    When you get harassed by your network provider cause your contract is due for renewal and you can’t remember the password you set up silly amount of years ago, so they can’t take the conversation any further which is fine but still try and ring me 10 times a day! Taraaa @ThreeUK

    I swear @ThreeUKSupport have the worst customer service department. Over 30 hours since I spoke to someone about my lack of internet, and 5 advisers later I’ve been told it will be activated within the next hour. I was told that 5 hours ago too. #fuming

    @ThreeUKSupport I appreciate you messaging but that’s no help whatsoever unfortunately. Three in touch uses Wi-Fi networks which I don’t have when I’m outside walking in town. Super-Voice talks about how you’re fixing blackspots indoors which is not convinced about as I can’t even get a 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport Honestly it’s been the same for about a year or more. It just seems like the area between those two points is massively oversubscribed with connections at most times of day. So you’ll get signal but using anything internet based is pointless as it’s so slow. Calls seem mostly 1/2

    Tried to move over to @ThreeUK after being with @O2 for seventeen years and the customer service has been so utterly dreadful I'm reconsidering (despite them being cheaper). Anyone know if they're worth persisting with? Is it this bad all the time or have I been unlucky?

    @ThreeUK been on the phone to your complaints department for 91min with staff in India who told me they were unable to find a record of my account and refused to help further. 13min on the phone with staff from Scotland... problem sorted! #fuming #fridaynightwasted

    @ThreeUK what is wrong with service? My signal is intermittent all week, most days there is no service at all for hours, and barely 1 or 2 bars of HSDPA signal when active in the Wirral area. Calling 333 was no help, nor was the live chat. My phone and SIM are working well.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your customer support over the telephone is crap! I couldn’t understand the woman because of the background noise and she would not listen to what I had to say. Such a shame as your service coverage is spot on.

    @ThreeUK my daughter is in America and has been charged £50, she hasn’t used her phone. Aren’t you supposed to send a warning text about roaming charges before you charge?? This is really bad service.

    @ThreeUK will the £20 unlimited deal still be around at thw end of april. Currently in NZ. Been a loyal customer for 3 + years. Been here since sept so got nz contract. When i am back i want to get contract again and unlimited data is normally unaffordable for me.

    @notameadow @ThreeUK All the big vendors - Ericsson, Nokia and Huawei - even Cisco and Dell - are talking about intelligent core networks and moving the processing power around... Out of the data centre and closer to radio network. But they've been saying that since the 3g era and it hasn't caught on

    @ThreeUKSupport Customer service told me yesterday that delivery wouldn’t be before 22nd March so I cancelled order, this morning text said delivery today, assume they cancelled order returned to three, you are useless !!!, now I’ve got to go through this all again absolutely useless
