@ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

Hi @ThreeUK I'm trying to cancel a contract, DOB is wrong on the account and cant get through security.Told to reset pw on app-app doesn't work. Told to go to a store-stores are closed. Calls cut out 4 times because of how bad the network is.Can I just cancel the contract please?
