    So 3 Network has been down as early as 4:30am .. it’s now Lunchtime for me at work and still no Data or Phone Services available 😤🤔 having to resort to my work WiFi 😭 I have Unlimited Data WTF .. so I’m expecting a days compensation @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I have had intermittent service for 7-10 days now. Phone calls breaking up, to no service. In the house, no signal. Why did I ever leave EE. I had service literally everywhere. 😡😡😡

    @BBCBenThompson @ThreeUK @BBCBreakfast I did not realize it was down until I saw your news report - as I am in my house & I use my wifi (not data) // have turned the WiFi off on my phone and it def does NOT connect to the internet 😳 Hope you get a response from @ThreeUK soon !!

    Hey @ThreeUK why is it so hard to get help when you phone is stolen while abroad? I was told that documents that I needed would be emailed to me within 72 hours, that was last week. Plus have you tried getting hold of someone in your company by phone to help???

    It's shocking that a 14 year customer of @ThreeUK is spoken to with minor contempt when calling to sort a failed online upgrade. Poor website reliability, poor customer service. I was so close to moving to @EE who I'm sure would appreciate a new customer. More fool me I guess.

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to contact about an issue ?! I’ve been overcharged on my bill and want my money back. To add to that I tried to resolve this on live chat and live chat was ended by the advisor and left me waiting ages with no responses! Not happy
