Spoke to @ThreeUKSupport several times now, the number ending in 1812 I was told failed, so I ordered another, however I just got 2 letters saying 2 direct debits have been setup, called support, not cancelled.... both direct debits cancelled, both numbers hopefully now cancelled

@melahart @FullyThoughtOut @ThreeUK Except when you’re in a 4G black spot in London like I am with Vodafone. Didn’t find out until I moved in! It’s fine as I connect to wifi to make calls but that sounds as though it won’t be straightforward if neither BT nor Virgin can supply a service.

@ThreeUK Is there an issue with 3G / 4G in the SS2 area ? It’s dropped right down for nearly two weeks now with barely two bars most of the time and often drops out completely. Normally it’s very good and no problem at all.
