Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help! Never got a call back cause she couldn't get through lol still waiting on my call back aswell..

@ThreeUK After service warnings for unpaid bill (which was paid) Customer Service admitted there is an issue with the website... and the app... and the billing system... BUT I am entitled to an upgrade, which I cannot have as an upgrade is already in progress (it isn't)
