    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUK can't use phone abroad for 4 day, get back and won't connect to the Internet? Been through trouble shooting and no one can tell me why, currently on WiFi but will miss sporting events I'm also paying for, joke of a service

    @ThreeUK please stop spoiling my credit score with your fraudulent acts. I'm coming into your office in Hull to get this sorted. You can't continue to treat me, a customer of over 5 years, with 3 contracts worth over £4000, but you still feel to treat this costomer as trash.

    @ThreeUKSupport worst customer service ever! 4 weeks later, 3 visits to an Apple shop and still no refund from 3 as the backend team says No. Apple had no service replacement iPad available, so I am £1449 out of pocket and @threeuk could not care less.

    @ThreeUK new contract in June, no mention 4.5% bill increase in April when signing . You've just lost a customer of 15 years. 100% would not have signed had I known. Shoddy ! Your coverage isn't great! - Hi Vodaphone and O2

    . @ThreeUKSupport please can you explain why your support is so confusing and ineffective? I am trying to talk to someone about voicemail. Your website asks me to call, but there’s no suitable options. Live chat agent was less than helpful. Carrier pidgeon next?

    Sigh. The problem with having @ThreeUK 5G home internet and @SMARTYMobileUK on my phone is that when the 5G signal goes down I’m stuffed 😭 (They use the same network).
