Since moving to London five weeks ago I have had no phone signal when in my flat and intermittent to no data when in Central London on both 3G and 4G. My phone has become a useless space grey rectangle.

I have been to Europe yesterday to Barcelona and my phone won’t work , yes data roaming is on and now im going to Prague am I going to have the same issues . Once you've managed to convince the AI chatbot what it actually is you need and an operator comes online they obviously juggle many chats at once as after "Hi" it took 11 minutes for the next reply and then 8 for the next.
