be resolved
-
Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@CaseyDoran @TalkTalk @thinkbroadband Still down due to broken fiber apparently. My phone data is crap in the flat here as well (thanks @ThreeUKSupport) so I can't even watch Netflix or YouTube and I've had to for a run. 😭
-
Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@ThreeUKSupport CM23 and its a Huawei Mate 10 Pro and a few other devices. Even when I've got close to full 4G the speed are pretty bad and don't get me started on the connection between here and Cambridge when I'm on the train. Happy to send more info if needed.
-
Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.
-
Paul Morrison (@psmorrison) reported from Stansted Mountfitchet, England@RinaLeia2012 @ThreeUK It’s really poor treatment of loyal customers, particularly as they only said in January they had no plans to do this 😢
-
Chris Longman (@ChrisLongman2) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK awful customer service. No desire to help. 2 months waiting, sent ID many times but all they want to do is send you into a chat facility who can’t do anything. Escalated to a complaint and they just cut you off.
-
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Bishops Stortford, England@ThreeUKSupport This issue was over 12hrs ago. The issue happens every week or more on separate devices. Regular loss of 4G, which as I said causes a complete loss of home internet as your tech support advised to use 4G only. 3G barely usable during these outages. We are beyond basic faults here
-
Simon Carter (@Scoutsscarter) reported from Bishop's Stortford, EnglandSo attempting to cancel a @ThreeUK contract - four times the customer service team have hung up on me this morning and used delaying tactics to stop me cancelling my contract. What a terrible way to treat a customer - they just don’t care.
-
threestain (@threestain) reported from Great Shelford, England@ThreeUKSupport I am a three customer

Matt Stannard (@mattstannard) reported@ThreeUK - are there any outages in the Ipswich area? Zero 5G service on my phone, and as seems to be the norm across Suffolk the 4G service is flakier than snow. Does the hot weather prevent 4G/5G signals working as well?
-
lauren • free palestine 🇵🇸 (@virgosick) reported@ThreeUK owe my boyfriend a refund from almost two months ago, they cancelled the order and have still yet to provide the bare minimum of service.

woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
